  • Delivery based on qty specified in delivery schedule in Scheduling Agreemnt

    Hi,
We have a scenario where we need to create delivery based on the quantities entered in the delivery schedule in Scheduling Agreement, eg.
on 10.11.2011 qty to be delivered is 10
on 15.11.2011 qty to be delivered is 20
We have sufficient stock and the entire qty of 30 (10+20) is confirmed. Now when we create the delivery on 10.11.2011 the system is delivering the entire qty of 30, whereas the requirement is that on 10.11.2011 only qty 10 should be proposed by the system in delivery. Please help.
    Regards,
    Abhishek.

    Hi,
1.Please check is there two schedule lines are present.
    2. Check the expected delivery date/check the from to date for delivery creation.
    or
you can change the expected delivery date between 10-14 and check it should work.

  • Request delivery schedule with fixed total delivery qty updated by MRP

    Hi Gurus,
Please help on this issue. The issue is since in the "direct Purchase order", the delivery date is fixed & not updated by MRP, seems only delvery schedule line in Scheduling Agreement can be updated by MRP.
    Below is the requirement:
    1) Use appropriate Purchase Document (like Scheduling Agreement) for subcontracting the in-house production parts when capacity is insufficient, so that delivery schedule qty can be updated by MRP.
    2) The Purchase Document will covered partially the requirements of the in-house production parts, the qty covered should be the same as total open qty in the Pur Doc to be delivered (if it's Sch. Agrmnt, should be Target Qty)
    3) During MRP run, source of supply should be assigned to the Purchase Doc iteam firstly, afterward assigned to planned order
    Thanks a lot!
    Jerlyn

    Hi,
    For all of your queries;
ME01 - Maintain Source List for the materials
Here maintain, Vendor, Plant, Purchase Org, most important input Scheduling Agreement No  in Agreement column and  in "MRP" column, use "2" i.e. Record relevant to MRP. Sched. lines generated automatically
Now run MRP and observe the result, it will consider Scheduling Agreement in MRP.

  • ME2L Delivery Schedule Showing Fully Delivered Lines

    Hey,
We are experiencing this issue on a SAP 4.7c system that we support.
Our business are trying to generate a report, every month, that is sent to vendors, of all the purchase orders that the business are expecting them to fill. To do this the business user uses ME2L report per vendor, only selecting the Schedule Agreements documents, hitting the calendar button (Delivery Schedule), exporting the resulting output to Excel, using a formula to identify the lines which have a GR value less than the Scheduled Qty value and sending these onto the vendor as a notification to the that these are the orders that the business have marked as outstanding.
The issue arose when the business cancelled lines on Scheduling Agreement 5500000073 by going into MD04 and deleting the requirement for vendor 5033760 and reassigned those requirements to a new Agreement 5500000053 for vendor 5000259.
However when you run the process above the deleted lines still show up on the report and you believe this should not be the case and never was the case.
What process to accurately identify on SAP, schedule line items, that have not being fully Goods Receipted and/or cancelled so they can be sent to the vendor?
    Many thanks for any help,
    Colm

    Hi Jurgen,
Apologies for the delay, I was away on leave.
We use selection parameters WE101 and that correctly brings us back only open orders on the selection screen, however when we click the Delivery Schedule button it displays lines that have been fully Goods Receipted.
For example, if I have a PO with 3 lines, Lines 1 and 3 have been fully received and line 2 has only been partly received.
I run ME2L with the selection parameter WE101 and the report only displays line 2. Which is correct.
However when I click the delivery schedule button I will be shown the entire history of that line, including scheduled quantites that were fully goods receipted.
What I would like to see is only lines where the scheduled quantity is greater than the goods receipted quantity.
I hope this makes sense, thanks for your help,
    Regards,
    Colm

  • Scheduling Agreement - Delivery schedule line number

    Hi,
I am developing a report to show the Goods receipt postings for each delivery schedules of Schedule agreements.
I am not able to find Delivery Schedules line(EKET-ETENR) in Material document table(MSEG).
How do we exactly link the GR quantity to Scheduling agreement Delivery schedules.
We have line item number but not delivery schedules.
GR quantity may be posted to different delivery scheules and for some SAs when the MRP Runs it is positng randomly.
Is there function to find the link,
Searched EKBE, EKET, MSEG  and other tables also.
Appreciate your help <offer removed by moderator>.

