GR is not equal to contract call off quantity, what to do?

Hi,
I have a contract (not a scheduling agreement) with 1000 PC and my call off is 40 PC per purchase order. When I receive 30 in SAP, my open quantity is still based on the 40. What is right, because I can receive the next 10 tomorrow. But when I know they are not comming, what action needs to be performed?
Best Regards,
Eric

Hi
If you want to update the Contract quantity, you can go to change mode of the release order and change the quantity from 40 to 30.Otherwise you close the Purchase order by Delivery completed indicator. But this will not update the open order quantity of a contract.

  • Double Discount against central contract call off PO

    Hi Experts,
We are having SRM 7 EHP 2, ECC 6 EHP 5.
Central contracts are created in SRM & distributed to ECC.
When Shopping cart is created referring a contract item {with discount of 20%

The followon document PO created in ECC is showing a price 240 $ (PB00) with

  • Call off fixed quantity if contracts exits where to add in SAP?

    Hi All,
Can you please help me on the next one:
We have a MM Quantity Contract for 100.000 PC.
Every time we call off for this contract the call off quantity is 500 PC.
Where can I put these 500 PC in SAP?
Can this be done on Contract level? Or must this be done on material
    master?
    Best regards,
    Eric.

    Hi
When you are creating the release order wrt a contract, you have to enter Quantity manually.Even in the Best practice of SAP in 6.0 version also given the same.
    Refer the link

In your case, the call off order qty is same, Please search any exist to pass this value (you can maintain this value in Contract line item details screen.Field Standard release order quantity <b>ABMNG</b>.)

  • Contract details i.e currency, Payment term  are not copied into Call-off

    Hi,
We have implemented SRM 4.0 (SP07) with extended classic scenario.
we created a PO through "Process Purchase order" & referred a line item to a contract (in the sense we are creating a call off) however when PO is ordered, system doesn't pick currency, Payment term & incoterm
maintained in contract header level into PO header but instead pick
that data from Vendor master in SRM (BBPMAININT).
Here is what we have maintained in Contract & Vendor master.
    Contract No: 4800002324
    Contract Currency: Euro
    Payment Term: 60 days net
    Inco term: CIF
    Vendor master details
    Vendor no: 106864
    Currency: SEK
    Payment term:030N
    Inco term: DDP
If we perform similar test in R/3 then system behaves according to
standard.System copies currency, payment term & incoterm from contract header into PO header.
If this behaviour is possible in R/3 then why not in SRM ?
Has anybody witness simmilar problem in SRM so far..?
Any help will be awarded with full points..

    Hi
Note 970992 - Purchase order currency overwritten by partner dflt currency
The standard functionality is that the vendor master currency supersedes the SC currency as the final PO is generated for the vendor with whom the company is dealing in a particular currency.
Re: Currency  USD differs from Purchase order currency EUR. Enter in PO cur
As per the old accounting system the journal books were maintained for every business partners in his currency. These entries comes to the G/L of the company in company's home currency. So it is the standard functionality that the PO will be generated in vendor master currency and not the SC currency.

  • I have a nokia E61 on an orange monthly contract caller ID is not working

Hello all, Yes my trusty old Nokia E61 no longer shows caller ID. When I call a number in my contacts I get the name of the person I am callingText messages have the sender ID attachedIf I put the sim in another phone I get caller IDIf I put the sim from another phone in the E61 I get caller ID SO, today I went and did a sim swapI waited till my current sim lost signal (about 2 hours)I inserted the new simWhen I got home I called my Nokia E61 from my wifes EE iphone and our land line, both gave caller IDI then read and deleted the sms that orange sent me to update the sim and restarted the phone Guess what, no caller ID I called Orange support, they told me everyone on orange has this problem (yeah right I believe that) I am going to do another sim swap tomorrow and I will put the new sim in another phone till I get the message then I will put the new sim in my nokia which should sort it out. Anyone got any amazing ideads about this or can anyone verify Oranges cheesy explanation for the fault??

