Goods Movement Time in IST

Ours is an MNC, we have our servers in USA, Goods Movement in Indian Plants as per CIN should show IST. Is it possible?

It can be achieved but will require enhancement in table as well as application. To display US as well as Indian time and date.
Maintain the time difference between IST and US (depending upon the location) in a 'Z' table and display from there.
Take this as lead and discuss about it with your ABAP team! Certainly achievable.

    Hi:
It looks like to me if there is validation working in background . Please check in GGB4  there will validation active for this asset class . Low value asset check restricts you from posting an amount as specified in OAYK. Please check.

    Hi
Try any of the below enhancements
    CONFPP01
With this customer enhancement you can determine your own default values
(ones that deviate from SAP logic) for a confirmation. The confirmation
can be changed in the customer enhancement.
The following are copied to the interface: the operation in the order
(AFVGD), the order header (CAUFVD) and the confirmation (AFRUD) as well
as the confirmation parameters (TCORU). The confirmation is copied back
from the customer enhancement to the SAP standard program.
    CONFPP02
With this customer enhancement you can make your own checks of the
confirmation after the SAP checks have taken place. The confirmation
    cannot be changed.
The following are copied to the interface: the operation in the order
(AFVGD), the complete order header (CAUFVD) and the confirmation
    (AFRUD).
    CONFPP03
With this customer enhancement you can make your own checks once an
operation has been selected for confirmation. The data cannot be
      changed.
The following are copied to the interface: the operation in the order
(AFVGD) and the complete order header (CAUFVD).
    CONFPP04
With this customer enhancement you can carry out your own checks on the
confirmation. The confirmation can for example be changed depending on
    the user's entries.
The following are copied to the interface: the operation in the order
(AFVGD), the complete order header (CAUFVD) and the confirmation
(AFRUD). The confirmation is copied back from the customer enhancement
    to the SAP standard program.
    CONFPP05
With this customer enhancement you can update your own data once you
have saved the confirmation. You cannot change the confirmations.
In this customer enhancement it is strictly FORBIDDEN to send error
messages or other messages because otherwise there is the danger that
data will be inconsistent. SAP takes no responsibility for this !!!
The following are copied to the interface: a table with all the
confirmations (AFRUD) created in this transaction and a table with the
order headers (CAUFVD) that belong to it.
    CONFPP06
With this enhancement you can determine which data from a manually
entered confirmation is transferred to the automatically created
confirmations, for example, when a confirmation is entered for a
    milestone operation.
In addition to the order data (IS_CAUFVD) and operation data (IS_AFVGD),
the confirmation type (I_CONF_TYPE) is also transferred. The data from
the manually entered confirmation is imported via the structure
IS_AFRUD_MAIN and the data determined by the system for the
automatically created confirmation is imported via the structure
    IS_ACT_DATA.
The data from the automatically created confirmation can then be
modified and exported via the structure ES_ACT_DATA.
    CONFPP07
With this enhancement you can define your own detail areas (screens)
that can be issued for the single screen entry of time ticket
    confirmations.
Two function modules are available to implement the flow control for the
customer-defined screens. While the function module EXIT_SAPLCORU_S_100
transmits the data from the confirmation, order, operation and work
center, the entered confirmation data can be exported using the function
module EXIT_SAPLCORU_S_101 and the structure ES_AFRUD.

  • Automatic goods movement at the time of confirmation in IW42

    Hey gurus,
In a maintenance order i ve reserved some materials to be issued from the stores. Now i am not issuing the reserved materials from the stores and going to iw42 for confirming the operations of the order. If i select the item overview of the operation line against which we have booked the material, in the goods movement section i can see my reserved material which hasn't been issued from the stores. Now when i'm saving the confirmation, goods movement of the unissued material is automatically taking place and the cost of the material is getting booked in the order. How do i stop this automatic posting of material?

  • Concerns ALL Time Machine Users. HOW TO MOVE Time Machine backups. Help !

