Google Nik Collection with Creative Suite 5 Web Premium

Ever since I installed Google Nik crashing my Photoshop began crashing upon exit. Now my Dreamweaver crashes (often).
I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it and reuninstalled it and I still am crashing. Is anyone else having this problem? What can I do to fix it?
Thank you!

I don't have any easy answers. Try removing CS5 with the Adobe Cleaner Tool here:

Download a clean copy of CS5 here and reinstall:

If that doesn't work, there could be hardware issues going on.

I installed a new SSD drive in my computer and now Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium says I don't have a license. I have license. It was very expensive. I am disabled now, and I need this software working. Adobe Acrobat has been a primary tool for accommodating memory problems after a brain injury. (A car ran me down while I was out getting exercise.) I installed the SSD because I needed my management of PDF files to run faster. I called tech support for help when the software first stopped working, but they needed me to give them a number from my original disks. Because of my disability, I've been having someone come in to clean, and the shelves where I kept my software packages were cleared. I've been hunting for them ever since, but I can't look for them myself for very long at a time. Today I finally found them, but now I can't seem to contact tech support. What happened? I don't want to delete my old files because I need the setup to remain unchanged, because I don't do well with changes. I think all I should need is to have someone located the license file on drive E: and move it to wherever it is needed on the SSD drive, but I don't know what to look for.

Tech support is not normally available on weekends.  You should contact them as soon as the weekend passes and pick up where you left off with them.

  • How can I re-install Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium 5.5

A couple of years ago I purchased Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium for my PC at work - not via the Creative Cloud. They recently gave me a new computer, but now the install of this is not on the new one.
Where can I go to download these files again?  Yes, I know they are older, but that's all I really need (basic Photoshop and Illustrator).

  • Need help with Creative Suite 2 Premium

I installed Creative Suite 2 Premium on my new Dell with Windows 7. When I start any of the programs I get different error messages depending on which program I am trying to start. For Photoshop I get "Your Adobe Photoshop username, organization or serial number is missing or invalid. The application cannot continue and must quit." I have tried uninstalling the programs and reinstalling them. I have tried running the programs and an adminstrator. I have changed the compatibility of the WIndows version. Nothing works. I called tech and they would not help because they no longer support the programs because they are too old. Does anyone have any solutions?

Copying a solution from the doc
Error: "...user name, organization or serial number is missing or invalid..." when you start Photoshop (CS2 on Mac OS)
Solution 1: Run the installer, input the user information, and then quit the installer.
    1. Run the Photoshop Installer from the CD, and proceed through the installation screens.
    2. Type in your Username, Organization, and Serial Number when you are asked to Personalize Your Software, and click Next.
    3. The installation begins. Go to the Installer menu, and choose Quit Installer and close the installer window.
    4. Restart Photoshop.
If this does not help, try the other solutions mentioned in the document.

  • CS3/CS4 Creative Suites Web Premium installation conflicts

Scenario: I installed Creative Suite CS4 Web Premium using Windows XP Pro with SP3 and all the required computer specifications while I still had Creative Suite CS3 Web Premium on the computer. All went well for a while and then Flash CS3 started acting up by not being able to close the program without using Task Manager. I decided to uninstall Flash CS3 (deactivated it first) and tried reinstalling it.
Problem: I haven't been able to reinstall it. It seems that CS3 and CS4 use the same Shared Components and when the reinstall is completed, the install report shows that Flash CS3 was not installed as well as several Shared Components of CS4. During the reinstall of Flash CS3, the install occasionally asks for the CS4 disk, so I remove the CS3 disk from my primary DVD drive, insert the CS4 disk, click OK and then it asks for the CS3 disk again (ok, that's fine). At the end of the reinstall, the install report says the the shared components failed because the reinstall was looking for the CS4 shared components on my secondary DVD drive. So I then put the CS3 disk again in my primary DVD drive and put the CS4 disk in my secondary DVD drive and tried the reinstall again. It failed again and the report now says its looking for the CS4 shared components in my primary DVD drive.
Does anyone know what is going on here? Thank you for any help you may be able to supply.
You might ask why I don't just move completely to CS4 and the reason is that I'm trying to finish a project started in CS3. I could move completely to CS4, but I should be able to have both programs on my computer. At least, I would think so.

  • Problems with Creative Suite Design Premium.

Does Freative Suite Design Premium 3 work on Window 7 Pro 64 bit?