Hello Karen, Thank you for checking it for me. I did a sim swap on Sunday and it worked fine. I turned off my phone overnight and when I turned it back on in the morning, no caller ID.This fault is obviously something to do with the SIM update texts received after a new SIM is inserted. I put out a question on twitter asking for other orange users to contact me who are suffering this (as I have been told 95% of estate affected) problem. No-one else has it! I have talked to customer services about transferring my contract to an EE sim (contract expires in December) but was told no, I have to pay £170 to get out of the contract. My issue is this; I work in the property business, I have several properties I own and manage. When I miss a call now I get no ID from the caller or call back number. This is costing me money and stress as I keep getting upset tenants having a go at me for 'ignoring' them. I have aslo missed important calls from my financier! I am in a contract witnh Orange where I pay a fee for a service. That service is not being provided to an adequate standard and I will need compensation from Orange for my loss if I cannot transfer to an EE account. I do not want another contract, I do not want a new handset, I just want my basic service so I can conduct my business in a proper manner. Can you send me a link to the orange service contract please. Regards M Butler

  • SRM 7.0 Call offs against Central contracts

    Hello,
We are implementing Central contracts in extended classic scenario. We found that when call offs are done in srm by creating a PO in SRM with central contract as Source of supply, the Central contract fields in PO Line item does not get populated when the PO is transferred to ECC.Nor does the Release value get updated against the Backend contract (as seen in ME33K) though the release value is getting in SRM Central Contract document. This makes the release values in ECC Contract document out of sync with the value in SRM contract document.
Has any one faced this issue? Is this because of a missed setting or Is this a bug or is this the way it works?
    Thanks
    RamanAK.

    Hi
give more details of the CCTR contract USAGE in the existing landscape
i could remember the PCTR behaviors in the ECS mode..
Actually contract information will not be transfered  in the PO line when replicate to ECC since this contract is local.
the release values are available only in SRM front end ( total value of contract as well as each line of contract vs PO released).
Did you distribute the contract to backend system as well ?
so now your contract is available for both system
    i.e ECS - shopping cart - SRM
and ECC purchase request as well - ECC
Are you enjoying the contract in the both systems?
Earlier GOA release values are updated in SRM via BLAREL idoc technology
but now adays in CCTR interfaces
    PurchaseorderErpcontractReleaseNotificationOut - ECC
    PurchaseorderErpcontractReleaseNotificationin - SRM
The release value synchronisation continous challenges to the BUYER .
So please clarify with SAP how SRM PO release value and ECC PO release value sync in the ECC purchasing contract.

  • Copy customer PO in da contract to the call off order

    Hi,
Is there a way to copy the customer PO (vbak-bstnk) from the contract to the relevant call off orders? Can this be done through copy controls??
    Thanks,
    Keshini

    Hi ,
You can copy the purchase order no to the subsequent order by making chnages in copy controls. If you want to copy the whole data then do the same as suggested above. If you are not copying the whole data ,but copying some information from contract then request your abaper to add the field VBKD:BSTKD in routine header business data .
    Hope it will work.

  • Contracts and Call off's

    Hi,
A customer can create a contract or a bulk order in the system.
This can be referenced by call off orders.
One system can have multiple contracts and call off's.
1 - Are there standard system settings that are considered when a call off is referencing a contract order?
As in, what are the critera that a call off order will check in order to reference contract A or B.
2 - Say call off order B is created by referencing contract A.
I dont want the pricing in contract A  to copy to call off order.
      How can this be facilitated?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
1 - Are there standard system settings that are considered when a call off is referencing a contract order?
As in, what are the critera that a call off order will check in order to reference contract A or B.
Yes when your Call off order is referenced with contract then it will appear in tab ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT at item level
after save of call order it will appear in document flow
When system referring contract then there are various criteria check by system that you can check in COPY CONTROL SALES DOCUMENT TO SALES DOCUMENT by t-code VTAA check at header level and item level what routine are set
If you set outline agreement massage indicator in call of order by VOV8 under transaction flow tab, then even you not reference contract and individually creating call of order and once you put sold to party system will check is any contract available with this party.
2 - Say call off order B is created by referencing contract A.
I don't want the pricing in contract A to copy to call off order.
    How can this be facilitated?
For this if you want to keep PRICE PROCEDURE same for contract and call of order but only want new price values in call of order then in copy control VTAA at item level set PRICING TYPE - B carry out new pricing
If you want to assign two diffrent price procedure then differentiate by DOCUMENT PRICE PROCEDURE
set two different document price procedures in Sales document by VOV8
and determine two different pricing procedure by OVKK in both documents

  • Contract - costs only charged in first PO call off

    Hi All,
My client has the following requirement:
A contract is created and saw costs are fixed = 10 Euro.
The 10 Euro must be paid once. While creating the first PO call off.
After the first PO the costs should not be copied into the next PO.
    Is this possible in SAP??
    Thank you,
    Eric van Zundert.