Concerns ALL Time Machine Users :
MOVE (or COPY) Time Machine backups from a "x"To Disk to an "y"To greater disk.
Hello and thank you all for reading me,
First, excuse me if I make language errors (I'm French).
Secundo, I don't know if you'll find something interesting for you
in what I write about Time Machine and my own problems,
but there's a possibility also that YOU could perhaps help me.
I'm talking about Time Machine and his **** Backups.backupdb folder,
containing "*Name of your Mac*" folder,
this folder containing Time Machine backups, format : YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS
Time Machine doesn't recognize the backups it made *IF YOU MOVE THEM*.
I have perhaps a solution in this message.
You'll see below what kind of problem I (and you could) have.
Since 12/01/10, an Apple Adviser Level Two (and me)
are trying to understand how to move backups from TM1To Disk to, let's say, a bigger one.
    My case is TM1,5To.
*Purpose :* Move 19 backups from Time Machine X disk to Time Machine Y disk.
Delete TMX disk Time Machine backups after that.
Make TMY disk the current used Time Machine Disk.
I don't remember exactly what we did before
(we even created a "root" account with password (dangerous to do),
but it didn't solve the problem),
    but we finally copied :
    TM1To > Backups.backupdb > *MacBook Pro* folder (containing 19 backups) into :
    TM1,5To > Backups.backupdb folder.
The Copy application announced *16 hours !* (without antivirus, to remove absolutely).
So I said goodbye and thank you to my Apple Adviser. After *8 hours*, Copy failed.
BUT it had succeeded to copy *4 backups ONLY* (why ?) in TM1,5To.
I immediately verified and checked each of these with Get Info.
They had EXACTLY the same size (Byte to Byte) as in TM1To.
➔ BUT HERE IS MY OBSERVATION :
After designing TM1,5To as Time Machine Disk, I ordered it to Backup (now).
And what did Time Machine do in TM1,5To > Backups.backupdb ?
It created a *NEW folder*, named *MacBook Pro 2* !
    ➔ *I HAVE NO ACCESS* to TM1,5To > Backups.backupdb > *MacBook Pro* (4 backups copied from TM1To, remember) ;
    ➔ while I still *HAVE ACCESS* to TM1To > Backups.backupdb > *MacBook Pro* (19 backups) ;
    ➔ *AND I HAVE ACCESS* to TM1,5To > Backups.backupdb > *MacBook Pro 2*,
where Time Machine makes actually his backups.
*NOTE :* If you *change the name* of your computer,
Time Machine *changes automatically the name* of the folder who is in Backups.backupdb folder.
➔ ① I have *never seen* such protections (Sharing and Permissions).
You are not allowed to do anything. I've tried to change permissions,
first : "R+W", after that : "Make (Me) the owner", I can tell you : DON'T DO IT !
➔ ② It's impossible to install an OS on a Time Machine disk
(I thought it would allow better permissions).
OS Installer detects the existence of a Backups.backupdb folder
and refuses to install on this disk or partition.
I have now the bad intent to install minimal OS X
    1) after deleting (how ?) this folder (but not its contents, how to move it ?)
and 2) declare *after that* the disk as Time Machine disk.
➔ ③ Time Machine doesn't backup OTHER Time Machine backups
(who are in an ancient-not-choosed-for-backups Time Machine disk) NOR backups this disk
(detects, once again, the existence of a Backups.backupdb folder).
AND you can't *absolutely not remove backups from the folder the're in*
(for me, *MacBook Pro* or *MacBook Pro 2*).
➔ ④ I didn't have time to do it, but I think there would perhaps be a solution
in restoring backups in partitions specially created to receive them (having the same name,
that sort of thing) and then re-backup these partitions (vicious and complicated).
There is a function on Mac OS X Install DVD : start with it, and then (do not install)
choose "*restore from Time Machine backup*" from the menu bar (it's called "Utilities", I believe).
    ➔ ⑤ I *absolutely don't understand* what follows :
