Hello,
I was moving houses and they told me that in the new place would have to pay £130 re-connection charge so rather cancel my current contract and get a new one so they would wave the charge. I called to cancel my old BT a/c on 28th Sept and they told me the line would be disconnected on the 7th Sept. They told me I would have to pay £30 cancellations charges but they didn't mentioned about any other payment.
I have received a bill charging me for the service period 8th to 27th Sept plus the service charge, when there was not line in the flat!
- I called BT to get the extra charge removed and they told me that I was right but they could not update the bill I had to pay the total bill of £55.24 and then claim BT for the over charged amount. I didn't agree with that because they added the cancellation charge of £30 so obviously they can amend the bills!
- I called again and then I was told I was correct and that they would amend the bill accordingly and I only had to pay the £30. I was told that I would get a text confirming it. I didn't receive any communication so I called again.
- This time a lady told me that because I have not given 30days notice I have to pay for the whole moth even if I didn't receive any service....I wasn't told about this in any previous ocassion. To be honest if they tell me I have to pay the whole month I would have asked them to keep the line for the whole period I was being charged for!
I agree to pay the £30 charge but I stay with BT in this address for over 2 years so I do not understand why I have to pay for a service I did not receive.
I am also quite concern as every time I call the customer service they tell me something completely different so to be honest I don't know what can I do to get my bill properly updated and pay only what's "fair"!!!!!!!

i had that happen to me you me you contact apple and they should be able to help you soon. you can try by changing your password (if you go to itunes change password)

Frank, thanks for your note. I wrote "COMPLETED" because I had gone to a lot of effort to get the content of the book precisely as I wanted it. I would fully expect to see my level of effort and care matched by functional competence in Aperture 3 to render the book the way I created it. Too much to ask?
And yes, I upgraded the Aperture 2 Library first. [Not ALL my tens of 000s of pix, because I use Lightroom selectively for photo editing. But Yes to the Aperture 2 Library.] That step took a number of minutes, but seemed to work fine (no error messages of any kind).
Then I opened the existing book project in Aperture 3, which followed some "magic-box" process that took a minute or so. As I said, when that step was done, by all appearances the book was ready to submit for printing - until I examined the photos a little more closely. You did see the blurry example I included, didn't you? That is what each and every photo looks like.
Text-box content appears to have been rendered pertectly, for the record (including captions).
So, ... is this result something you have heard of before? Do you know of a one-step solution? Or am I looking at an extended picture-by-picture fix?

We won't know until you try the procedure. The reset will not affect the content of the iPod.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

And yet to download the app you clicked on a button that told you that the app would be 790 rupees for you.
The iLife apps and the iWork apps are only free when you qualify to get them free. And when you get them free the buy button to download them says free. When the buy button has a price on it, that is how much you will pay for the app.

No. The only way is if the FindMyiPod feature was already set up and wifi is on. However, that can be defeted by turning the iPod off or restoring it. If they have access to the iPod then can just turn the feature off.
If the iPod off/battery drained how would you expect there t be a way of finding it?
Apple will not help.

1) When many tabs are opened in multiple rows (say 50 or 100) it may take an enternity for them to close after I click the appropriate command
2)MOre often than not, it takes the browser too long to appear (open) after I initiat it by clicking the desktop or start menu icon.
NB: My first question is PRIMARY (critcally important) and second is additional (would very much like to receive an answer but it's not critical).

Sorry about the bookmarks misread, I installed a Multi-Row Tab style, not for me but it in use deleted 126 of 130 tabs in about 3 seconds and then the last 4, no idea why that happens with the with the multi-row style.
Did those 100 pages have web forms in them that you filled in an Firefox may be saving data along with the session.
Here is a test page that you can quickly load up to 120 tabs at a time with an extension such as "Linky". See it if it takes an eternity to close them with the Multi Row tabs extension you are using, then try the same with the extension disabled. Works fast for me all tabs are on one row.
