  • Message no. BS007-Goods receipt for purchase order not allowed

    Hello SAP Experts,
I have created an internal order to collect expense within the order.
When I tried to reverse an GR against the PO created with the internal order assigned, the following Error occured.
"Goods receipt for purch. order" is not allowed (ORD 145116170204)
    Message no. BS007
    Diagnosis
The current status of object 'ORD 145116180204' prohibits business transaction 'Goods receipt for purch. order'.
    Procedure
To process business transaction 'Goods receipt for purch. order', you first have to change the status of object 'ORD 145116170204' to allow the transaction 'Goods receipt for purch. order'.
This gives you an overview of the system and user statuses that affect the transaction. A transaction can only be executed if there is at least one status that allows it and there is no status that forbids it.
The order was previous TECOed, and change it's status to Release, but still have the error.
Please give possible solutions. Thank you in advance.

  • Automatic creation of transfer orders from goods receipt of purchase order.

    Hi experts
    The project i am currently working on requires the following;
When goods receipting a purchase order i have a requirement for the system to create automatic transfer orders to put the stock away into storage bins.  I am aware that the stock goes straight into the 902 area once goods receipted.  Is it possible to have the transfer orders created automatically out of 902 once the goods receipt has been posted.
    In support of this, i have made an entry in transaction OMKX for the following;
    Reference Movement Type - 101
Movement Indicator - B (goods movement for purchase order)
    Movement Type - 101
TR Create Transfer requirement - X
    Immed. TO Creation - A
    Addl Data - X
Once i receipt the PO it just sits in 902 and does not create any automatic transfer orders.
    Could someone please help me
    Thanks
    Simon

Please try to process the material document of the GR manually by LT06 in foreground to find out the root cause of the error.
You may also want to setup the mail control (V_T321-MAILK) for immediate TO creation in OMKX. The system will send you a express message (depending on your setup) if TO creation is failed.

  • Internal Order not allowed for revenue posting

    Hello all,
I have a problem, while doing migo for subcontracting materials(movement type 105) following error has occurred:
Message no. KO014:Order 5000012 cannot carry revenues
    Steps i have followed:
Step-1: In transaction MB1B materials are transferred to stock with subcontractor with movement type -541(Transfer posting to stock with subcontractor from unrestricted.-use stock) and with reference to scheduling agreement number. (A material document is generated).
Step-2: Creation of Subcontracting Challan through T-code-J1IF01 with reference to material document generated in step-1 above.
Step-3:  Goods receipt through T-Code-MIGO with movement type 103(Goods receipt for purchase order into GR blocked stock) with reference to scheduling agreement number mentioned above. (A material document number is generated)
Step-4: Release of GR blocked through T-Code-MIGO with movement type 105(GR from blocked stock) and with reference to material document generated in step-3 above.
When the material document is checked, system does not give any error but at the time of posting the same system displays the following message:
    Order 5000012 cannot carry revenues
The above order is an internal order and is assigned to Stock Change Account (a primary cost element) in OKB9 (Default account assignment).

    Hi
Go to T.code KO02 and check in the Control data tab if your Internal Order is blocked for Revenue Posting or not.

  • Output Message for Purchase order not being created Automatically

    Hi all,
I created a Condition type for Purchase order in MN04 with key combination "Doc.Type/Purch.Org/Vendor". The problem arises when i delete this condition record. After deletion when i create purchase order in me21n for that condition type, the system gives an error.
Message no. 06261 - No message generated for output of purchasing document.
Is there anyway the purchase order message is created automatically again when its condition type has been deleted from MN04.
    - Regards
    Sahar Khalid

Before creating the entry in MN04 the message was being created automatically. I want the system to create the same output message as it was creating before the creation of the entry in MN04.