    — If I add (in my TM1To disk) the bytes of the 19 backups
in Backups.backupdb > *MacBook Pro* folder, I obtain about *1,8 To*.
    — It's impossible (and not french).
    — When I check the size used with Disk Utility (NOT with Get Info),
    I find a correct (?) size : *about 750 Go*.
    — What are Time Machine backups made of ?
It can't be aliases (because of their size, and because *aliases suppose originals,
and where could they be ?*), or am I wrong and becoming crazy ?
➔ ⑥ If you refer to the numbers shown at the end of this text (*4 backups*),
you'll see I could *delete duplicate elements* inside these 4 backups,
to win space (but *what kind* of space *if I delete aliases* ?).
Back-In-Time (see below) says he does it.
BUT is it really the OLDEST items I have to destroy (see ⑤),
when I don't know with what kind of ARTEFACT I'm acting ?
What does Time Machine delete to create more backup space ?
Is it REALLY the OLDEST backups it treats, or duplicates, OR ?
    *What you can do :*
Find and go to Tri-Edre.fr or Tri-Edre.com/fr site (it's a french company
that creates small Mac applications since fifteen years at least,
    I think I already bought them several programs in 1990) ;
Their program *Back-In-Time 1.4.4* is free (Trial) and complete to download (with PDF docs too).
It is *ENTIRELY DEDICATED* to Time Machine and *things you can't do* with.
    Price is about 30 €, I think it's worth.
The TRIAL version you will obtain can only work on the LAST Time Machine backup,
but you will see what's featured *AND :*
You will ACCESS to ANY Time Machine backup you want
(It has to be the last of a serie of backups, but the serie you want.
I've bought the application and own an activation key, but you understand I can't give it to you
(it would not be ethic) and anyway you would be obliged to disconnect AirPort, Ethernet etc.
•➔ I have bought the application because I thought (it's said in PDF FAQs) I could IN THE END move Time Machine backup files, but it cannot, (I'm afraid).
*BUT ANY ACCESS PROBLEM IS SOLVED.*
•➔ Back-In-Time 1.4.4 can *delete :* duplicate backups, complete backups,
or duplicate items inside one or several Time Machine backups,
things that I believe impossible with Time Machine itself
    (I've seen it offers to delete ALL occurences of an item) ;
•➔ The application can also restore anything you want, where you want
(but I think Time Machine does it too ?)
•➔ Believe it or not, but since I've bought it on 15/01,
I've only worked about 2 hours (no, much more) on it
and didn't make sufficient progresses (enhancements ?)
to talk of it with sufficient experience (I'm a bad guy, don't you think ?)
•➔ Tri-Edre offers on-line support, e-mail support (and so on),
and I EVEN didn't manage to join them, because I did many other things,
and also somewhat have been disgusted *not to be able to move* or copy
*(accessible by Time Machine after that)* backups,
and I also didn't succeed (*another Time Machine inconvenient*) to DESTROY an ".inProgress"
Time Machine (package) which doesn't work anymore (several interruptions while active),
date (and name) 2010-01-27-164345.inProgress, but is used (*with failure results*)
by Time Machine (it's turned off till I find how to destroy its **** ".inProgress" package.
•➔ I've asked my Apple Adviser Level 2 to wait for news from me
before working himself on the problem, and I think I will send him this message
to prove I haven't forgotten him.
•➔ I'll send it to Tri-Edre too, in the same move.
I hope those remarks to be useful for somebody, tell me if it has helped.
I will also publish this in any Time Machine topics I find here, and in MacRumors site too.
As you can see, I need help too … Does anybody have an idea ?
Perhaps if I used a specific Copy software, it could work ?
You'll see below an example of some time I've spent to study my problem
    (you will think I'm crazy).
With my kind regards, and good luck if you have other Time Machine problems !

