Got mis-charged where do you apply for refund?

I was downloading a free Starbucks pick of the week and did something wrong and ended up with 2 copies of the same song and charged for one of them. When I look at my purchase history both copies of the same song were downloaded within a minute of each other so it's obvious that it's a mistake on my part. There's no point in having the same digital song twice when it was free to begin with.
So on my email receipt there's a link for "Report a Problem" which takes me to my purchase history with nowhere to write about the problem, just a listing of my purchases and a "Done" button.
Anyone know where I'd go to get my money back?

    That password should be the one you used on the system *before* you do the upgrade.
    If you got the computer used from someone else, you need to get in touch with them and get the password.

    You can create new alliases. Which means more e-mail addresses under same account.
    1.Log in to www.iCloud.com
    2.Click on Mail icon to get into your emails
    3.In top right corner click on "Sprocket" icon and select "Preferences"
    4.Click on "Accounts"
    5.Click on blue text (down left corner) "Add an alias"
    here you can create another "alias" email.
    When you are gonna use it make sure you select it (as a primary email) before you send e-mail in your Mail app or on your iOS devices.

    I sign up with Verizon on 08/04/2014 new plan new phones switched carries. It has been A nightmare. First I purchased one plan with two phones. They set up two accounts charging me for both on two different account numbers.  On August 11th I was told it was fixed by a local Verizon REP. Said it was a computer glitch. Now . Today I received two more bills , still two account and they even contain extra charges as if I was moving my telephones back and forth. Excessive over billing and still two account. When into store where I purchased because they knew I had this problem. They has me call customer service from the store telephone. After 1 hour on the phone with a rude person, the rep.  at the store and me both talked to her. She started saying your phone is breaking up hello are your still there. I was on a land line  then she put me on hold until I finally hung up. about 20 minutes. because I was already late going back to work. I have spent hours trying to get this fixed and now I have had the service for 30 days so I can not cancel. Does anyone know where to go for some help.

    File a complaint they will call you.
    Or take them to court for the over billing and your loss time from work to file and go to small claims court. Include the filing fee.
    Either way bring all your paperwork to have the judge look at.

    It is 20ms for Time to First Byte. 1ms applies to a stretched farm. You could look at your storage latency, although how you would do this would vary from NAS manufacture. You may want to look at your product documentation.

  • Where do YOU go for stock video?

    I have just been told that I am going to spend the first six months of 2011 making videos for unknown bands!  Woo-hoo!  Just started shooting groups on our green screen set last week….which I have done very little of in the past.  I’m using the ultra keyer in Premiere CS5 and it has worked great so far.
    I am now responsible for procuring 1080p stock footage to throw behind these groups.  Most of them need to appear on a realistic stage.
    I’ve been Googling to find stuff so far, but I’m guessing my process could be refined by some folks who have actually done this before.  So, if anyone has any suggestions (other than shooting my own as that is not a possibility) I would appreciate it.

    Thanks very much for the reply Chuck.  I was looking at the POND 5 site just last night and you are right, they have some stuff I plan to buy (curtains opening and closing plus some screaming fans.)  I guess it is just the way I work, but I would really like to be able to plop a video behind my band and see if it LOOKS right.  I can't afford to buy everything (even if it is only $35 a pop) just to find out that it doesn't work visually.

An up and running, possibly successfull site before approving me to re-do it with their links?
