Got no Tracking Number for my sent back iPhone

Hey guys,
I just visited this site and I`m not sure if I'm right in this place.
I just sent my defect iPhone to the support, and now i got the notification, that my repaired
phone was sent back.
The problem is, that there's no UPS Tracking Number linked to this, so I can't follow the progress
of shipping.
How can I receive the Tracking Number? Would be great to get some feedback from the
community

Call Apple Support and discuss the issue with them. That's the only way you're going to be able to get a tracking number, assuming they can provide one.

    Go to the Apple Store webpage and in the upper right go to Account and select Track an Order. There you will find the status of your order. You only get a tracking order when the items ships.

    The serial number for Photoshop Elements should be valid for both PC and Mac.  PSE is one of the few applications that allows the same license for different platforms.
    You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

    Hi folks,
    I was overjoyed yesterday to get an e-mail with a tracking number for my (pre-purchased, not just pre-ordered) iPhone 6.  However, I have kept checking the tracking number, and it still says the same thing.
    A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.
    Woops, pardon my formatting.  Anyway, if it still hasn't shipped, how is it going to arrive tomorrow??  It said it was next day saver.  Even last night (9/17) it was dated 9/18.  I figured it would ship today and arrive Friday.  I am bummed, but more than anything, it would be nice to just know what's going on.  And if it doesn't come tomorrow, I wish it had been shipped FedEx or something so it could arrive Saturday.  I don't think UPS does Saturday delivery.  So unless it has already shipped and they just haven't updated it, it doesn't seem like I'll get my phone til Monday, despite having already purchased it.
    Thanks for listening to me gripe.  Any insight would be appreciated.  The store I ordered from (Verizon reseller) doesn't have any info beyond what I have.

    You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
    Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com -  click 'See all products and services',  then 'More Products and Services, then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
    In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.
    If it is more than 15 but less than 45 days you may be able to get a partial refund by the same method.
    If it is more than 45 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

    I tried that but on my iphone i can only click on my email and my number is checked but its in grey doesnt allow me click on it and on my Mac, its the opposite, my email is checked but in grey so doesnt allow me to click on it. im realy confused

    Apple always sends a pre-paid shipping box. The tracking number is on the label. If you were not dealing with Apple, then you can contact whomever you shipped the phone to.
    These are user forums. You are not speaking to Apple here. If you shipped to Apple then you can call them directly or you can contact the shipper for help, but we can't really help you.

    Due to malfunctions my daughter returned 2 phones. Each was sent via Fed Ex with the paperwork supplied by Verizon. She even called asking if the phones were received and told yes. This month we see an equipment charge for $559.99 on our bill! She immediately called and asked what the deal was and is being told they never received one of the phones. She was told that they initiated an investigation and we don't have to pay the amt for the equipment charge at this time.
    What do you make of this? How can she prove that the phone was in fact sent back and that a customer service person verified that they did receive it? I haven't called myself because I don't feel that I really know much about the situation as she took care of it all.

    Did you keep your tracking numbers from each shipment so you could track them? If you had that and it showed delivered on the FedEx WebSite, that would be all you would need.

  • Called Verizon about my 128GB 6+ Space Gray...got a tracking number?!?

    After all the various, conflicting reports detailed in my other thread, I figured I'd make one more call to Verizon's consumer sales line (800-256-4646) just now and see if they could give me the status.  Much to my surprise (and disbelief), they said my 128GB 6+ Space Gray was shipping out and will arrive Friday, 9/19.  I asked for a tracking number, and very much to my surprise they gave me one.  And even more to my surprise, it was real, and showed up on FedEx's site.
    I'm still a little hesitant to actually believe this.  My credit card has not been charged (or authorized), and I asked the customer service rep on the phone about this and they said this was entered as a 'future ship' and it will probably get billed soon.  The online order status tracker still says 'Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.'
    My disbelief stems a bit from 5 separate phone calls, all telling me something from this grab-bag of responses:
    The 9/19 date was a mistake
    The 9/19 date was just an estimate and it would actually ship 10/14 due to the high demand
    The order will definitely arrive 9/19
    The order will most definitely arrive 10/7
    The order was scheduled to arrive 9/19, the date got changed to 10/14, but it was escalated to get corrected to 9/19
    The order will definitely arrive 9/19, and I'll get text confirming that.  The text message contained an order number with the wrong number of digits and was not searchable via the order status tool.
    I also received a Twitter response from @vzwsupport indicating that it will definitely arrive 9/19, and a direct message on here indicating that the Twitter message was wrong and the order would definitely arrive on 10/7.
    I'm not quite sure why Verizon can't seem to get their customer service reps on the same page the past three days.  They would have far fewer angry customers if they would all give them the same, reliable answer, one way or the other, about the current status of their phone.  But as it stands, even with a tracking number in hand, I'm still hesitant to actually believe them.  If you're currently waiting on a 6+ 128GB that was confirmed in the email to arrive 9/19, give them a call and see if you actually get a tracking number as well.  My tracking number ends in 2777, post the last four digits of your number to make sure they aren't just handing out the same number to get me to stop calling

