Google purpusely makes FireFox give error on YouTube

I get so many error when trying to watch YouTube video. I used get just "snowy error" but now It plays video but no sound.
I believe it is not coincidence. Google has programmed YouTube to give error. they are doing with Internet Explorer too. I get error when reading my Gmail.
It seems Google is getting too big and now oppressing us. What should we do? Quiet all Google services?

You somehow seem to have two versions of Flash Player installed, and neither one is the latest. Perform a clean installation of the latest version as follows.
# From the following page, save the uninstaller somewhere handy, like the desktop.

# From the following page, save the installer for other browsers. If you also use Flash Player in Internet Explorer, also save the ActiveX version.

# Run the uninstaller.
# In Windows Explorer, try to open the following folders. If they still exist, delete them manually.

• Firefox gives error by opening Yahoo Mail. Other webbrowers don't have this problem. How do I solve this

Firefox gives an error by opening Yahoo mailbox.
It mentions every time: 404 Not Found
When using other webbrowers Yahoo is doing fine.
How do I solve this problem?

Hello,
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that turns off some settings and disables most add-ons (extensions and themes).
(If you're using an added theme, switch to the Default theme.)
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu by clicking on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item:<br>
<br><br>
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
* On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
* On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
* On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode <br>(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.
Thank you.

• After upgrade to 9.01 startup of firefox gives error message MOZCRT19.dll was not found

After the upgrade to firefox 9.01 with windows xp I get every time firefox tries to launch the error message "This application has failed to start because MOZCRT19.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".
Well, re-installing does not fix this problem!
I even de-installed firefox, cleared all folders with the hint of mozilla or firefox in its name and did the same with the registry, re-installed firefox 9.01 but always get the same result.

If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then disable Virtualization and reinstall Firefox.

• How can I make firefox give the focus (the cursor) to the address bar when I open a new window - as it does when I open a new tab (to about:blank)?

When I open a new tab using CTRL-T, the address/awesome bar has the focus.
When I open a new window using CTRL-N, it does not.
Can the behaviours be made consistent via setting a configuration option or key?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello wodow, please check it in safe mode, do you have the same behaviour ? DO NOT reset, select "Start in Safe Mode".

Certain Firefox problems can be solved by performing a Clean reinstall. This means you remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:
Note: You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.
#Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
#After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
#Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
#*Windows:
#**C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
#**C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
#*Mac: Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
#*Linux: If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see Installing Firefox on Linux. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
#Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
##Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
##Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.
Please report back to see if this helped you!

• Google Talk Jabber account give error "Disconnected unexpectedly"

I have a Google Talk account (that I sign in to with my .Mac email address) but I cannot get it to work with iChat as it cannot log in. I can use the web-based Google Talk client and I can telnet to the Google Talk server on 5223.
Anything else I should try?

Hi,
At your Google Login via  Web Browser choose the Account option top right (Or at least it is where I use the Web Mail Login)
In here chose the Security options.
Is Two Step Verification in use (it will not work in Messages for some reason) ?
Also is Allow Less Secure Apps Enabled  ?
Messages uses SSL to login and a Google have deemed this not secure enough  so your have to enable this to allow GoogleTalk in Messages to login.
I have also found that in Messages > Preferences > Accounts and the Google Account that I can use port 443 to Login (you have to Disable the account in the Account info tab first) but you still have to use SSL.
Other Jabber accounts tend to be either SSL server and default to port 5223 when you set this or non SSL ones that default to 5222.
On the Jabber servers I have used have not allowed other ports to be used.
It is strange this is effecting only Jabber based accounts.

