  • PGI date is before Schedule Line date.

    Hi
We have a scenario which I want to understand. There was ZERO stock on 01.04.2009 in my plant. The stock received on 14.04.2009 but while doing the GR, the posting date changed to 05.04.2009. Now a sales Order created on 14.04.2009 with schedule line confirmation on 14.04.2009. When we checked the delivery and its material document generated after PGI it shows the posting date of 04.04.2009. All the dates in Delivery has been changed to 04.04.2009, however actually the delivery created on 14.04.2009.
Now my querry is how the system allow to do the PGI on 04.04.2009 when there was no stock for the material on that date, and the schedule line is for 14.04.2009. Is this the standard behaviour?, if yes, Can we restrict it, so that PGI can not be done before the Schedule Line Date or before the actual availability of material.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Amitesh

    hi AA,
This doesnt seems to be a Std process. GR happens for current date. and you can alter Actual PGI date but the document date (delivery) shall not be prior to MAD or Transportation planning date of Order. i guess this may require an OSS.

  • Billing before PGI`

    Hi
we have to create billing before PGI. I had change the copy control to 11 in copy requirement. But when i try to create billing based on sales order or delivery note, message is displayed " the document is not relevant for billing". Pls advice. thanks

    Hi
Kindly check the status  in  the delivery document  and run the below program to update the status
    RVDELSTA
    or
write small code with the help of ABAPER as below
    REPORT  Z.
    TABLES: VBFA.
    data: cnt like sy-tabix.
    SELECT SINGLE * from vbfa  where VBTYP_N = 'U' and vbelv = '.
    if sy-subrc = 0.
    UPDATE  vbfa  SET PLMIN = ' ' where vbelv = ''  and vbtyp_n = ''.
    endif.

  • Deliveries creating before delivery date

    Hi Friends,
We are having one problem, For one particuler plant deliveries or creating before delivery date, and it's skipping some deliveries/customers due earlier.
Exapmle: for the Order #911167 line 250 created Delivery 82025494 for 1/21 PGI date and 1/22 delivery, but before this above deliver date  we have orders #907250 line 130 and #910662 line 280 which both have PGI dates of 1/20 delivery 1/21.., But these two orders skipped and created delivery for above 21st delivery date.
    Thanks
    Rao

    Hi
If you are creating delivery in background then system will check wheather the stock is available or not for that order on that schedule line delivery date and if stock is there on that date then system will confirm the sales order. But if stock is not there for that delivery date then system will do the Backward processing and then  system will give the delivery date and that is the reason some orders skip on that date
Say for example you have a sales order 111000 and the delivery date is 22/1 but on that date stock is not available then system will do the backward processing and then it will give the next delivery date (say 25/1) so you can deliver that order on 25/1.
If you are doing the background process then system might have checked only those sales orders which are to be delivered on 22/1.but as the delivery date has got changed to 25/1 then it you can do background delivery of that delivery on 25/1

  • PGI Date

    Dear Expert,
Actually we have an issue while duing PGI. System allowing the PGI date before the delivery date if we changes manually.
Eg: if the delivery date is 26.02.2009, system allowing PGI date even before the delivery date.
Please suggest, how to solve the issue.
    Regards,
    Balu.

The BADI definition name is LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC  method name is CHANGE_DELIVERY_HEADER.
With the help of your ABAPer you can write a logic such that the Actual GI Date should not be less than system date.

  • Paying before due date through payment program

    Hi friends,
How do I pay to the vendor before the due date for certain invoice through payment program.
    and
How does system calculates discount on that invoice in automatic payment program.
what details do I need to enter to make system pay before due date and calculate discount as per payment terms.