    Hi,
for getting your problem solved you need to create a new cutomes (Z) calculation schema in which should be exact replica of RM000 but only you need to delete PB00 condition type from the control data of this calculation scema. As PB00 will have access sequence, by removeing this condition type PB00 which actually searches the condition record in the condition table for the last PO price, the system will not search for any price. so whenever you create a new PO the system will not propose any price infact it ask the user to fed the price in the system.
in general just  keep PBXX as a price condition in your calculation schema
    hope this helps

  • Is BDC's CALL TRANSACTION 'VA01' is not equals to ONLINE(manual) creation?

    Hi Experts,
    Ours is IS-Oil.
If the user do not enters/inputs OIC_MOT (Mode Of Transport) at ITEM level on the External Details popup, SAP will get it from Customar Master-KNA1 and populates on it, because its a mandatory field (OIC_MOT), but, do not throws an Error message and interupts the sales order creation process.
We have a inbound IDOC posting function module for sales order (VA01), which posts the sales oreders by using BDC (CALL TRANSACTION 'VA01') in the system. In this function module, we are not populating the OIC_MOT field contained segment by hoping SAP will populate/default it while it hits CALL TRANSACTION 'VA01' of my BDC of my FM of IB IDOC. But, SAP is not defaulting/populating and throwing error message (saying 'OIC_MOT field is a mandatory input field' data is missing) and IDOC is failing, pls. let me know Wht its so? is the BDC's CALL TRANSACTION 'VA01' is not equals to ONLINE (manual ) creation of sales order?
    Thank you

    Hi
Several transactions can ba a different behavior between online and bdc process, but if you simulate the trx by SM35 you should find out these gaps
I don't know OIL vertical, but the main transactions have a bapi can be used insted of BDC program (BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, but perhaps there's a particular BAPI for OIL).

  • Rounding off Issue (Net Value not equal to Net Price * quantity)

    Dear Gurus,
Here is an interesting issue. The default calculation done in the pricing procedure is two decimal places. Now we consider a real scneario, consider the net value of 324 quantities of an item calculated is 36,049.86 .When it is divided by quantity  the resulting value of net price is 111.265 but the system shows 111.27 by rounding it off.
Now here comes the problem,my client needs the rate to be shown on the order script to be two decimal places and the net value should be equal  quantity * net price. So if we apply this,
    324 * 111.27 = 36051.48
But the net value calculated by the system is 36,049.86.So it can be consluded that:
"Quantity * Net Price Shown is not Equal to Net Value calculated by the System"
Need an urgent resolution, project is stuck on this

Please dont add URGENT in subject or in your post

    Here is the pricing procedure,
We start with the amount condition types
                                            Unit Price        Units Condition Value
    ZMRP     MRP                     1,700.00           10     PAC     55,080.00
    ZTRP     Trade Price     1,445.00           10     PAC     46,818.00
ZDPR     Dist. Price     1,445.00           10     PAC     46,818.00         (GL)
Using Trade Price we apply the product discount of 23%
    ZPRD     Product Discount     23.000-     %                    10,768.14-
Then we send discount amount to the gl by using condition type ZDIS
    ZDIS      Discount Value     100.000-     %           10,768.14-      (GL)
tHE RESULTING NET VALUE IS  36,049.86      as 46818.00 - 10,768.14
         Order Item value     111.27      1     PAC     36,049.86
And the Net Price is 111.27

DJTayLo, Let's get your voicemail working! I noticed you metioned that your Cellular Data is off. Visual Voicemail does need to be connected to Cellular Data in order to retreive voicemails for the iPhone. This can cause the notifications to be delayed. When you turn Cellular Data on do the notifications  then show correctly? Which model iPhone do you have? We'll figure this out.