  • Good receipt exceed purchase order quantity

Hello all, I am trying to do a good receipt that exceed purchase order quantity but I have an error message that I can´t do it.
I configure tolerance limits B1, B2 and VP but it doesn´t work.
I only can do a good receipt that exceed purchase order if I put tolerance limits in the PO Delivery tab
    Is there another way?
    Thanks in advance
    Rosa Rodríguez

    Hi Rosa,
You can see the SAP Note 24312 - Inventory management - system message M7022 - Release Indep.
    As stated in it:
"During the goods receipt with reference to the purchase order or the production order, overdeliveries are only allowed if this was determined in the purchase order or order (indicator "Unlimited" or definition of the "overdelivery tolerance"). If this is exceeded, the system will always display an error message.
The corresponding system message was hard-coded as error message in the program. In these cases, the Customizing settings have no effect."
    Also see the SAP Library:
    http://help.sap.com/
    SAP ERP Central Component
    -> Logistics
       -> Materials Management (MM)
          -> Inventory Management (MM-IM)
-> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory (MM-IM)
                -> Goods Receipt
-> Goods Receipts for Purchase Orders
                      -> Underdeliveries, Overdeliveries, and Final
                         Deliveries
    "Overdeliveries:
In the standard, overdeliveries are not allowed. In the event of an overdelivery, the system issues an ERROR message.
If overdeliveries are to be allowed, you can specify the following data in the purchase order:
    .- Unlimited indicator:
If this indicator is set, overdeliveries of any size are allowed. The system does not issue any message.
    .- Overdelivery tolerance:
You can enter a percentage overdelivery tolerance in the purchase order.
If a quantity of goods received is larger than the order quantity plus the overdelivery tolerance, it is not accepted by the SAP system."
So you can only overdeliver the quantity ordered by setting the "unlimited" (EKPO-UEBTK) indicator or by defining Overdelivery tolerances at the Purchase order item level.
It is not allowed either to receive more than the quantity ordered plus the overdelivery tolerance.
The system forbids overdeliveries by hardcoding the message as error in the system.
As already stated by the note 24312 the customizing settings do not have any effect.
    I hope this helps you.
    Best regards,
    Esther.

  • GR for Purchase order and GI for prod. order simultaneously

    Hi Guys,
My client current has an external system, which does both GR for puchase order and GI for Prod. order at the same time. He is now migrating into SAP and he wants the same functionality. Do you have any idea how to do this.
For eg., Pick list(CO27) will pick and issue the components to production order, if the component is in inventory. if it is not there, it will give error.
Can we add, if material is not there, it should do GR and GI. is it possible with any customer exit in CO27?
    Thanks
    Srini

    Hi,
In KANBAN, we have the possibility to do the GR (Goods Invard) if th container is Full and GI (to the production Order) if the Container is Empty.
    It's just a thaught..

  • Purchase and release order not allowed for TECO work orders

    Hi
We are typically setting maintenance work orders to TECO once the physical work as been performed as that sets the reference date for showing the history of when the maintenance was performed, and when the maintenance call was completed. However, we have invoices that may come in significantly later than when the  physical work was performed.
Once the order is in TECO a purchase or release order (for services against a contract) cannot be created for the work order. Additionally it appears that even if we have a release order,or purchase order, if it is not for the exact amount of the invoice the release or purchase order cannot be ammended - we get the sameerror mssage (BS007) as when creating a new purchase order for the TECO order.
I had wondered about using BS22 to change TECO to continue to allow purchase  and release orders when the order is in TECO status.
Any input on pros/cons or other approachs appreciated.
    Philip

    Thanks
That was what I initially thought. However I was informed that if the invoice is not for the originally determined amount that to post the invoice means having to change the PO, and changing the PO appears to hit the same business transaction as creating a PO, and so we get the error mssage.
The issue is that we may know we need to have services estimated at, say, $5.000. But we do not know what the actual final invoice will be. So the actual amount may end up being $4,500 or $5,500 as an example, and it may come ni late from the vendor. The Purchse Order side is not my expertize, but I am being informed that the invoice must match the PO amount, otherwise the PO must be ammended to match. As the order is in TECO, the user cannot amend the PO.
I would be happy to know of other options, or at least good questions to ask. I want the end user to be able to post the invoice against the PO, after the order is in TECO, even it the invoice amount is not exactly the same as what was originally anticipated.
    regards
    Philip