    Hi,
Please try this to remove the check box 'Payment per due date' is selected in your FBZP   > Payment method for company code settings. If you have switched off the flag and carried out testing.
Please assign points if it useful

  • F110 bill of exchange: error FZ731 "...requires payment before due date"

    Hi everybody.
I'm facing an issue that is driving me crazy <:-)
I want to configure a payment method of type "bill of exchange" (in Spain, "pagaré"). I have several due invoices (due dates: 30/11/10, 31/12/10...), which have this payment method. Some other items are not yet due (30/1/11).
When carrying out a payment run thru transaction F110, the system asks for the bill of exchange issue date, which I have populated as 30/11/10. At another tests, I have populated as 10/1/11.
When running F110, the vendor items are then classified as exceptions, with error FZ731 "Pymt method I in the item requires payment by b./exch. before due date", and also message FZ732 "Item not due in 000 - 000 days".
I think this problem may be motived because the definition of the payment method "I" (company code data) says: Days until due date: 0. But this field is not updatable.
I've searched the message numbers in the forums, but found no answer.
    Anybody can help? Kind regards,
    Alvaro

Never mind, I just had to update the Paying company code, fields Bill of exchange due date... > Earliest-lates due date in...days.
    Regards.

  • Item Category need to be modified before PGI

    Hi
    I have a requirement
That the delivery is MRP relevant before PGI during PGI it shouldn't hit MRP requirements
Only option i have is create  2 item categhories
put 1 as MRp releavnt and 2nd as non MRP releavant
IS it possible using any userexits

    BTW:
Simply changing the item category won't affect the MRP relevance. The key field is the requirement class field.
Requirement class is the field which directly control whether MRP is relevant.
When creating delivery item, requirement class can be filled basing on item category.
But, if you change item category in userexit, system won't reset requirement class automatically.

  • How to update the price based upon PGI date

    Hi
I have issue of updation of the Prices and freight based on PGI date in the billing we are using the two billing types for the excsies and tax invoice creation .And in the copy control pricing type is maintained Aas "C" for the billing types with single delivery but someHow MRP in the excise billing has been picked from the condition record thats validity is ended and in Tax invoice it picks up the correct prices
Both pricing condition types has pricing type "B" from Billing date and in the freight we have maintained as "A" SRD
But for the some cases specially for the excise related part that is based upon the MRP we are facing this issue
Pricing date is some how coming from sales document
Please find the problem details in the attachment

    Hi,
if you see two condition tabs snap shots you can understand clearly because that two invoices has been created in two different dates and you have maintained the pricing date C-billing date ( KOMK-FKDAT).Due to this, the price of ZMRP is coming differently. After you creation of first invoice then you would have changed ZMRP amount. Now while you are creating second invoice ,system has taken new price of ZMRP in billing level.
Note:While creating second invoice, PGI date might have come into billing level but someone would be changed billing date manually at header level of billing document. Please check that one also.
Kindly let me know if you need further help on this.
    Thanks,
    Naren

  • Can we apply custom validation before uploading data in WebADI in 12.1.3

    Hi,
I have requirement of applying custom validation before uploading data from spreadsheet using webADI. How can we do that.
Is there any way in desktop Integration Manager Responsibilty in WebADI.
I have just started exploring webADI
    Please Help Me...
    Thanks,
    Suhani

Why are you posting this in OAF?
Anyway you can by creating a custom PL/SQL wrapper that is called by the WebADI.
Raise an application ERROR in your wrapper and it will show in the WebADI
If you just want to validated VALUES, you are better of creating an LOV on the Column. Then WebADI will do the validation work for you.

  • Need to understand how the PGI date is being calculated

    Hi,
Need to understand how the PGI date is being calculated.
Does the PGI date get recalculated if the cusotme delivery date is changed.
    Thanks,
    Raki

    Hi,
Thanks for the information and please let us know is there any calculation logic exist for that?
I have changed delivery date in the sales order and based on that-
    - Transportation planning/material availability/loading/schedule line and confirmed quantity date was chaged.
Is this the - GI date - Transist time= PGI?
    Thanks,

  • How to catch event before retrieving data in table?

    Hello
    I use Oracle JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0
I need to set parameters session (Package Vars) before any refresh my page (I retrieve data from views that use this vars).
For this reason I have created method setUserSessionParameters(int[] parameters) in AppModuleImpl.java and I am able to call it from my backing bean.
It's working fine, but I need to call it before any retrieving data in my tables.
May be, there is a usual way to catch event before retrieving data is started?
I'd call my method in that place. I think it would be perfectly well decision.

    Hi,
you can define a PhaseListener method on the f:view component (it has pre and post properties for this). In the after RestoreView phase, you can access the binding container and call teh AM method to set the values. This way, before the page renders, the value is set
