Got a replacement phone and its not letting me send text or make phone calls

I just received a replacement phone and had to restore my phones info and contacts. My new phone won't send or receive text messages or phone calls.

If iPhone music is not on iTunes Library, you need a 3rd party tool to help you

What exactly happens when you try to sync?
Does iTunes see the iPod?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

If you downloaded it on your computer's iTunes then it should be in the Books part of your library, if you downloaded it on an iOS device then it should be in the Music app on it. If it's not there, and you don't have a copy of it on your backup of your library, then you will need to try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download (audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, which I believe is a requirement from audible.com who supply them) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

You are not addressing Apple here at all.
Did you buy the iphone ins the Middle East? If so, it will never have facetime. It is not allowed by the government.

I've already tried everything listed in these links.
I've also resync'd email accounts via iTunes between my Air and iPad3.
Messaging works OK on all my other devices using the same account settings.
Problem started around May25th.
(and yes, I already posted back then under a different ID with no resolution).
There has to be a simple solution.
I'm presuming some sort of conflict with iCloud, but not sure.
Any other ideas?

Ios 7 upgrade will not let me send text to certain mobile numbers. Apple allows you to create your own custom label for a phone number. In my case, I have a number of landline and mobile numbers connected to a business that I call constantly. There are a number of businesses set up this way in my Iphone. I have changed the name of the contacts in these businesses, be it landline or mobile. But now it seems that I cannot send a text to Mobiles that I have changed the name of, from MOBILE to the persons name. Even changing it to the persons name and then mobile beside it .
Anyone got any way around this

Hi Just got home and am sending you a screenshot of one f the contacts in my Ipone 4s with the ios 7 upgrade. Ive deleted a few of the numbers but you can see there are two of the mobiles on there. One has a persons name and one is just called mobile.
the one with the persons name no longer has the text box beside it which would normally allow me to text that person.
I did edit this contact and changed it back to "Mobile". I was then able to send a text as the text box was available for use

Your text is not clear: you wish to connect to the internet, and you cannot do that? or you want to share your internet connection, to be used by other computers, and you do not know how to do this?
The title of your thread indicates the latter (this is the meaning of share), but your text rather indicates the former situation.
In order to share net, you must first mac connected to the net up and running, but I understand you did not get to that point, right?

The most common reason for this message is, the iPhone dock port needs to be cleaned, use a clean dry tooth brush. See if this helps. If you keep getting the message, then clean the dock port again very carefully with isopropyll alcohol, expecially the pins which are on top of the dock mid rib. If still problems make appointment with Apple Genius.
