Got an invitation to be entitled for complete membership but my account won't recognise this

Got an invitation from Adobe entitled for complete membership  but my account won't recognise this and it is still the free trial membership. What do I do?

Were you able to successfully accept the invitation? I have checked your account and wasnt able to find any active Creative Cloud Subscription. Please check with the Admin of your Team to get a confirmation.

    Have you tried turning your phone completely off and then back on?  After trying that you might want to Reset your phone by depressing the Sleep Button and the Home Button at the same time for at least 15 Seconds.  Then try your App Download again.  If those efforts don't work there are additional threads about various App Download issues you will want to review.

    bought the complete membership, but still in trial version, tried the solutions provided online but I could not find deactivation option/sign out option from clicking Help in the application manager... I even tried uninstall creative cloud manager and all the apps, reinstall and re-sign-in but still couldn't find the corresponding option to click on..
    It was not "install" under "find new apps" yesterday right before I paid for the membership, I get it, the system needs time..
    I check the application manager and I saw the difference today, but the buttons under "installed apps" did not change, the expiration date is still there!
    and.. I have to install everything else in the trial mode! It drove me nuts to read the instructions provided online on how to fix this problem because I did not see the options that are supposed to be there as I followed the steps...
    I'm using Mac Pro with OS.X 10.9.5... Help!!

    This issues occurs because of the connectivity issue. (You can refer the steps from here : : Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later)
    In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
    Type /etc.
    Select the hosts file and open it.
    Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    Save and close the file.
    Once you remove all Adobe entries followed by 127.0.0.1 from hosts file.
    Sign out and Sign in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App, refer the link for steps : Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app

    My old emails address which I have used as my apple id for 10 years is being made redundant. I have changed the email address to a new gmail one and this is my new apple id. But my iMac has not recognised this. It keeps saying it wants the password for my old email address. I have seen some advice on these forums which suggest signing out of iCloud and then back in again. But when I start doing this it asks me if i want all the photos deleted that have not been downloaded onto the mac.
    I have had an iCloud account for quite sometime and I'm afraid of losing everything in my cloud if i sign out and sign in with a new id.
    Is this fear realistic?
    I know I can change back to my old email, sign out and then sign in wight he new one...
    Please help!

    This did not work for me.  My old email account for iCloud still pops up on my screen every time I open my macbook.  I've deleted it, reset it, every thing I can think of and it still shows up.  I think six months of this is more than enough time to wait.

    I can't speak about this occurring with FaceBook since I don't use FaceBook, but I see the same type of thing when I copy and pasted from websites. It doesn't always happen and I cannot find any particular set of circumstances under which it occurs or does not occur.
    I am merely responding to let you know that it happens to me as well and I have seen no way to correct it. I'm not so sure that there is a way to correct in in that it may have something to do with how the original text is formatted in the PDF or on the website and how it eventually "fits" into the text field or the area in which it is pasted.

    Just face facts - if water (or any other liquid) reached you logic board or any other electronic components, you're going to be the victim of corrosion.
    Eventually, you'll need to have the logic board replaced. There are liquid sensors all over your MBP and the techs can tell if these have been activated. I wouldn't turn the computer on at all - if it were me, I would take it to your local Apple Store/AASP and get an estimate for repair. Rice & other desiccates may 'dry up' the liquid, but it won't undo the damage already done.

  • I tried to use a different card for my membership and now it won't renew

    My wallet got stolen and in my wallet was the card that I originally had used for my membership. I had to cancel that card, so when my new card got here i tried to renew my membership just using my new card number but every time i enter the new card number it won't save it. I tried using lightroom again and it says that I still need to renew my membership even though i've tried numerous times.

    You need to add a valid payment method to the account. An iTunes gift card can be added.

  • I try to pay for full membership - but nothing happens

    I am trying to pay for a full membership. I've tried three times now (with two different cards, both Visa). I get a gray screen where Adobe tells me that they are processing my payment, and after that absolutely nothing happens - this screen never move on. When I login there is no active subscription except the free one. When I check my balance I can see that Adobe have withdrawn $1, probably to check that the card is active. I'm using Safari v7.0.4 on OS X Mavericks.
    Installation was no problem, so it's pretty ironic that it's so hard to pay for a membership now when I'm hooked...
    What to try next? I've read the help topics, but could not find any useful info. I would prefer to chat with someone, but can't select that option. :-/

    ‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
    Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
    I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
    Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
    1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
    2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
    3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
    4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
    5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
    6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
    7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
    8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
    If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

    I apologise that I havent posted for almost two years, and praise Shane Ross and the others who give their time so generously. Please could anyone help me? On my MacBook Pro 17" bought just 3 months ago I first installed Final Cut Studio, an upgrade version and it worked sweet on Tiger. I then installed Leopard and upgraded this past weekend to 10.5.2 , dashed out the door in Johannesburg to work in Dubai where client wants edits and DVDs. But when I attempt to open FCP or DVD Studio Pro I get a request for the serial number. It wont recognise the 5.1 original we had before the upgrades, when I get hold of an upgrade number it tells me thats an upgrade put the full one in. I have spent the day calling South African staff and pals there - what a fortune I've spent - and they have given me various serial numbers but no joy. My dealer is trying to get me a Final Cut Studio full pack number ...is it poss that Leopard has caused this, or Time Machine? Has anyone else experineced this issue, I'm pretty desperate and tomorrow if I aint fixed it I will have no choice but to buy another ( third!) copy of Final Cut, the full one in the hope that will enable me to work...
    So grateful for your input

    thanks sincerely for responding. I first got serial numbers from the boxes at my office by calling them as you kindly suggested. It was only when they didnt work that I got my dealer to try full package serial numbers for later versions - the serial number for a full pack at our office, the latest one, was for 5.1, so I got a serial number for first version of studio, and for studio 2. both not working. I see Zak recommends repair permissions, I wil;l try that...I have also for the **** of it taken the macbook pro's battery out while I come down here to hotel business centre to use the net...because I am not with the machine I cant accurately answer your question re versions...but I do know that this past weekend I updated all software over the net...so if I recall the FCP is on 6.0.2 and Quick Time up in the 7.4s? But tghe very latest from Apple...
    Its morning here in Dubai and shortly if nothing solved heading off for the local Apple Center, full of trepidation, cos metyhinks you and Zak probably know more than the guys there...
