Got an email stating workspaces no longer available. Followed instructions. Think I downloaded my files. What files? Are they safe? Where are they? How do I access them?
When you download files, you will probably have been asked where to put them. If you didn't choose carefully they could be anywhere. But perhaps they are in your DOWNLOADS folder - some browsers do that.
Check you have them and know where they are before the service is turned off.

OK, now I have another problem. I typed in my email address wrong. Instead of optonline.net I typed in optimum.net. Though I can google my email address and it defaults to the optonline.net the email to confirm the change is not showing up. I know, real stupid. You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.

Got an email stating my account was deactivated, but I checked AdobeSend online and my account is OK, no payment necessary. Was this a legitimate email from Adobe or has AdobeSend now been hacked?

Season pass notice does not always download. It does not appear in the purchased items. I am responding to an email stating 'this week's TV show is ready for download'. Any suggestions?
Been having the same problems all week. And am got a generic, not-at-all-helpful response from my initial inquiry with support, then absolutely no response to my follow-up requests. There seem to be a fair number of people posting this problem, so not sure why we're being ignored.
Was able to eventually download the episodes manually via the 'purchased' link, but it's about 10 more steps than normal.
Also noticed that itunes isn't recognizing my purchases at all, not just season passes. If I go to a page of a show where I buy episodes individually, it doesn't show which episodes I have previously bought like it used to. -

You can't delete an existing account, you can only choose to stop using it. It will still be there should you decide to use it again in the future.

48 Hours ago I started to upgrade to Mountain Lion on a now 10 day old IMac - 30 minutes ago I got the email with the content code and redeem code for the download from the app store - it said download was happening, but nothing happened for 30 min - HOW DO I (or you) FIX IT!?
This is a User's Forum, yelling at us won't help. You have 90 days of customer support via telephone. Use them as they can interact with their system and hopefully get you back on track. Otherwise take it to them at the Genius Bar and have them make it good.

Aren't they in your iTunes library? If so, sync them back to your phone. If not, redownload them (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519).

I have a 4 gen Time Caps. and a 2nd Gen Airport Extreme I would like to extend my TC network to use the Extreme for the purpose of having internet available to my TV box wired. Is this possible and how to I get them to work together?

Power up the AirPort Extreme for a few minutes, then hold in the reset button on the back of the Extreme for 10 seconds and release. Allow a full minute for the Extreme to restart to a slow, blinking amber light.
It might be possible to use wireless to configure the Extreme, but I recommend using a wired connection. Temporarily, connect an Ethernet cable from your Mac to one of the LAN <-> ports on the Extreme.
Click the AirPort icon at the top of the Mac's screen and wait a few seconds for a listing of New AirPort Base Station to appear. Just below that, click on AirPort Extreme.
The illustration below shows an AirPort Express. You will see AirPort Extreme on your screen.
AirPort Setup will open up automatically and take a minute to analyze the network, then announce that the Extreme will be configured to extend the Time Capsule network.
Enter a device name that you want to use for the Extreme and click Next
Wait a minute while AirPort Setup configures things for you. When you see the message of Setup Complete, click Done.
You can disconnect the Ethernet cable that you used for the set up now. Things should be working. The Extreme is providing additional wireless coverage the the Ethernet ports are enabled. You can connect to any port that you want since they all operate the same in this type of setup. -