• Firefox pops up an error message on certain pages, all other browsers work fine, how can I make firefox ignore the "error" [e2219] css init error: ReferenceError: g is not defined

Basically I want to replace the Ajax Control Toolkit Slider in favor of the Component One Studio for iPhone Slider for better mobile/desktop consistency (the ajax slider doesn't work well with iPhone). I created a simple page that works on every browser and platform (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows) except Firefox, which fails on every platform. I have already tried disabling all plugins (safe mode) and clearing cache, I have also tried this with different versions of Firefox on different platforms. I posted this error on the Component One forum but since this only occurs with Firefox I believe this is a Firefox issue.
I searched for this error on the forums and Google but didn’t get any results:
[e2219] css init error: ReferenceError: g is not defined
The console has this message:
[12:05:26.954] uncaught exception: [Exception... "prompt aborted by user" nsresult: "0x80040111 (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE)" location: "JS frame :: resource:///components/nsPrompter.js :: openTabPrompt :: line 462" data: no]
You can see the error by visiting http://www.componentone.com/i/
Visit the same URL with IE, Chrome or Safari and there is no error. If I click [OK] the page loads normally enough for me. Is there some JavaScript or CSS line I can put in the page to make Firefox ignore the error? If so that would be great because even if there is a fix put into Firefox itself there will be those millions of users out there that will not upgrade.

Suddenly today I am unable to view my Google Calendar via Firefox. But I can view it with Internet Explorer. What gives?

I have tried deleting all cookies and cache several times, but nothing works. I can open Google calendar but when I click on any entry I just get a blank box. If I try to make a new event entry nothing happens. Everything works fine in Internet Explorer.
I am really getting tired of constant problems with Firefox. Every week I have something that doesn't work. One time it's downloading videos, the next week music or email, now Google calendar. I am about ready to give up Firefox forever.

• Firefox 8.0 loading MSN Homepage gives error 'problems loading page' every timebut the page eventually loads - Any solution?

Firefox 8.0 gives error message "problem loading page" when loading MSN homepage. This occurs every time.
The error is: "Firefox can't find the server at www.%3ciframe%20marginheight=%220%22%20marginwidth=%220%22%20name=%22wxbuttonframe%22%20id=%22wxbuttonframe%22%20height=%22283%22%20src=%22http.com."
Is there a solution?

I get an e-mail with go-comics and the ones I want to post links to I'll open in the browser as I read them in the e-mail so I regularly have a dozen tabs open (all the same site) by the time I'm through the e-mail. Every third or fourth page will hang up on something (connecting to or waiting for) sometimes not loading a single image, sometimes loading half the page, sometimes loading everything but the comic (because, hey, why put that as the first thing to load when you've got all these ads and crap to throw at your paying customers?).
At some point a couple of months ago I got some malware associated with trovisearch (I do not know how that got past security and java blocker but it did, probably some hidden crap in something from CNET) that somehow spoofed a page for Housecall and added five or six pieces of malware and adware. I cleaned for two days after and still can't find anything left on the computer even though I've been running scans constantly to try to make Firefox work right. I downloaded and ran a scan using Kaspersky during that time and then uninstalled it. That very well may be the cause of the post-refresh SSL issue.
I have Spybot and Malwarebytes scan logs from the time of the infection if that would help in any way. It doesn't look like there's a way to attach .xml files in this forum, though.
I can also run hijack this and copy and paste if that would help.
I'm currently running Windows Defender and rely on that and Noscript and adblocker plus to keep me isolated from most attacks (I don't have those add-ons re-installed yet). I also run Peerblock because they add malicious sites and known hacking sources (like Chinanet) to what they block as well as all the fake p2p stuff that's constantly pinging the computer. If I'm treading around in perilous waters I run Sandboxie.
Chrome is working as normal but Firefox feels like dial-up or worse right now and without adblocker I might as well be using IE.

• Firefox 31.0 gives error message "unable to connect" on all webpages

firefox 31.0 gives error message "unable to connect" on all webpages while ie can connect

Some problems occurs when your Internet security program was set
to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your
updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow
Firefox to connect to the Internet again;
* Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version)
* Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs, then add it back. For detailed instructions, see