    Dear James Pond,
Thank you once again, and, don't be afraid, I will be as short as possible,
but I need to use your last reply (I've cut all what was already said).
JP ➔ You can copy an entire set of backups, but you cannot copy part of it successfully. See #18 etc.
JP ➔ Read this from the first paragraph: "you cannot copy only selected backups,
or merge two (or more) sets of backups." The structure of the backups simply will not allow it.
I've read it, and found it regrettable. And I've also read, after that, what were the solutions under Leopard and Snow Leopard, and my conclusion is that it's a *dead end* for me. In short,
    — I can't move (by drag and drop) the 1To's Backups.backupdb folder (containing MacBook Pro, 19 backups, access) to 1,5To, because there exists already the Backups.backupdb folder created by copy on 12/01 with Apple Assistance (containing [MacBook Pro, 4 backups of 19, no access] and [MacBook Pro 2, 15 backups, access]). I don't even know if it could be deleted by the copy (and I don't wanna do that anyway) ;
    — I can't rename (and what for, I already forgot it) any Backups.backupdb folder nor delete it ;
    — I can't copy any Computer'sName folder (entire set containing backups), being in a Backups.backup.db folder, into another Backups.backupdb folder ;
    — I can't copy any (or all of an entire set) YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS backup(s), being in a Computer'sName folder, into another Computer'sName folder (even if it would be empty).
    — Saying NONE in Time Machine Preferences and putting it to OFF is simply no use.
All is said. What I can try to do is :
    — Delete (not with Finder, but with Back-In-Time) all duplicate things I find in all backups and also entire duplicate backups (I have full access to all with the software) ;
    — Restore each of the reduced-to-minimum backups obtained in specially right-sized partitions wearing the YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS name of each restored backup. Time Machine doesn't backup his backups, but will backup these partitions.
I'm afraid to be actually completely running out of the target, when I read what I write … It's time to go to bed !
Reminder (OH) : Where did you find these amazing informations ?
JP➔ Some of it is detailed here: http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/07/10/12/roadto_maco[]sx_leopard_timemachine.html
    ➤ Thank you ;
    JP➔ and here:
    http://arstechnica.com/apple/reviews/2007/10/mac-os-x-10-5.ars/14
    ➤ Thank you too ;
JP➔ You have to understand the structure. When TM does the first backup, yes, it copies everything.
On subsequent backups, it copies what's new or changed, but also makes "hard links" (sort of like aliases) to the copies of the things that didn't change. That's how it can only back up a few things each time, but show you a complete "snapshot" of the way your entire system looked at the time of every backup.
➤ I'll do my best to understand.
JP➔ Time Machine deletes backups under two conditions. See the first part of #12 in the Frequently Asked Questions User Tip, also at the top of this forum.
Under normal circumstances, you should not have to delete any backups. See the rest of #12.
➤ I understood why Time Machine didn't delete oldest backups : they were not weeklies ones.
Reminder (OH) : How can I destroy the (corrupted ?) not working "2010-01-27-164345.inProgress" in 1,5 To, which causes Time Machine to abort any backup of any size I ask ?
JP➔ Why do you think it's corrupted? TM is designed to "recover" a partial backup.
➤ I'll verify that with the little Tools/Apps I discovered in your FAQ User Tip document and downloaded immediately.
Why didn't Apple tell me anything ? It's my fault, I'm perhaps not clear and not demanding enough more from them.
JP➔ You cannot install OSX on a disk containing TM backups. That's because they need to be on separate disks.
Technically, you could put them on separate partitions of the same disk, but that would not be a good idea.
➤ I never told you that (there would be no interest at all). I talked about the same location, to see if it would allow me more permissions, but if all works without doing it, it's really no use.
JP➔ Sorry, I don't know what that means.
➤ I'm sorry, I didn't explain : "but if all works" meant : Copy Backups.backupdb, "without doing it" meant : Install OSX.
➤ If I install an OSX BEFORE, Time Machine will REFUSE completely to backup on it, it's understood.
JP➔ Correct. The partition you're running from will not be an option in TM Preferences > Select Disk. That prevents TM from backing-up it's own backups!
➤ Would it be so absurd ? Maybe it could resolve my actual problem ?
I think you are right, but I don't know why. I trust you.
Reminder (OH) : "I will not bore you again except if I don't find a specific answer to an unknown-never-seen-incredible malfuction."
JP➔ Don't worry about that -- thats what this forum is for, especially if you're still having problems.
➤ It's seems in fact that there is no possible solution, except what I said above and is certainly crazy/out of subject.
Just try to be as clear and concise as you can.
And please don't post the same things repeatedly -- it wastes your time and ours, and can confuse other folks.
➤ You're absolutely right and I tried to do so this time, and I'm sorry because I see it's still (far) not enough (short).
Thank you once more. I wish you a good evening and week-end. Here it's 01:40 AM.
    With my kind regards

  • BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE: Transport Order Goods Movements

    Hi
I have a transport order  (move material from plant A to plant B) and a outbound delivery already created on SAP.
From xMII using FMu2019s o BAPIu2019s I need to update the picking and also confirm the outbound delivery in order to register the goods movement, the good movement that I need to create itu2019s 641 type.
We are using quite well the BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to move materials for Purchase Orders and Process Orders, but with movement type 641 I always get the following error message u201CGoods movement not possible with mvmt type 641u201D; so I began to search on the SAP SDN about this.
Is there another BAPI for create a 641 movement?
What are the BAPI or FM that I need to use?
    Any help?
Best Regards and Thanks in advance

Finally I've managed to create movement type 641...
    Let explain how:
First its to update the outbound delivery using the BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE where you can assign a storage location for a position, the delivered quantity, net weight, gross weigth, volume and also conversion factor between units of measure.
The we need to do the picking and the post good issue (PGI) by WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE where you define the picking qty, date and time for the post good issue, etc. This is the one that creates a movement 641.
Here you can see an example of the two BAPI/FM request that you need:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

  • Value of the goods movement is negative in GR

    Dear all,
While preparing GR for an imports sch agmnt we are receiving an error message "Value of the goods movement is negative".
System is giving the diagnosis of the error message are "Sub-contracting by-product value is higher than GR value" & "Delivery cost is negative".
But our case is an imports GR and we have prepared GR for same sch agmnt on last month also.
Pl send us your valuable suggestions to resolve this issue. (What are all the other factors to cause this type of error)
    Regards,
    M.Sarathi

    Hi
    Check the following
    1) In Scheduling agreement additional data for that line in ME32l, check for field Pr.date.cat. It should not be 5. If it is 5 and the price validity falls below GR date then you get this errror.
2)If you get that Pr.date.cat field in display mode, remove time dependent condition tick from document type config. then it will allow you to change.
Hope your problem will be solved. If not please revert back
    Regards
    Antony

  • Enhancement in MIGO for Goods Movement

    Hi Gurus,
I got a requirement to Create a 262 goods movement materials document with reference to a Sub-Contract GR for an account assigned Sub-Contract PO thru TCODE MIGO. The details are describe as follow:
Once the 101/543 GR movement is carried out, a 262 movement type needs to be executed to reverse the consumption of the material against the service order and bring it back to the inventory (open stock). This movement needs to be triggered once MIGO ‘subcontractor goods receipt -101/543’ is committed (saved).
When the 101/543 GR movement transaction MIGO is saved-
    1.     User exit needs to be invoked
    2.     Check if the GR is
o     for an account assigned (EKPO- KNTTP Acct Assignment Cat =F) Sub-Contract PO (EKPO- PSTYP  Item Category L)
o     AND the service order number (AUFNR) exists in ZXXXXXX (ZSUBCON_VALIDATION) table
    3.     Identify the line item material in the goods receipt document (First item /against movement type 101),
    4.     Identify the service order number (AUFNR) from ZSUBCON_VALIDATION table.
    5.     Call the goods issue (262) transaction via the BAPI using the material derived via step 3 and against the service order number derived via step 4. BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE  post goods movements

  • Is it possible to do goods movement with reference to PR or STR?

My client wish to follow following process for fulfilling the material requirement.
    1. User will create Purchase Requisition or stock transport requisition.
    2. Purchase dept. will check the stock and will ask stores to issue the goods if available. This goods movement should be reflected in PR as history. There won't be any creation of PO or STO.
    3. If stock is not available then Purchase dept will create a PO or STO.
In the above process, can reservation be used instead of PR or STR ?  However problem is, this will lead to material getting reserved (Blocked), system will not allow goods movement (issue) for other issuances (for other departments who has not created reservation) if sufficient stock is not available in storage location.
What is the best possible solution for this?
    Thanks in advance,
    Sanjog

    Hi,
As per i understand your Problem i am suggesting.
See as you said the stock is already present in the system or stores this means previously it has been received with any GR based on PO. so you have the PO. and now why you want a amend in the system when there is defined sequential process steps in SAP for STO's or for any purpose.
Creation of GR/GI/TR's are important at user levels for moving the material's but at the time of audit/ Checks in SAP how you will deal with it i dont know. as all the database are made in such a format so that you can generate each and every Report of movement/ or material in SAP so that your client will also find some clear picture of there store's.
so try to convince your client for standard processes in SAP.

