Goods dispatched doesn't generate email

I have been asked by a client why the goods dispatched doesn't send an email to the customer when the admin changes the order status.
Can someone look into this please

Ensure that your order status is set to notify the customer:
You can check this by navigating to any order > edit, and then click on the square icon next to the 'status' field. Further information can be found here: http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/kb/order-status.html.
If the order status is indeed set to notify the customer, but the email's are not going out then please reach out to support over chat or by submitting a case.

System generated emails - how to include a mandatory prefix for all email

Good morning.
I have been asked if there was a way to default a Security Classification into the Subject Line of all SAP system generated emails.
Examples "[UNCLASSIFIED] Please approve Purchase Order 123456" or "[UNCLASSIFIED] Please approve Absence for Fred Smith".
I can have the individual code of the Programs that generate the Subject Texts but is there a way to have this default for ALL emails?

Hi David,
This one sounds like the one for the Basis guy to look at. They should be able to configure (default) this prefix in the EMAIL/SMTP node(s) as viewed in transaction SCOT. The changes should be done from the IMG (SPRO).

CF mail server doesn't send emails

Hi everyone,
we are running a CF 4.5 server in our company. the CFMail
doesn't send emails since last week. the emails are in the queue.
the server IP is correct, we restarted it a few times, nothing
helped.
Does anyone have any idea about possible problems?

How to generate Email in OIM 11g r1 during recocillation

I want to generate Email id of user based on his first name and last name while creation of user.
I am using OIM 11g R1 .
Can anyone plz help me on this.

1. Login to Design Console and open your GTC provisioning process definition , then Add a new task called "Notify Email".
2. Check Required for Completion, Allow Cancel and optionally Disable Manual Insert.
3. In the Integration tab, add tcCompleteTask
4. In the assignment tab, add an entry with the Default rule, target type of User, and for the User field pick an existing user with a valid email address in their User Profile.
5. In the Notification tab add an entry and check Assignee, (You can select User, Manager etc ) have the Status field set to C and for the Email field pick a Provisioning type of Notification Template that you have already created.
N.B: 7. Make sure the IT Resource and email configuration properly otherwise you will not get the mail.

SQl Developer 3.0.04 Revoke doesn't generate any DDL. Bug?

Hi everyone,
trying Revoke while rightclicking on , e.g. a stored function doesn't generate any DDL. Specifically, opening "Perform Revoke Action", selecting the Properties tab and applying the desired action doesn't do anything. Interestingly enoguh, selecting the "SQL" tab shows no generated DDL no matter what properties were set. It looks to me as another bug. Any thoughts.

Hi Bob,
The SQL tab will remain empty until the privileges to be revoked have been selected. In the properties tab of the revoke dialog, the drop down list for "Users" contains a list of those users for which privileges on the object have been granted. (If this list is empty then you will need to do some grants first!) Select a user. You should now see some privilege names in the right hand side of the shuttle. Shuttle one or more of these to the left pane. You should now see generated SQL in the SQL tab.
Please let me know if this doesn't resolve the problem for you.

Mail 4.4 Reply Forward Icon Not Displaying for Auto-generated emails

Does anyone have a problem with Mail 4.4...
For auto generated emails (system generated or confirmation emails), when forwarded these email, little icon on the left that pops up, its just simply not showing up...???!!!
And for the all other emails it works like it should...
Anyone? Solution? Help?

I finally figured out how to make this work for 2 accounts on exchange. I created my main account and then adding another account that I'm delegated for within the account. I also tried my main account and adding IMAP account with still no luck. What I ended up doing was adding two separate exchange accounts and named them appropriately. This solved the problem of sent messages going to the proper sent items folder and arrows appearing for Reply and Forward email responses on all machines. Works like a charm

Server doesn't recognize email address

I can recieve email, but I can't send email. It keeps saying "server doesn't recognize email address."

I have it working finally.
On a whim, I tried deleting the iCloud account (again) and reinstated it.
I set it up using [username]@me.com, and all is well.
This is the 2nd time i set it up this way, so I would suggest trying it again, if you have already.

Yes, the settings are correctly set on the iphone 4s. It is a Yahoo email address. I am not using iCloud. Do you HAVE to have an icloud email account first in order for it to push automatically to other email accounts?

XSLT is not working in Jdeveloper , when i use the syntax <xsl:output method="html" indent="yes" version="1.0"/> in transformation activity .

in the <xsl:template match=""/> element you can just start with creating your html document
so for example

the graphical mapper itself won't i think but when you test the xsl it will still procedure a html document, we use it too to generate the email body contents

Generate Email on Infotype Changes

Dear Guru's,
I have an issue in generating Email when some changes are done in the HR master. I have done it through Dynamic action and it is working fine. But my problem is that I dont want to generate a message when I perform an Hiring Action as I have done the Dynamic Action configuration for all the Infotypes and I have activated the Feature M0001 also. So when I perform an Action of Hiring I am getting atleast 15 mails.
So my issue now can I do some configuration in feature M0001 on the basis of T code that when an action is performed through PA40 mails will not be generated.
When I was reading the documentation for feature M0001, I found that in the feature return atributes 3 attributes as Name1, name2 and name3. Can any one help me as what is the return value these attributes.

        using the new data contained in infotype 0001. New data
        means data contained in an infotype record for infotype
        0001 that has been changed after the mail was sent. You
        can define a distribution list and a recipient in this
feature.

Generate email for CCM Approval

Hi,
I've seen mentioned on a couple of posts that it is possible to use method FINALIZE_ENRICHMENT of BADI /CCM/CTLG_ENRICHMENT to generate emails to notify that items require approval in CCM.
Has anyone actually done this and do they have any hints or tips to share?

I am having a similar requirement were you able to generate the email for the CCM catalog upload? If so please let me know if you proceeded with the method FINALIZE_ENRICHMENT and the logic used.

Elements Organizer 12 doesn't generate thumbnails for .mpg videos produced by Premiere Elements

I just upgraded from Elements+Premiere 11 to version 12, on Windows 8.1 x64.
I produced a 1st .mpg file (HDTV 1080p 25 img/s), and imported it in Elements Organizer.
Unfortunately, the Organizer doesn't generate any thumbnail for the file.
This is a new "behavior" of the Organizer 12, because the Organizer 11 use to generate thumbnails properly.
I tried to manually update the thumbnail (right click), but after waiting several seconds, there is still no thumbnail appearing.

Here are the results from my test of your situation where you tried to import 3 Premiere Elements 12 created files into the Elements Organizer 12 after their creation and save to the hard drive.
The 3 files from Premiere Elements 12 were
Publish+Share/Computer/MPEG with Presets = HDTV 1080p25 High Quality
Publish+Share/Computer/MPEG with Presets = HDTV 720p25 High Quality
Publish+Share/Computer/MPEG with Presets = HD 720p25
The same scheme was used for each, and the results were the same for each...
Imported into Elements Organizer 12, File Menu/Photos and Videos/Files and Folders.
In the Elements Organizer 12, each imported with a thumbnail displaying only a filmstrip icon.
Next I double click the thumbnail and got playback of the video in the Elements Organizer 12 without issue.
Next I right clicked the thumbnail and selected Update Thumbnail. It did within a few seconds. The thumbnail then displayed the first frame of the video.
I ran this test on a laptop with Windows 8.1 64 bit computer operating system. Installed on this computer along with Premiere Elements 12...QuickTime latest version, iTunes latest version, a PowerDVD player. Windows Media Player 12 appeared to be there but not yet activated. No VLC player or other.
For the moment I am assuming that codec were essentially from QuickTime and from what Premiere Elements 12 brought along.
