Got the new 6301 -- so far, not happy!

Why is my phone so slow? Clicking on the menu takes ages to load (compared to 6300, which my friend has).
Things are complicated in this phone and it seems I can't make them simple. Example: I don't see any "Inbox" in shortcuts, instead of clicking 3 to 4 clicks to get into my inbox, I can't have it faster. That is annoying!

the menu cud not open fast az it cud b due to software related issues...update ur phone software if therz an update available ...it shud work n even ur inbox prob. may get solved... though u cn go to settings n add the inbox shortcut to the shorcut keys..or simply customize ur go to menu an add inbox dere..

You will need to plug it into your computer and re-sync them from iTunes. The iPhone is meant to be synced/backed up to iTunes on your computer on a regular basis. It is NOT a primary or backup storage device.

1. If you are this unhappy with that phone, and the lost earbuds is the only thing stopping you from taking it back, why do not just buy some earbuds. That way you can get rid of that phone. It all depend upon how much you want to get rid of that phone.

So if a download is in progress and so forth when the phone goes dormant, it will switch to use cellular data, if this setting is left on. This message is displayed if your iOS device has been trying to complete a restore for more than three days. This can occur if your restore has been interrupted due to network connectivity issues or some other problem occurs.
Being that this is the case, you would want to go back to the article it seems you were referred to us from and try to restore from your icloud backup again:

I uninstalled Apple Application Support, opened iTunesSetup with WinRar, and went down the list of msi's. AppleApplicationSupport was an install, all the others I did Repair. Did not have to reboot. Works okay now.

The iPhone 4S comes automatically loaded with iOS 5, and any updates after iOS 5.0 can be completed directly from on the phone in Settings > General > Software Update. If you are having trouble using iTunes to update software, I suggest you reset iTunes so that you can pair your phone to the computer again, because if you can't see the serial number and capacity, that generally means your phone isn't paired. For any problems this doesn't fix, please contact Apple directly through their automated help line, 1(800)MYAPPLE.

What do you mean it isn't' compatible? What isn't compatible?
There is no limit to the number of iPods you can sync to one computer, iTunes library, or iTunes account. Simply connect each separate iPod/iPhone to your computer and configure each to sync whatever content you wish to.