    Hi Shravan,
Thanks for answering, I checked those two tables EKEH, EKEK are release tables. We have some SAs without release documentation. I have to find the delivery schedules using the GR document to which delivery schedules the qty it is delivering.
It is not posting the qty from top of schedules, for some SAs it posted randomly.

  • Forecast delivery schedules incorrect cumulative release quantity.

    Hi Gurus,
We implemented the standard LZM - Scheduling agreement with delivery orders solution for component suppliers.
The entire SAP standard configuration activated and the functionality is working correct.
u2022     Scheduling agreement type LZM  / Item category LZMA / Schedule line category  L2
u2022     Order Type TAM  / / Item category TAMA / Schedule line category  CP
    Example:
Scheduling agreement forecast delivery schedule for 1000 units./ Md04 show SchAgr of 1000 units
Delivery order for 250 units (MD04 Shows Order for 250 units and SchAgr for 750 Units)
Created delivery for the order (MD04 shows Deliv. For 250 units SchAgr for 750 Units)
Goods issue the delivery / MD04 shows the SchAgr for 750 units.
    *Issue:*
When we update the Cumulative quantity received by the customer it is summing up with the forecast quantity (double counting the shipped quantity).
When the Cumulative quantity received by the customer updated to remove the in-transit quantity, the forecast is adding by 250 units and   MD04 shows SchAgr for 1000 units.
    Thanks & Regards
    Suresh

    Hi Suresh
The *** issued qty gets updated when the PGI for the delivery happens. There is a field called *** received by customer and it gets updated when customer sends the *** back in the 830 or 862 as the case may be.
The difference between the *** issued and the *** recieved is always shown in transit.
If you do not want the schedule line to be opened up, then in *** recd change it to the *** issued or ideal option is populate the last delivery PGI'd on the delivery number field next to *** recd field. Hope this helps and let me know if you need any more informataion

  • Tracking the changes in Scheduling agreement delivery schedule

With Scheduling agreements, when goods receipt is done at receiving, system will validate against the Scheduled qty and delivery dates. If there is excess qty received, they need to either change the qty or the date to receive the same.
Now current process at one customer is the vendor evaluation is done based on his ability to send exact required qty on precise date. So if the required qty is shipped / received on the scheduled date, vendor gets 1 point, if not vendor gets zero points. So both qty & date have to be correct for vendor to get 1 point, if either is wrong he gets a zero point.
Now in our SA scenario, we are saying that in case goods are received in excess or if goods are received a day earlier, in order to perform the goods receipt, change the qty/date in SA. If this qty/date is changed to receive the goods, how can we later go into system and see whether supplier shipped as per expected qty & date?
My understanding is we can keep track of date change, by using Statistical date in delivery schedule, but how can we keep track of qty change ?
    Thanks
    Dinesh

    Hi dinesh
I dont know exactly this helps you or not but pl try this to track the changes of your SA.
    1.Go in ME2m.
    2.Enter material,plant,po.
3.In scope of list enter "RAHM"
    4.Then press "Choose" tab
    5.Only select SA.
    6.Execute.
    7.Select SA and press"changes":
I think this will show you all changes made for your SA.

