Hi,
You can goto 'NACE' transaction and select the Required Application then Click on OUTPUT TYPES and select the required Output type and click on PROCESSING ROUTINES.
In this way you can get the standard Smartforms.

Hi,
there is on a standard system no smartform for you. So you have to do your thing with the standard sapscript.
However there have been some BestPractices projects at SAP. There they have a lot of standard smartforms. Maybe you can download them from SAP somewhere the name will something
with MMCON or MMDLS in it.
you have to find out yourself because i do not have it here to send it to you.

F110 - output using Form and Driver program

Hi All,
I need to prepare Sap Script Form for F110 tcode.
standard scriptname to be use is F110_IN_AVIS
standard driver program to be use is RFFOAVIS_FPAYM.
but i dont know, where to assign these to F110 and check the output weather Form is displaying the data in correct way or not.

Thanks for your reply, if i mentioned wrong, could you please tell me what should i mention for "Payment Advisor to Vendors".
After mentioned the form name in FBZP. How to check the output on Form using F110. Because, to execute it, when I hit "Printout", am getting jobname. With that jobname, if i go to sm37, i am getting the status has "Finished". So can't i see the output.
If i see the output, then only i can do the need full changes to my client requirement.
Could you please help me on this.

Configuring layout and driver program

i want to know onething. in cheque printing i have a layout changed according to the requirement. now in the fbzp t-code where we configure the form and program i gave the form name and medium for this the standard program "RFFOUS_C".
its giving errors now... i want to know in place of RFFOUS_C whether i should assign the printprogram to rectify the errors?

If after creating a new cheque script you want to insert a new driver program, do the following:
1 - Go to SE16, choose view V_T042E and press ENTER.
2 - Press position button in the bottom, write your company code in field Paying co. code in POP-UP and press enter.
3 - It will jump to your company line and then click twice in your company code.
4 - Press button display Pymnt meth. in ctry on the top right of the screen
5 - In the bottom, you'll see the payment medium program.

Assignment form and driver program

In which t-code do we assign service order form and its respective print program. its not there in NACE.
The standard t-code that prints this form is IW32

Here is the way
Go to SPRO -> Plant Maintainance and Customer Service -> Maintainance and Service Processing - >Maintainance and Service Orders - > Print Control -> Define Shop Papers, Forms and Output programs ->Click on Define shop papers .
Here you check shop paper for Service order and attach form & Program.

Smartforms and print program

Is there a way or transaction to tell the print program associated with a standard SAP smartform. The smartform is WB2_CONTRACT_VENDOR

Please note that the smartform WB2_CONTRACT_CUSTOMER will be using in trading contracts package "WB2B". I think you have to assign this form to O/P determination for trading contracts thru customization. then that will crate an entry in TNAPR table.
Have you implemented Global Trading ? If so then you can see the print program for this form in table TNAPR.

Calling a driver program by submit in user exit for PGI

I have a question regarding post goods issue (PGI) for transaction vl01n,vl02n and vl06g.
earlier i have created a smartofrm and a driver program for sending the form output attachment in a mail after delivery posting manually.
for this i have created a smartform and driver program in which all the logic to attach and mail send is written on delivery posting.
but now customer want this fucntionality on Post goods issue (PGI), when user go to trasaction vl01n ,vl02n and vlo6g and pressing PGI button,
then mail should be sent automatically with for output attachment.
i have found a user exit which is being triggerd on PGI press MV50AFZ1 in which implemented the implecit enhancement in perform
user_exit_save_document_prepeare with below code.
ENHANCEMENT 1 ZPGI_MAIL_SEND. "active version
DATA c_zlf TYPE likp-lfart.
IF sy-ucomm = 'WABU_T' and xlikp-lfart = c_zlf.
SUBMIT ZSD_DECLARATION_CONFORMITY AND RETURN.
ENDIF.
ENDENHANCEMENT.
After going to transaction vl02n i am putting unposted delivery number and clicking on PGI button.
in debugging its going to condition check for ucomm for PGI buttion and delivery type.
if condtion is fullfiled and curser going further on submit statement, but without executing the driver program ZSD_DECLARATION_CONFORMITY it coming out of enhancement.
its not performing the task which is develped in the driver program.
Please help me with the submit statement structure if i am missing any or other solution for my problem.

For printing Purchase order smartform in MM module , earlier i used SMBA0 package i.e /SMBA0/AA_FM06P Driver program in Ecc 6.0 Ehp4 . But now my client is using Ehp5 ,here we could n't find SMBA0 package . So, can any one suggest me what is the relavant package for SMBA0 in Ecc 6.0 EHP5.

Those are available in client 000, you have to copy these Smartforms and driver programs from client 000.

Standard Driver Program for Sales Order Confirmation

Hi,
My requirement is to develop smartforms and driver program for Sales Order Confirmation.
For doing this, I found there is a standard smartforms R2RBL_SDORC_L for Sales Order Confirmation. So I thought I can take a Z copy of this smartform and modify it to my requirement. So that we can use the Import parameters (Form Interface parameters) of the form R2RBL_SDORC_L. This will also reduce the work of writing the code in Driver program.
Now, I need to know what is the standard driver program for this form R2RBL_SDORC_L. If I can find the program name, I can take a Z copy of that and enhance it to my requirement.
Ultimately I believe I can reduce the work of writing code to fetch all Sales order details.
Can anyone let me know the standard driver program name for the form R2RBL_SDORC_L?

Can anyone share how you approached in developing smartforms and driver program for Sales order confirmation?
Note: This program and smartforms will be assigned in the NACE transaction.

Dump in smartform driver program for purchase order

i created one smartform with driver program for purchase order.
in smartfrom i gave
form interface: p_ebeln as import,
                    tables as it_ekpo like ekpo.
global definitions are
wa_ekko type ekko for printing the ekko data in one window,
                                       wa_ekpo type ekpo .
in main window i took the one table and loop the ekpo table for printing the item details.
no errors is there.but ; when i call this generated function module to my driver program it goes to dump.
in driver program i declare structures,internal tables,work areas, and parameter as p_ebeln .
and also select statements for my table all are good.but its not work.
in function module i pass the details as export p_ebeln = p_ebeln and table it_ekpo = it_ekpo.
and also i done debugging in this data come to the internal table and work areas.
but it goes to dump.
if u dont mind plz solve my problem.

Hi Navya,
Your smartform is correct. But, as per my understanding, the dump comes when you call the smartform from the driver program. If that is the case, please check the input parameters and all th parameters in the program should be same as used in samrtform. Any deviation would lead to a dump.

You can track the form and the print program used for that form
The Tcode NACE is used to link the Standard SAP forms (SCRIPTFORM or SMARTFORM) or the customized form or the new form to its respective print programs. Also the output types, Form entry are linked with their forms and print programs. In short term, i can tell u that configuration or customization of forms to print programs, assigning output types, form entry to the forms are done using this Tcode.
NACE is used to create output type while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
that will be maintained in the table TNAPR.if you create the output type using NACE then it will be automatically visible in table NAST and TNAPR.
so check in NAST, TNAPR table

Smartforms driver program output query

Hello friends,
I created sales invoice smartforms. For that i created one driver program in se38. But while i am executing driver program i am just getting program output. Both my smartforms design and driver program is activated. Someone please give me guidance to solve this problem.
