Got email saying my subscription has expired?

Just paid my membership, got an email stating it had been paid for, and then got an email today saying it's expired? Don't know what's going on. Please help.

    1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Log-out from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
    2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
    3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.

    No.   I am a volunteer, not always on good terms with Apple either.   I'm sorry I don't seem to have helped but what I told you is what I would tell anyone in your situation.

    As has already been pointed out earlier in this topic, the issue is either a repeated phishing attempt (in which someone sends you a faked e-mail, directing you to a faked site, which tries to get you to "log in" so that the hackers can get your ID and password) or someone is repeatedly trying to get access to your account. I'm guessing the latter is more likely... someone's repeatedly trying to reset your password, for who knows what reason, and they're trying repeatedly because they're never getting the password reset e-mail. (Why they would expect to receive that e-mail I don't know... people are stupid.)
    Make sure your Apple ID has a good, secure password. (There is no need to reset your own password to do this, just go toappleid.apple.com and change it.) I'd also advise turning on two-factor authentication to further protect your Apple ID:
    Apple introduces two-factor authentication
    This will prevent password reset attempts, as it will not be possible to even start the password reset process without having access to the device used to receive the code used as the second identification factor.

    Sign out from Creative Cloud and sign in again using email ID using which you had purcahsed subscription:

    Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.
    Still asks for serial number check the hosts file for Adobe entries , if present remove it and try to activate.
    1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
    2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.
    /etc
    3) It will open the etc folder, please look for file named "hosts" and copy the same to Desktop screen.it
    4)Double click on Hosts file , it will open it with TextEdit, If present Delete Adobe entries present inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc
    5)Copy and paste the Hosts file back to "Etc" folder.
    When asked Authenticate with your Mac password.
    Make sure to select "Replace" option when prompted.
    Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.

    I had some trouble with my rechargeable credit card on this month, there were not enough money to pay the monthly fee and now when I start my software I get a message saying that my subscription has expired and there are 23 days remaining.
    Now everithing is ok with the card, I just want to know how can I pay the monthly fee and make the above error message disappear.

    Please try to license your software. Launch any creative cloud app and when it prompts the error " subscription has expired", click on license this software and sign in with Adobe ID and passowrd associated with creative cloud subscription.
    In case if you get the same problem again, Please send me your Adobe ID via private message.

    Start by signing out and back in to see if it will see the subscription:

    If the apps are installed fine and close after launch see this link:

    Joanne please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom using the uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
    You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 from Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh.  The update contains the entire application.  Photoshop Lightroom can not be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be licensed with a serial number.
