But it seems there is a compatibility issue.
After flashing this bios, fast boot succeeded but running 3dmark (I tried the newest, 11 and vantage) brought my pc sudden power off.
So I flashed original bios and that worked fine except fast boot.
There is a difference between subsystem id of the attached bios and one of the original.

I am also having problems with nvidia drivers, any newer driver than 314.22 (latest stable for my card) would make my system hang, freeze, etc. The problem is debated on nvidia forums > forums.geforce.com/default/topic/621899/geforce-drivers/desktop-internet-browser-freeze-or-tdr-thread-w-geforce-460-560-gpus-updated-10-29-13-see-page-17-/
Would a bios update fix this problems with drivers?

Ok, thanks Svet! But for the problem with drivers what do you think?
It's annoying because i can't play Battlefield 4 because i have an outdated driver, and many new games that are optimized in new drivers, i can't benefit for that extra fps.
Maybe if some big company like Msi would talk to nvidia they will listen and repair the bugs. I know gtx 560 ti is old, but for me is enough and i don't want to change my card because they can't make a good driver.
I have no overclock on the card, everything is stock.

Use the attached.
Decompress the attached .rar archive with Winrar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Create a bootable usb stick (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=165175.0).
Then unpack the previously provided archive (111.rar) and put the included file (TV273MH.111) on that stick.
Rename TV273MH.111 to 111.rom. Put the atiflash.exe also included in the archive provided on the USB stick too. Now boot from the stick.
Type atiflash -p -f -noaper 0 111.rom [ENTER] and let it flash the vbios.

If you want to ask if you can use TV273MH.150 then no you need TV273MH.111. Neither the gpu-z readout nor screenshot would be helpful without the S/N by the way as those do NOT readout the actual bios version.
