GPO Windows server 2003

Question

Hi All,
We would like to achieve the following by GPO
We could not send Control Alt Del to Windows 7 when we use VNC to remote desktop.
We found a solution as per link

Login to the remote computer as the domain administrator.
Click the Start Windows button, select Run, type gpmc.msc and press enter.
In the left section, select the desired domain, then right-click and choose Create a GPO in this domain, and link it here.
Right-click the new GPO and select Edit.
In the left section, please navigate to: Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Windows Logon Options
In the right section, please double-click on the Disable or enable software Secure Attention Sequence policy and click on Enabled.
Set the policy option to Services.
Click OK and close the Group Policy Object Editor.
In the step 5, I cannot find Windows logon Options, however I can only find the option in Local Group Policy not in Domain Policy. is it because of windows server 2003? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Based on my understanding, you found the policy Windows logon Options
missed when you set a domain GPO. Right?
By default, GPMC always uses local .adm files, and you can also create
Group Policy Central Store to store policy files in a domain environment. In this case, you could find this policy in the Local Group Policy not in the Domain Policy. If you are using central store to manage the adm files in domain evviroment, it may
be caused by the corresponding adm file doesn't exit in the store. You can copy the local adm files to the central store to update the store. In additoin, you can also download the adm files:
