GR is being done in Kgs while the Base Uom of material is PC how is done.

I want to raise PO for a material which has been Base uom is PC but the GR is being done in KG's. There is no fixed relation between PC and Kg's.
how can we handle this situation.

SAP facilitates multiple UOMs.
In Material master, you shd have these settings:
1) Base UOM = PC
2) In purchasing view : Either maintain order unit = KG and/or maintain variable order unit field with '1' or '2'.
How is the ocnversion handled:
1) Maintain Alternate UOMs in Material master; When you maintain order unit=KG, system will prompt you to enter conversion between KG & PC
2) Maintain order unit as KG and conversion in Info record for the material.
3) Maintain order unit as KG in PO and you can maintain conversion in PO

The screenshots tell you everything.
The second one tells you how the image frame is automatically set up after a one-click place. It's the blue stroked rectangle with the eight control points at each corner and mid-way along the line. This image frame is generated at a proportionally correct height and width for the image it contains.
Now, if you look at the third screenshot (click on it to see it at a larger size), you will see I've used the direct selection tool (white arrow) to click on the image within the image frame. This CLEARLY shows the image (within the image frame) is substantially larger than the frame generated to contain it. This is indicated by the yellow stroked rectangle with the eight control points at each corner and mid-way along the line.
Notice that the blue and yellow rectangles are vastly different sizes.
In InDesign CS5.5, when i clicked to place the image, the image would fit perfectly within its image frame. the blue and yellow rectangles would match.
I had no need to go click on the proportional fill and centre buttons like i need to do now in CC.
I have a keyboard shortcut to place. I can't do File > Place for the amount of images i need to place.

All apps are tied to the Apple ID they are purchased with and is not transferable.
Delete app and download app with your new Apple ID.

How to change the base UoM in the material master?

Hi,
I want to change the base UoM in the material master for a particular material but I can't change irt with MM02 as system says it has open routings for this material.
I have set the deletion flag on the routings but still system shows open routings while changing UoM.
Is there any standard SAP program by which UoM can be changed if open POs, stock etc. are present in the system?

It is possible to change the Base unit of measure in the following cases:
1) If there are no stocks of the material in the syatem
2)If there are no purchase requisitions, purchase orders, or scheduling agreements for the material.
3)If a purchase order or purchase order item is not being created or changed.
Procedure for changing is:
Access the material master record in Change mode.
Overwrite the old base unit of measure with the new one on any departmental data screen.
Save the change.

I have created an rfc function module in our BW system. I have to call this RFC from SAP R/3 . To call this RFC I have to pass MATERIAL NUMBER , Quantity Required and UOM. Every thing is working good.
As per the Spec , "if UOM is not there on requested call , Assume base UOM"
I Didnt understand this point .How can find the base UOM of the quantity required?
Could you please give me the idea?

Pure white background has bluish gray shadows while the histogram is showing completely white. How do I fix this?

While editing photos of subjects on pure white backgrounds, the histogram will show completely red while the image still has bluish gray shadows present.
Is the histogram the issue? If so, how do I recalibrate the histogram so that it picks up these faint shadows?

Faxes doesn't being received in lion while the mac is sleeping

i am using fax in my macs.
sending faxes is ok.
the computer is ready to recieve faxes only if the mac is not sleeping
this is the same in two computers(mbair) and in the pax program of the lion's or in page sender fax program.
means : the problem is inherent to the imposibility of the mac to detect fax ring while sleeping.
i wonder if sombody else is sauffering those manifestations and i need an advice to solve this.

Sleep mode stopped working on both my MacBook Pro's after upgrading to Lion. Never had issues before.
To check if some process is keeping your Mac from falling asleep you can run the command "pmset -g live" in a Terminal. Now if some process is preventing sleep mode its process number is displayed (between rounded brackets) after the corresponding line in the pmset output. If no process is preventing your Mac entering sleep mode then something else is wrong. Can't tell you what that is cause I don't know.

From this result there is no process preventing the Mac from falling asleep. Still on my MacBook it doesn't enter sleep even if no process is preventing it.
The line you should be looking for is the line with the keyword "sleep".

A dvd will not eject from my brand new IMac. I have done every suggestion in the help area. Any suggestions on how to get this DVD out of the computer?

1. Pressing the Eject key while opening the iMac.
2. Pressing the Eject key while closing down the iMac.
3. Holding down the Option key while restarting the iMac.
4. Using Disk Utility to try to Mount, Repair and Eject the disk.

6. Pressing the O and F keys while closing down the iMac.
7. Opened Applications > Utilities >Terminal and typed in 'drutil tray eject'.

How to include some costs in standart price on the base of material costs?

Hi,
the current client want to include some costs in standart price for the material on the base of raw material costs (according to bill of material). "Some costs" are costs for whole plant or workshop: electricity, gas, salary of some wokers an so on. These costs can not be ascribe to concrete finished products, but must be included in cost of goods manufactured. I assume to use cost center to collect these costs. Direct costs for raw material collects on cost collectors.
Now the problem by standard cost estimate:
1.The balance this cost center must be zero (it follows flegal requirements). Therefore I can not use overhead rates. Or I don`t know something?
2. I can create activity type, calculate its price on the base of planned costs of this cost center and use it in operation in routing for finished product. But in routing I can not use the costs of raw material to determine how many units of activity type must be confirmed. I can make only rule like: 1 Unit finished product - 1 Unit of activity type.
So, no chance?
P.S.
In fact there is no problem - I can use distribution of cost objects hierarchy

Hi experts help me,
I have one requirment
there have two machine(plant) fert1,fert2 each one have some materilas.
from one of the plant will be goining to stop(fert1).
than we need featch the issued material from fert1 in reverse order to store it than post the meterial into fert2 based on the production number.