  • Purchase order not visble for confirmation in SRM 7.0 portal

    Hi all,
I am basically a portal consultant .The functional consultant configured in such a way that once the user creates a shopping cart it will create a Purchase order.
But when i go into central confirmation role  and click on create confirmation document and search for the Purcahse order it is not getting displayed.
But There are some 11 pos in the system with 9 pos of  status order and  2 pos status saved.
Please help me in resolving this.
    Thanks and regards,

Edited by: Rajesh A on Jul 2, 2009 2:24 PM

Hope you might have some option called Express confirmation. check it up.
You can use this business process to confirm the receipt of goods. In SAP SRM, purchasers can create confirmations themselves, even if the purchase order is in the back-end system. It is possible to create express confirmations directly in the Check Status application without having to switch to another application.
Alternatively, an internal dispatcher or shipping department can take delivery of goods and confirm centrally. In this case, an additional approval workflow through the supplier is possible. Then, the goods receipt is posted in the back-end system.
You can also cancel an existing confirmation at item level. In addition to all of this, you can return partial quantities of individual items (or of all items) to your suppliers, and state the reasons for these return deliveries. These reasons are also transferred to the back-end system

  • Purchase order not created for correct item in WGSREQ

    Hi Experts,
When we use inbound Idoc type WGSREQ in Retail, with 2
items for example, where the one item is incorrect, to create
a purchase order, the system incorrectly does not generate a
    document for the correct item.

    Dear Plamen,
    Check following points
    (a) Article master listed or not for your Store / DC
    (b) Info record is there or not?
    (c) Check Vedor master extended to relevant purchase organization or not?
Hope this info will be useful.

  • Restrict Posting of Goods Receipt by Purchase Order Type

Does anyone know of a way to prevent posting goods receipt for a specific purchasing document type? We need to prevent users from posting PO's that were system generated through an outside interface. They are brought back into ECC as the system of record. Since authorizations are only based on movement type, plant, and storage location with MIGO, without creating a new movement type, is there any way to achieve this?
Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi,
Normally it would be the other way around, where the continued process for Open Purchase Orders will be done in SAP ERP, and no longer continued in the legacy system.
So in your case, to avoid performing double posting (e.g. goods receipt in legacy and in SAP which causes duplicate inventory in books compared to physical) you would need to stop the Open POs in SAP ERP from being processed further.
Just to be sure, there are a few types of Open POs
    1) Open PO where Goods Receipt have not been done.
For this type, normally we would be doing the future receipts in SAP ERP
    2) Open PO where Goods Receipt done, but pending Invoice
For this type, we could ignore the PO all together and create a FI Invoice when the invoice comes. (The quantity is entered in SAP ERP via 561 initial stock balance movement type)
For type 1, if you perform goods receipt in legacy system, how are the quantities being captured in SAP ERP? How about payment, will this be done in legacy as well? How do you plan to reflect it in SAP?
For type 2, will you be performing invoice receipt and payment in legacy? How will it be reflected in SAP without being a duplicate with the legacy payment?
If you could answer these questions, then you could lock the SAP PO numbers by highlighting each line item, and click on the lock button. This will prevent future receipts in SAP.

  • Uncheck "Goods Receipt" on Purchase Order

    Hello Experts,
please, how is it possible on Purchase Order / Delivery Tab to uncheck field "Goods Receipt"? This field was checked by mistake and now it is grey in ME22N.
Because it is checked now it is not possible to post the invoice in MIRO (no items available for posting, since actually for this PO no goods recept will be done).
    Thank you,
    Ondrej

    hi
this Good Recipt gets checked always because of setting in VENDOR MASTER control data
if u uncheck the Indicator: GR-Based Invoice Verification then this will not get checked automatically
you can try this solution else u have to do GOODS RECIPT then only you can do the invoice verification