I initially installed Creative Suite 3 Design Premium on my PC with Windows 7 64 Bit Home which was upgraded to Professional in December last year so the full prgramme has been running fine until the evening of May 13th then on Monday 14th nothing would open. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times but with no success. Photoshop open but with a windows error message then closes down no other programme will open. I have tried installing without acrobat as it always seemed to want a Vista dll which I have never had ( having said that it will install on it's own after cancelling the vista request box and runs okay). I tried various suggestions from a helpful person on the Adobe chat helpline but then someone else withdrew the compalint saying that CSD 3 did not work with 64 bit which is patently untrue as it had been running successfully for over a year, but suggesting I buy an upgrade. I am quite happy with CSD3 for the moment but given the sudden failure this proposal did make me wonder if soome Adobe upgrade that has come throgh is interferring with 64 bit systems perhaps to get people to upgrade. I would hope not!
In any case perhaps you can let me know how I submit a formal complaint to Adobe as there does not seem to be a function to do so. I have spent a significant amount of money for this prgramme and I expect it to work.
So CDS 3 does work with 64 bit the question is why should it stop now? Intriguing but extremely frustrating.
Thanks for your mail since I cannot seem to reactivate my case # 0183251810 to take this matter further.

  • Creative Suite Web Premium CS5

Please pardon if I might be posting the query in the wrong forum. If so please let me know and I will re-post. Otherwise I would sincerely appreciate some assistance with this serious paroblem... thank you  RL
I recently had several serious machine problems and had to reinstall the OS (W7 Pro-64) of both of my desktop computers. One I could deactivate the Adobe suite but the second machine froze without being able to access any programs. I 'chatted' with someone at Adobe back in September and was told that all of the programs had been activated or whatever and I should have no problem re-installing. I re-installed Web Premium CS5 on both machines and then went through multiple updates to bring the software up to date without issue. I do not recall any updating problems until recently when I got notice of updates available for most of the program's segments. But when I try the updates they all fail. (See attached screen shot images for details...) I have tried multiple times on both machines with identical results. I started with Macromedia Flash many years ago and through Adobe's acquisition of that company/software and various updates/upgrades I have arrived at the point where CS5 seems to do exactly what I need. I just want what I have to be able get the latest updates and keep my programs current. Why can I not do updates on my legally purchased and registered Adobe software!? Mylenium, Here are the system configurations on each of my desktop computers. You were the only respondent to my post
so presumably you are the definitive source? I have had almost exclusively from poor to bad product support from Adobe on past
issues, so I am not totally surprised that you suggest 'status quo' even though ALL updates seem to fail as an acceptable solution.
NO! And, YES I am very interested in getting WHATEVER updates are available for my Adobe Web Premium CS5 Suite. So
unless you have another 'definitive' solution that actually works I will have to look elsewhere for an acceptable answer.

  • Cannot reinstall programs on a Creative Suites Web Premium Full cd...

This is really irritating me because I paid a lot of money for this software... the install cannot get past the preparing to install screen and I am trying to reinstall Dreamweaver and Illustrator, both of which are uninstalled. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I am on a Dell Inspiron 1420 Vista Home Premium with 3GB ram. I really need this to work because I paid a lot of money for this software, and not being able to reinstall it infuriates me.

Please note that this forum is not Adobe Technical Support. Assuming that this is the current version of the suite, CS4, call Adobe Technical Support for assistance. Installation issues for the current version of the Creative Suite are resolved without any charge.

  • Creative Suite Design Premium - Flash Builder Upgrade

Hi, I bought the Design Premium product last week and I'm keen to investigate mobile development side of things (we develop Mobile Apps at YARG) but it looks like you need Flash Builder, which you don't get with Design Premium.  I'm new to the Adobe development side of things and a little confused.  With the Flash Professional it says we can build iOS for Air?  What's the main difference between Flash Builder and Flash Professional, is Flash Builder for of a development IDE or can I still build Mobile Apps with Flash Professional?   If you already have the a creative suite can you purchase extra products (like Flash Builder) at a discounted rate - probably no.
Thanks for any help you can give.

In the Suites, Flash Builder is in Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium version (NOT Design Premium) or the Master Collection. (I'm not sure whether it's too late to do an exchange: You'd have to call Customer Service.)
As for your other question, it like a better question for the Flash forums than you'll get here.

  • I currnently own a Macintosh computer with Creative Suite Master collection and I need help

I own a Macintosh computer with Creative Suite master collection and I just recently bought a Windows 8 computer that I want to use Creative Suite on also, I do not want to buy a brand new product as I have proof of ownership on my Creative Suite, is there ANY way I can get around buying a new product? I own the item for Mac I just want it for windows also, any answers will be appreciated!

It depends. If it's a CS6 suite you can apply for a platform change to Windows free of charge, but you terminate your Mac license.
CS5, you would pay an upgrade fee and be able to change the license.
CS4 and below... you have no options other than buying a Full Windows version of CS6.

  • Trouble with incomplete installation of Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium

    Hi,
I tried to install Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium from CD:s, but half way through the installation something went wrong and installation was abruptly interrupted and cancelled. I then went to disc 1 again to try and re-install the program, but then it says that I already have an installation (even if it is incomplete) and that I have to finish installing the one I have already started. But I cannot finish the one that is already started because I can't find any way how to continue an installation that has been started.
    What can I do?

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. We don't even know what version. For starters run the cleaner tool and try again.
