got code from movie for digital copy, the lorax. Went to itunes, signed in, typed in code, hit redeem. Pop-up appears saying to sign in. I fill it out, hit redeem, and it pops up again. After 10 attempts, the redeem page changes to 'your page has timed ou't.The whole time I am already signed in! never had this issue before. Tried to do it on ipod, same exact issue.

Yes, the old album art view is gone, bu you can see the album art for a song that's playing by clicking on the art image and it will open a bigger view.

It is probably a test charge to see that the account you have established is valid. Apple will not pursue the charge and it will eventually drop out of the system. It is simply a technical matter.

Expired code for digital copy on a new movie

Got a new movie from amazon.com and I inserted the digital copy on MacBook Pro and when entering the code it said the code was invalid. I read the fine print it says that the code may expire after a certain date... what are my options? Thanks for any tips and hints people

I have typed in my digital copy code for redemption for the past two hours so I could download it to my Ipad and it keeps saying "redemption code unavailable, try again later". I am about to come unglued! I am leaving for a 8 hour car ride in a couple days. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not know if coming here will help. I have a disc for a digital copy of Angels and Demons, and when I try to get my code, it says my itunes software does not meet minamal requirments. I just bought a blu-ray + digital copy combo pack movie. While prompted to enter my authorization code, and once I did, a red alert message appeared stated that the code I entered was "expired". What can I do to solve this problem and how do I get a new authorization code without having to purchase another copy. Thanks.

Error Code -5000 When Downloading Digital Copy of Hangover

Has anyone received error code -5000 when trying to download the digital copy of The Hangover from the Special Edition DVD? When you put the DVD in it brings up the code redemption window in Itunes and downloads the file then at the end it says error -5000. Any ideas?

I just figured my problem out. If you have a external hard drive (WD Smartware) you need to click the backup tab and pause backup before you enter your redemption code. This worked for me and I was getting the same error -5000. I think it gives the error because it is backing up your computer and itunes thinks your making more than one copy I guess.

Bought retail movie, with digital copy, downloaded & watched, now what?

This is a question for my wife who actually uses an ipad. I collect movies and activate the digital copies into her / our itunes account. For the first time, she's now downloaded one and watched it on a flight. If she deletes the local copy, will it automatically go back to the cloud (recreate the cloud download symbol) for later viewing, or is there some special procedure that she must follow in order not to lose the ability to download it again or stream it again? If she was able to watch the movie on a flight - then that means that the movie is actually residing on the iPad. You don't have to do anything to watch it again other than to go to the Videos App and tap on the movie to start it again. If you downloaded the movie onto the device or synced it from iTunes after downloading it there, it is on the iPad.
If you want to be sure, go to the Videos App and look for it. If it does not have the cloud icon next to, then it's on the device, and not in the cloud. I don't know if you can download digital downloads again, so if she wants to delete it from the iPad, I would transfer it into iTunes before deleting it. Then she can sync it back later if she wants to watch it again. I have two movies that had digital downloads. I downloaded them in iTunes and synced them to the iPad and I have the movies safely stored in my iTunes Library on my. Mac.

Using iTunes 11 on my Mac and having problems too. I'm not getting an error message however.
When I enter the code, I am prompted for my Apple ID/password, which I enter, but nothing happens after that. I've also had iTunes ask me for my password repetedly even after entering it, with no sucsess in downloading the file.

hi folks i got this ipad for christmas. i have tried in vain to get the code so i can hook up netflix. i pay for acct. i see the serial inscribed on back but i do not think that is the code. i have roku and the code can change over &over. help please, don't want to pay anymore . my wonderful dh got this for me as i am very ill.

How can i take off encryption code from itunes for iphone?

"Encrypt iphone Backup" option got selected on itunes by me while ago when i hooked my iphone with my computer the first time. Now i can backup my iphone on itunes but cannot restore that backup or any backup on my iphone because i don't remember that encrypted code. whien i try to deselect this option still it asks for the code.
I got stuck now, what to do..?