    I did, however, get onto chat and this is the (expected) response:
    "Ok it looks like it is still processing. if you do not get an email later on today, Please contact Customer Services at 1-800-922-0204. They're open 6am to 11pm EST, and they will be able to look into that to see why it is taking a bit."

  • Verizon don't have tracking number for prepaid UPS Shipping?

    I shipped back all equipments using Prepaid UPS shipping. I was afraid to drop in any UPS box so I handed the box to the UPS person who comes to our office builing every day. Now Verizon says they did not receive the box and charge me almost $800 for the equipment. According to Verizon shipping instruction, 'customers are reponsible for equiment until reurned to UPS/USPS', and that was eaxctly what I did. I called customer service and was told I was supposed to write down the tracking number. I don't see anywhere that this was written on the shipping instruction or anywhere saying verizon that prepaid the shipping would not have tracking number. What's going on here?  

    The tracking number was on the label. This should have been written down even if instructions said to or not. It's just common sense to have some type of proof of delivery.
    That number was proof the package was signed for and delivered. Without some type of proof you are going to have a very had time proving that they received it. It's basically your word against there's without it.
    All you can do is call them and see if they can look into it for you.

    I bought an iMac exactly a week ago (Monday 23rd July) from the reseller my girlfriend works for. I managed to get everything at cost price and bought it under my company so I could write the tax off, all up managed to get $1100 off the retail price. Deal. My girlfriend gave me the order number that was sent to the reseller she works for so I could track it on the order status website, which I did. It's showing that it was shipped on the 25th July, however. There has been no tracking number update, and no carier update either. So I was curious as to whether apple even worries about updating these because it was probably ordered with a whole bunch of stuff, so to track it would mean having to track the whole shipping container etc..? Am I on the right track? Or should I be worried as to why there hasn't been an update?

    HI trent, not sure, but I suspect they don't provide any Reseller Tracking, only the Reseller would/could.

    Hello all, I pre ordered an unlocked 64gb Space Gray iPhone 6 via apple.com at about 6:30 A.M. on 9/12. They still had some in stock, because my delivery date has always been 9/19 by standard shipping. Has anyone gotten a tracking number when ordering via apple? When i log into my account to look at my order, it says Preparing for Shipment. It has done this since saturday night. But on my Apple support profile, it lists my 6 as a device with the serial number; and I have heard that this means it has shipped. So, what is it? And has anyone recieved a shipment notification or tracking number yet when ordering via apple? Thanks in advance!

    9/19 delivery means 9/19 delivery.  Be patient.  UPS probably asked Apple not to release tracking info until Thursday.

  • Tracking Number for Inbound Deliveries

    We are trying to get ASNs from our suppliers for their shipments. We would like to capture the carrier tracking number (e.g. the Fedex number) from the supplier. I'm using segment E1EDL47-TRACKN in the DELVRY03.DESADV idoc. I'm not able to get the tracking number in this segment to populate into the inbound delivery.
    Does anyone have any experience here? Are there some pre-requisites or config that I'm missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    My card was charged last night for the iPhone 6 Plus order, and there was a tracking number generated for my order. However, it starts with 1Z047V, and I couldn't track it on Fedex's website (it says the tracking number is invalid). I searched the tracking number on Google, and it appears to be a UPS tracking number, but I couldn't get any information on UPS' website either. Anyone knows about this situation? Thanks!

    Same as mine. You should get an email later with the tracking number again and it will list UPS Business 2-day delivery. It won't show up on the UPS site until after midnight or after it has been picked up/scanned in. Hope this helps!