  • Error message (M3024) during parallel goods movement

For publication distribution, collected unreferenced deliveries and goods issues are done in SAP system for a customer group by a program which is triggered by a web service every day. Standart SAP functionalities are used in this program. At goods issue part of program, an error message is occuring "Valuation data for material &  is locked by the user &" with error code :M3024. The user who processes the program is locking himself. Also we have checked the other goods movement types in standart transactions (MB1B-MB11..)and same problem was occured. We have checked the notes that we applied before for to avoid material lock in paralel goods movement. There is nothing changed both in customizing and deveploment after upgrade. So we couldnt find the way to fix this problem. FIRST ANSWER FROM SAP***************************************** Can you kindly review the attached note 70865 with regards to this issue. WE APPLIED.-- We reviewed 70865 and this solution not applicable for our current system. According to note; We set material late lock exclusive time 15 seconds in OMJI. This solution solved material lock error at all plant level. After this solution, We get same batch error during goods movement(m3862), Then We applied note 157423, this note solved material batch lock error during goods movement, At last we have now m3024(Material valuation error lock) error during all goods movement. THEN********************************* As explained in the note 70865 , to ensure data integrity, it is necessary to block the material against updates by other users during good movements. This is achieved by blocking the material plant (lock object MARC) and the material valuation area (lock object MBEW) exclusively against othertransactions which update the material master. What you can do, as advised in the note, is to activate the late block via transaction OMJI. As a result of this change, several users will be able to carry out good movements to the same material and plant simultaneously. The problem is that you will experience a disadvantage of performance loss after this change. Please, notice that with this change in OMJI, several users will be ableto carry out GOODS MOVEMENTS to the same material and plant simultaneously. This change will not allow the simultaneous input of a goods movement and an invoice for the same material (in this case, the material will be locked as soon as the purchase order item is adopted in the invoice and the error message M3024 will occur). When the error message M3024 occurs, you could check with transaction SM12, there you could find some tables like MBEW are locked by user. The table is locked to prevent valuation, quantity etc. to be updated. System does not check if it is standard price or MAP, as soon as you work with one material it will be locked (its valuation data has to be locked, because otherwise there is no guarantee of the consistency of the stock values. Without this lock mechanism the possibility of serious data inconsistencies could arise). your customizing under: SPRO > IMG > Material Management > Set up Material block for goods movements Here you could choose setting 2(at positing) to have only a short locking period at posting. Please review information in attached notes. 521945 FAQ: Material block 322989 Late block: Number of blocking attempts AT LAST ** PROBLEM STILL GOING ON WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO SOLVE THIS ERROR.

    HI Fatih,
Refer to SAP Note 1744780 - Error message M3024 during Invoice Verification process .
In the standard system it is not possible the simultaneous entry of a GOODS MOVEMENTS and an INVOICE for the same material and the same plant.
When you enter the invoice for the purchase order item, the valuation data for the material is updated, therefore this valuation data (table MBEW) needs to be blocked so that it is not changed at the same time by any other transaction (which might cause inconsistencies).
    Resolution
This system behavior can not be avoided by any customizing setting or any user exit.
This is correct system behavior to protect the other transactions update the material master.
As advised in the note 70865 :
It is possible to activate the late block via transaction OMJI. As a result of this change, several users will be able to carry out good movements to the same material and plant simultaneously, however there is a risk to cause the data inconsistency and performance problems.

  • Goods movements

    Hi,
I am having an issue  with goods movements.when two people are trying to post goods at  the same time one of them is getting an error saysing that the plant data info is blocked by XXXXXXX user. this is happening for the confirmation process. In my business process 20 people will be doing confirmations at the same time. so I am having this problem quiet often. how to over come this.
I know we can set a background job to post all goods moements   ( OPKC) but those  scenarios dont work for my business process.
is there any way to queue thise movements instead of all happening at the same time.

    Hi
I think this question was raised earlier also. The best way is to allot a fixed time slot for your users so as to avoid clash. I suppose i explained that the master data of any material is stored at one place only and if you schedule a background job for this then all your good movement transaction will be in que and performed in orderly manner.
If automatic posting is not possible then use the time slot method.

  • RG1@ MIGO functionality in Excise group settings in Tax on Goods movement

    Hello
Can any one tell me the functionality of RG1@ MIGO check box which is in Excise group settings in Tax on goods movement in ECC6.0.
As per the system it is stating that "Creates an entry in register RG 1 immediately you create an outgoing excise invoice in the standard Goods Movement transaction, MIGO, if the goods in the excise invoice are finished goods."
I have checked this check box and create the excsie invoice but system is not updating Rg1 automatically.I need to update it through J1I5 only.
Anybody is having any idea about this functionality?
    Regards
    Sunil

    Hi Sunil!
We r working in 4.7.  The setting u r telling is available here also.
In case you have selected the check box 'Update RG1 at MIGO', system shall update RG1 at the time of cration of Outgoing Excise Invoice through MIGO.
If u dont wish for automatic update, please unselect this check box. Please take care of the day/time for doing the same.
    Regards
    Arun
