Is your computer authorized with the same account that you use to buy the muisc in iTunes?

Did you try to transfer your music by right clicking on your ipod in the device list and choosing "transfer purchases"?
Did you ever sync your ipod to your computer?

My ipod will not connect to my home wifi, it can see it and asks for a password but will not connect. I have tried it at another location and it will connect to other wifi connections. I have another ipod that is connecting just fine to my home wifi.

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FOR MY SONS THEY LOVE THE IMAC IN REGARDS TO SOFTWARE eg (IMOVIE ) BUT AS FAR AS
THE PERFORMANCE THEY ARE NOT HAPPY........IN THIS DAY AND AGE YOU JUST WANT A RELIABLE MACHINE THAT PERFORMS.
AND FOR JUST UNDER 2K$ AUSTRALIAN YOUR NOT GETTING THAT.The guys at the Genius Bar actually are Geniuses! They told me that in fact my iMac was one of the first generation and the main board had fried to they way the fan cooled it off. They said the problem was fixed with the second generation iMacs.
They took the computer in, i was 1 month away from the 3 year warranty date, and they are replacing the board and the DVD drive that is not working at no charge!
i'll have it back in 5 days.

I can't load firefox 18. It asks if I want to uinstall older version if you answer no it dumps you out. If you answer yes it reboots and nothing changes
Please turn off the computer and turn it back on to see if it helps.
Also please try a clean profile.

This is a good question. It's possible your Xserver isn't configured for the correct mouse type. Try logging into a command line console (no X11 running). Run /usr/bin/X11/X -configure. It should create an Xorg configuration file in your root directory.
Copy this to /etc/X11/Xorg.conf and try restarting your Xserver. The file it creates might require some tweaking. -
I-Tunes will not run on Windows 8.1
After upgradeing to windows 8.1 I-Tunes will not open. I have tried reinstalling both flash player and Java . It still will not open.

You cannot.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.
You must be physically locates inside the borders of a country to use that countrys itunes store and a credit card issued in that country with a valid billing address in that country.
The owners of the distribution rights of movies/music/etc differ by country. These distributors decide who can sell their content in that country.
Buy from another source if your countrys itunes store does not carry somehting that you want. -
i Tunes will not let me play purchased songs from a computer that is broken, and which has a previous e-mail address. I am at my wits end, as whenever I try to play the songs I receive a message to authorise the computer I am using with my dead e-mail address. I end up in a mess, changing I-Ds, etc. I have paid an IT company to sort things out, with some success, but still I keep getting thiese messages. Surely iTunes should be less complex than this. When we purchase from iTunes the balance is not coming off of the gift cards. We have family sharing on but when my kids purchase songs they are credited to our credit card and not the gift card that is already in their account. What's wrong?

Whenever I click on iTunes store, it just takes me to this huge add to download the new version of iTunes. I have tried clicking the download box and downloading it, but it still will not let me past the add so I can buy music. What gives
this is a follow up from the profane post earlier....
i have done this twice in two other posts..
here is my problem.. i started off trying to update itunes, it failed twice and said i needed to install manually via tools.
the only place to get to tools is the pop up box that appears when you click check for updates.. if there is an available update then the pop up shows up with the quick time and itunes files to download. so i finally figured that out. i clicked on tools and manual update, four files were saved to a file. Apple mobile device support, another one similar, itunes, and another one i cant remember. I only downloaded the itunes file seeing as though thats all i needed to accomplish in the first place.
so then i restarted my computer bc you need to reboot and then reopen itunes for update to take effect. once i have itunes back open i plugged in my new 5s which i am trying to sync to my computer to get all my stuff back bc i lost my previous phone over the weekend.. once i plugged the phone in an error stating i needed to unistall the apple mobile device support and itunes and then reinstall. well i dont know where those files were originally stored on my computer AND since my itunes was updated, just not the other 3 associated files, when i click check for updates it says its up to date and then pop up containing the quick time and itunes does not pop up thus i cant get back to the tools tab to manually save the 4 files again.
so i was just going to uninstall itunes all together and then i thought well what happens if it erases all my photos apps songs etc... which would defeat the whole purpose in the first place of me trying to sync my new phone to get all my stuff back.
so i literally have no idea what to do at this point.. if you have read this you are probably just as confused as me... -
Many times my computer takes too long to connect to new website. I have wireless internet (time capsule) and I am running a pretty powerful real time financial work program at same time, what is the best solution? Vendors, I noticed the price of the IPAD 2 was identical at Walmart,Best Buy, Frys, and the Apple store the sales person at The Apple Store told me the main benefit to buying the IPAD 2 from the Apple Store is that they do all the initial set up of the device is this not the case for all the vendors of the IPAD2? Also as I was inside the local Apple Store they were conducting some sort of tutorial on the use of the IPAD 2( at least 40 persons in attendance) is this free?

What does it mean when a purchase is billed to "store credit"? Is it one of those iTunes gift vouchers? Only reason I ask is because I downloaded Ken Follit's FREE book from the 12 days of Christmas app and seem to have been charged 10.99 for it!?
