Google directing to Phone version rather than Desktop?

Be gentle with me as I am pretty new to all of this...
I need step-by-step instructions on how to make sure Google is directing traffic to Desktop version rather than the Phone/about page as it has been doing.
www.geelc.com is the site address.
I have tried adding this <link rel="canonical" href="http://www.geelc.com/about.html"/> to the offending page to no avail.
Help?

When I visit your site from google, I'm directed to the desktop version.
One thing to note - if you have a link from your desktop site to your phone site, and you click that link, Muse sets a browser cookie to remember that you prefer the phone site. Is it possible you've done this? If so clearing your browser cookies may get you back to the desktop site. It might also be useful to google your site from another computer to see what the first time visitor experience will be.

If it gets far enough to reject your serial number, it won't help to download it. It must have installed ok.
What is the message you get (DON'T tell us the serial number!!)?

Yes, a single serial number can be used to install on two computers and one can be a PC and one a Mac. The download will be a different installer for each platform but the serial number should activate both.

Search picks up desktop version rather than mobile version of website on smartphone

ive ive recently added a mobile version of my muse website. However I've notiiced that when searching for a freelance creative artworker and selecting my site www.paulsutton-artwork.co.uk on my android phone, it's loading up the desktop version and not the mobile version?
im confused!
could anyone shed any light on this please.

ive typed in the domain name on my smartphone and it's bringing up the desktop version. I've checked again doing a search for Freelance Creative Artworker and when I see my URL I click on it but it's still bringing up desktop version. The only time it brings up phone version is if I type www.paulsutton-artwork.co.uk/phone/index?
id also like to add that as a test I published my site via bc. Strangely enough if I type in the bc URL on my phone it loads up the mobile site, so it appears to work on bc. So does this look like it's something to do with way files are being uploaded to be web host? I've also read someone had a problem with a htaccess file?
ive ive now tried uploading all files via FTP. Still the same result. I've notiiced that my phones URL is now showing www.paulsutton-artwork.co.uk/index.html?devicelock=desktop

Why does the Phone Version appear as desktop version when it is online

I designed a website in Adobe Muse. I also did a Phone Layout. Now the site is online. On the phone the site opens in the phone Layout but after using the navigation the site changes to the desktop version, which is not readable on the phone.
What can i do to make the Phone version run correctly?

sounds like you need to update your navigation so the buttons are linking to the phone versions of the pages rather than the desktop ones?

Hello All - Stumped at how to avoid having Mail be the default - which seems to be the default of choice on my desktop. However I do not really use Mail, but rather gmail. Unsure of how to go about this, since I do not have a reader for my gmail. Thanks to all you know - Carlyle

You could try gmail Notifier for Mac. Text below from link (Frequently asked Questions).
Making Gmail your default mail application
You can designate Gmail as your default mailto handler. This means that when you click on any hyperlinked email address, a Gmail compose window will open so you can send a message to that address from Gmail.
To do so in Windows:
Download the Gmail Notifier.
Right-click the Notifier icon in your system tray, and select Options.
Check the box next to Use Gmail for internet mailto: links.
Click OK.
If you decide later that you don't want to use Gmail as your default email application, simply uncheck the box.And, if you're using a Mac, you can set your default mailto handler by following these steps:

After trying to figure out what happened all I can determine is that I might have paid for the use of a phone number for 12 months and not a subscription. Now of course after trying for several hours trying to find out how to contact Microsoft or Skype - or Whatever help center - for the past hour and finding they deflect all help to their help pages that comes nowhere NEAR helping me or explaining what has happened - and if I made a mistake how to correct it. I apparently need to spend more money for a premium account to get actual advice or any kind of resolution. I am having the same issue... Except I'm not a new user.
I've had a subscription for many years and this month I lapsed because of a new credit card number. After a few days I went in to resubscribe and everything went smoothly... or so I thought.
I paid $60 bucks for a 12 month subcription and everything seemed to go through... I got charged and I got a confirmation e-mail. Now, here's the rub. Whenever I make a call a message pops up that says "Your call is about to end. You are low on credits." WHAT?!?
I just paid $60 bucks! So, having never had a problem before I procceded to the website to look at my account and possibly send an e-mail to someone that could help me. No dice.
This website needs to provide some sort of support for their users... In fact this is the only post I could find on this subject and, unfortunately, it didn't help me at all. It just showed me that at least one other person has had this problem. When replying to this post a small box opened up, talking about how to fix payment problems. When I followed those links, it lead me to a page that basically said "If your subscription isn't working, it's your fault." WTF! Seriously?!?!

Photos Open in 64 bit version rather than 32

I installed CS5 yesterday and have both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions on my computer. I copied my plug-ins and they are located in the 32 bit version, so I prefer to have my photos open in that version of CS5. My problem is that if I have a photo that I want to open from my "Picture" folder it automatically opens in the 64 bit version. I am not given the option of opening in the 32 bit version. I know that I can open it from Bridge or Photoshop; however, sometimes I just want to be able to click on the photo and open it in CS5. Can you help me??

Yes, open Bridge and go to edit/preferences/file type associations.
Scroll down the list and change the default to the x86 version
of PS. You will have to browse to the bridge.exe
in the 32 bit version and click on it.

With AIR 2.7, there is no way to switch between device speaker and phone earpiece on Android and iOS. All sounds, by default, play through device speaker only.
The link mentioned by Colin just presents a way to enable phone receiver on iOS. However thats a bug and will be rectified in future releases. So I will not encourage you to use that.

Actually that is Messages Menu > Preferences > Accounts > iMessages account and the "Start New Conversation From" Drop down
The Pic is from Mavericks but in the indicated item there is little change.
Mine is set to my Apple ID.
It can make a difference if your iPhone Contacts only know your iPhone Number or you don't want them to know your Apple ID.