  • Difference between Scheduling agreement delivery schedule and PO delivery s

    Dear All,
Please tell the difference between the Scheduling agreement delivey schedule and PO delivery schdule.
In PO itself, we can give the delivery schedule.
Then what is the purpose of making scheduling agreement and maintain schedule in ME38?
    Regards

    Hi,
Difference between Scheduling agreement and PO is while PO is a legal document whatever the delivery schedules you mention in PO, you are liable to pay for the entire qty in case of cancellation
In case of scheduling agreement, we have Firm Zone and Tradeoff Zone to provide some cushion against paying for the entire qty you have ordered
    Firm zone: (go-ahead for production)
If the date of a schedule line lies within the firm zone, the vendor has the go-ahead to produce the relevant quantity with the assurance that the orderer will bear any and all material and production costs associated with the scheduled quantity in the event of subsequent cancellation by the latter.
Trade-off zone: (go-ahead for procurement of input materials)
If the date of a schedule line lies within the trade-off zone, the vendor has the go-ahead to purchase any input materials necessary to produce the scheduled quantity. The orderer will recompense him in full for such outlay (but not for any other production costs) in the event that he should subsequently cancel the scheduled quantity.
Schedule lines that lie beyond the firm and trade-off zones fall within the planning zone (forecast zone) and are for rough guidance only, being without any commitment on the part of the orderer.
In case of PO if you want to cancel the order, you are liable to pay for the entire quantity, while in case of Scheduling agreement if you want to cancel the schedule and if the days fall in Firm zone or trade off zone or planning zone you have to pay only for raw materials or assembled products according to the above description

  • Scheduling Agreement Delivery Schedule Line Remains When Fully Delivered

    Hi Experts!
I had an issue regarding our scheduling agreements. Issue is below:
Our delivery schedule lines remain on the delivery schedule list item detail screen (VA32 or VA33), even though the delivery has been delivered and completed. The only way this seems to disappear is when a new schedule line is loaded. Why do the old delivery schedule lines remain on the JIT delivery schedule list even though they have been fully delivered and completed?
This is an urgent matter. Any responses will be greatly appreciated and points. Thank you for your time!!

  • Delivery Schedule for Scheduling Agreement

    Hi Gurus,
Can I do GR for scheduling agreement(with delivery schedule) if the GR is earlier than delivery date? What should I do to be able to do so?
    Thank you very much

    Hi
'Propose all Items" is ticked so that MIGO proposes all the items irrespective of the delivery date and quantity. This means that even if the delivery date has not yet been reached or the complete qty has been received, the system will still allow you to do the GR.
    Hope this clarifies.
    Thanks

  • Delivery Schedule (Add in Remarks)

    Hi,
We have an issue on the delivery schedule. Currently, user would like
to add in some remarks / note into the delivery schedule for clearer
clarification to the vendor on the confirmed delivery date & qty.
This remarks is helpful to them especially when there is changes on the
delivery qty / date. We tried to explore if there is any function in
adding item text but not able to find under customizing.
Also, tried to use the function on "Field Relevant to Printout of
Changes" for Delivery Schedule in order to highlight the change on the
document during printout. However, it's not successful.
Anybody know whether is this the restriction from
standard SAP function? If yes, can we have customized field in Delivery
Schedule for Item Text? How can we do this? Via screen layout? Anybody know how to do this? Appreciate your prompt response!
    Thanks!

    Hi Yagnesh,
    Thanks for the reply!
May i know the pop up box you mean is triggered during what time? Is it during ME38 - Delivery Schedule maintenance? Or during output trigger @ t-code ME9E? Could I know about the details of which user exit you're referring to?
Is it really not possible to maintain item text / remarks into the delivery schedule? Thanks!

  • Delivery schedule in S.A.

    Dear gurus,
This is regarding delivery schedule in scheduling agreeent.
i put delivery schedule of 3000 nos. for perticuler date. subsequently it gets reserves & get reservation no. for 3000 nos.
now if i reduces  the schedule from 3000 to 2000,  the reservation qty should  be change to 2000 nos. but this is not happning . is there any setting to do this ?
i have tried to cancel the reservation by me22  but it is not appearing. also it is  not getting deleated.
also no. shows only in table RESB
could any one help me in this..
    suhas inamdar.

As much as I know, creation of a reservation upon creation of delivery schedules is not a standard functionality.
Normally, when you create the schedule lines, it can be seen in MD04, as an expected receipt. But a reservation is normally a requirement, nad hence I feel there is some development (user exit / BADI) doing this.
You need to check the development for this purpose.
