I'm back. I saw that windows 8.1 had been released a few days ago and decided to update to get some of the new improvements. It managed to update just fine and thought I was golden. Unfortunately when I decided to restart, I keep getting screen flickers and then a blank black screen. I see the Intel logo or the windows logo, but then where I'm supposed to see a login screen, it just shows me a blank black screen.
I think it might be a video option, just not sure. I made sure to go into my BIOS and disable the integrated HD4000 from the 3770k processor. I was wondering if it was possible to get an updated Vbios and see if that helps me?
My computer Configuration
CPU: Intel i7 3770k
MB: DZ77GA-70K (Running latest 0066 Bios)
GPU: MSI GTX660 TI
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center

I can manage to get into safe mode now, but cannot run GPU-Z in it. Tried to also create a txt file using nvflash, but I keep getting an error as well. Do you need to see my current bios? The last vbios you gave me was MSINV284MH.200 - Version 80.04.4B.00.57 I believe.

Ah, there is more than meets the eye to it.
I recently newly installed Windows 8.1, why didn't it auto install it to GPT? I'm not gonna do a reinstall right away to test if it's working.
btw: what about GPT and SSD trim? It thought that didn't get along well?
btw 2: Is this particular thing also related to the fact that I can't enable the "Windows 8 feature" in the bios and so also not "Secure Boot"? With it enabled the PC won't go to Windows and keeps hanging on some black/yellow letter UEFI screen...

But it seems there is a compatibility issue.
After flashing this bios, fast boot succeeded but running 3dmark (I tried the newest, 11 and vantage) brought my pc sudden power off.
So I flashed original bios and that worked fine except fast boot.
There is a difference between subsystem id of the attached bios and one of the original.

Can i have a BIOS file with UEFI / GOP for my graphics card?

Use the attached for your card.
Then unpack the provided archive (100.rar) and put the included file (TV305MH.100) on that stick.
Rename TV305MH.100 to 100.rom. Put the atiflash.exe also included in the archive on the USB stick too. Now boot from the stick.
Type atiflash -p -f -noaper 0 100.rom [ENTER] and let it flash the vbios.

I managed to fix it.
Downloaded the latest atiflash 4.17
Did a fresh boot then ran atiflash -i (it was in 0 as you said)
Then ran atiflash -p -f -noaper 0 161.rom and it flashed
Manual fan now working!!!
