Google Tag Manager Errors in Adobe Muse

I'm trying to use Google Tag manager and other analytical tools that require the html code to be put immediately after the body tag.
Regardless of where I put the HTML object I can't seem to get the code to come straight after the body tag - it always appears in a div which Google wont allow.

Muse doesn't provide any standard UI to insert HTML right after the body tag without a div around it.
However, it is possible to do that with a mucow file. I've posted one here that lets you add some HTML right after the body open and/or the body close tags:
Download HTML insert MUCOW
Download the .mucow file and choose 'File:Place...' to place it into Muse. Then you can add the HTML you want with the Widget UI.

Google Tag Manager code doesn't work in Head section. It must be placed after <body> tag. As Muse does not allow you to access code. You can export your site as html, open the pages in html editor like Dremweaver, and place the code between <body></body> tag.

Having no luck installing anything. Even reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate.
Starting out with Muse since it seems to be a small file size. No luck...anyone have any ideas?

How to import a Google Map API Map in Adobe Muse

Hello,
I'm trying to import on Adobe Muse a Google Maps custom map that I have created with the API google maps... But I have problems with writing the HTML code...
I tried to import that one for exemple:

You have to create to go to "insert html code" in the Muse menu.
Then follow the steps in these websites, some are in french...sorry about that! but It's not difficult to understand, or use google translate.

"Can anyone help me with submitting my site to google.
I realise adobe muse automatically creates a sitemap.xml file, however I am not sure how to submit this to Google?
Is there a way to upload the sitemap.xml file into the muse sites' root folder.

I had to edit your post because it was being flagged as spam by the system.
You never need to go into that hidden admin page, you already have your sitemap.xml generated. To register your site with google you need to use google webmaster tools.
Google for that and read up on how to use it. Note - To set the site up use the meta data version to put on your site.

Browse to the following location, and try to run the uninstaller for Muse.
/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers/
If the uninstaller does not work, trash it; also, trash the Adobe Muse CC folder from the Applications.
Then, empty the trash; open the creative cloud application and try installing Muse.

ERROR in Adobe Muse CC 2014.1.1

I am trying to create a lightbox in Adobe Muse CC 2014.1.1.. I want to achieve the following:
The whole image to appear on the thumbnails (it only shows part of the image); and
I want to increase the size of the larger image, so I click and drag the image to enlarge but Muse shuts down.
CAN I increase the size of the larger image to double the size?
This should be pretty easy to do and I don't understand why it's so hard.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

Mouse errors in adobe muse.

I'm unable to select the "selection tool" in adobe muse. I'm also unable to make selections with the mouse on any pop-up responses. This renders me useless. Very frustrating.

I am trying to install MUSE on a MAC (Mountain Lion), I have the latest Air, but still receive the installer has been misconfigured message.
I dowloaded MUSE months ago, but never started my trial.
Today (and from today onwards) I need to get involved with Muse and use it for a couple of websites that I need to design.
I activated my 30 day trial today, but I got a splash screen saying there is a new version available.
When I pressed install, I got this error again. Then I tried to download the installation files from Adobe website, by logging in with my ID, same error popped up. My current Muse's version info is below.
What would you suggest?

530 error for Adobe Muse

When attempting to upload my site to iPage via FTP, I received a 530 error which read something to the effect of "cannot upload phone folder login and PASS" That's not exactly what it said, but thereabouts. The upload got to 60% complete, attempted to login to the FTP, did so, uploaded the first folder and then stopped with that error. I attempted to retry, but this only generated the error. I logged into my Adobe, and my iPage accounts with no success. It may be worth mentioning that I am only using the trial version of CC, so maybe that is a problem. Any thoughts?

Try exporting your HTML from Muse to a folder, and then use an external FTP client like 'Filezilla' to upload your files.
Does that succeed?

Is there a way to put a google sketch-up file in adobe muse?

i wanted to do a project and for the project i wanted to make a website and put a viewable sketch-up file in it. i wanted it to be like a small window that the viewer can then use the view tool to just look around the 3D model. is this possible? and if so how? thanks!

There can certain ways to achieve this as Muse does not includes any native feature for this purpose but you can go with any 3d panorama or 3d slideshows. Third party graphics can be integrated to Muse site with HTML input.

Error when starting Adobe Muse CC

Has anybody encountered this error?
Adobe Muse CC has encountered an error and will now exit. Please report the last few actions you took leading up to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team.

This happens when I initially open Muse CC 2014. I do not even get to choose New File or open a recent file.

Uninstall and reinstall.
One or more of the Widget Library files that are part of your installation of Muse have been altered or were not successfully installed. These files are not intended for end user editing. The only way to revert them to their correct form is to uninstall and reinstall Muse. If you wish to have your own custom collection of widgets, use the "Library" panel within Muse. Don't directly open/edit the widget files within the "Library" folder structure.

"Adobe Muse Stopped Working"

I've been using Muse for about a month, with no problems. Today, I have repeatedly crashed with the error "Adobe Muse Stopped Working".
This happens 10 minutes or so after I open Muse. It happens whether or not I have another app open. I tried closing and recreating the site from scratch. It still crashes.
Suggestions?

Using a tag manager with the Elq. tracking script.

Has anyone had any luck using a tag managment tool to package the eloqua tracking scripts. We are using Google Tag Manager and not having any luck registering click-throughs on our emails.
Let me know if you're having success and what you're doing to get there. Thanks.

I've seen the scripts deployed and working properly across sites using various platforms from tag management to CMS that are truly tracking but where the tracking validator built into Eloqua doesn't validate the presences of the scripts. The best way to check it is two fold: 1. visit the pages on with an uncookied browser, submit a form, etc. to get a cookie and then surf around and check the contact record in eloqua about 20 min later. 2. look at the site map in eloqua to see if your pages are all visible.
