GR Value differ to PO/IR

Hello All
Need assistance .PO is services PO with no Material master.PO value is 10000...IR values is 10000...but GR value is 10500
How come the price variance of Rs 500 at the time of  Gr .And from where the system has taken the GR value as the Exchange rate in PO/GR/IR is same every where.
could be great if anybody can let me know.
CD

Hi,
Doesnt seem to be a conversion related issue since there is no materila master.
If the exchange rate is the same then check if the quanity in GR is for the correct figure.
also check the service entry sheet .. maybe you are missing a figure somewhere?

  • WIP report and WIP gl value differ

    Dear all,
When I execute KKAO report for a particular month, the WIP values for some orders differ from the WIP Gl Balance for the particular period.
Please suggest me why this difference occurs?
    Thanks & Regards,
    A.Anandarajan.

    Hi Dasuni ,
As you might be aware , whatever results the system computes for Work in Process for partially delivered orders and for Variances for fully delivered orders are posted to Financial Accounting using Settlement. If you look at the Production order settlement rule , you will have PER and FUL settlement rules described wherein if in one specific period , you do not settle the order , the same may be settled in the next period by virtue of the FUL indicator. So, in your case , it is a clear indication that one such orders was not settled during May but was settled during June. That is what apparently I can make out of this.

  • Sales order net value and invoice net value differ

    Hi Gurus,
i placed  sale order 03/08/2009 the net value of the order is 30000 USD, the same day i have done some price modification (manually i entered the header condition with value of 50 USD) after entering the header condition sales order net values is showing 50 USD. then delivered and invoiced. in the invoice net value is showing 30000 USD. my requirement is the invoice also has to show the 50 USD only. why it is not showing the sales order net value? is there any setting need to be done  regarding this problem?
    Thanks in advance

i changed the pricing type as D
From your comments, I presume in copy control, a different alpha value would have been maintained and with that settings, sale order, delivery and billing were generated.
What I would suggest you is that you create a sale order once again for the same customer and 5 materials, make same changes in pricing, do PGI and billing.  See how it works.

  • Global color values differ between palettes and when converted (Adobe Illustrator)

I have a swatch file with a bunch of global colors inside. When converting the global color to editable RBG in the Color palette, the values are correct. However, if I use the Eyedropper and sample the color, then double-click the boxes in the Tool Palette or Color Palette, the values are completely different. When the colors don't have the 'global' setting checked this doesn't happen. Does anyone know why?
A lot of people are going to use this swatch file, and likely will use Eyedropper to select like colors, and with some peoples' workflow it's likely these incorrect values will creep in.

    philwiles wrote:
     ... my eps logo ..
Why are you using EPS? It is kind of outdated format these days.
EPS  does not support color profiles. The default Save as EPS options in Illustrator include CMYK conversion which changes the values. To avoid this uncheck "Include CMYK Post Script" in the save options. Then when you open the file in Photoshop the RGB  values will be the same and if you want it displayed the same, in Photoshop choose Edit > Assign Profile and choose the same profile - Adobe RGB in your case. The color settings in Photoshop will have no effect and can remain unchanged.
If you do that using the same computer the colors will be identical in values and appearance. If you do it on different computers the values will be the same and the color appearance will depend on if both computers have been calibrated to display colors accurately.

  • Calculating based on a previous value when initial column values differ from the rest

Let me preface this by saying I am new to the BO world. I'm trying to build a report/chart that tracks incoming loads. The first supply on hand value is pulled from the database and each successive supply on hand is based on the previous row's values.
In the supply arriving column below, the iniital value differs from the rest using the formula:
=If [Row Number]=1 Then [First Supply Arriving] Else [Supply Arriving]
The supply on hand uses the same idea, but is where I'm running into problems. The first column value should be [Supply On Hand], easy enough. Each successive column value needs to follow this equation:
Previous([Supply On Hand] (this won't always be [Supply On Hand] though, only for the second row essentially - problem 1) + Previous([Supply Arriving] (same as problem 1, where this is first supple arriving for the second row and then supply arriving moving forward) - [Usage Rate]
If someone could help me in getting the calculation to pull the previous values correctly without making a ton of variables, I'd greatly appreciate it. We just upgraded to 4.1

Yes, the supply on hand and the supply arriving from the previous row need added together. The usage rate, which is a constant is then subtracted from that. The result is the on hand total for the next day.
    For example:
    Date
    On Hand
    Arriving
    Usage Rate
    9/9/2014
    100,000
    250,000
    100,000
    9/10/2014
    250,000
    1,000,000
    100,000
    9/11/2014

  • Qty value diff updation in mm

    hi friendss
    plzz help
how  physical inventory differece ie both quanity and value  difference in year end adjusted in  mm

    Hi
The physical inventory procedure is carried out in three steps:
    1. Creating a Physical Inventory Document
    2. Entering the Physical Inventory Count
    3. Posting inventory differences
You can also group together individual phases and carry them out in a single step, as follows:
    ·        posting the physical inventory count without reference to a physical inventory document
In this step, the following are combined:
    – a physical inventory document is created.
    – the count is posted.
    ·        posting the physical inventory count and inventory differences
If a physical inventory document exists, the following are combined in this step:
    – the count is posted.
    – any inventory differences are posted.
    ·        posting the physical inventory count without reference to a physical inventory document
In this step, the following are combined:
    – a physical inventory document is created
    – the count is posted
    – any inventory differences are posted
in Physical inventory only Qty difference are adjusted which inturn will alter the Inventory Valuation.

  • ACR 5.5 vs ACR 6.3 LAB values differ!

    Hi,
My work requires me to run sampling of LAB values on images. I used to work on CS4 ACR 5.5 and now CS5.1 ACR 6.3.
However, i realize the same RAW image with the exact same setting .XMP was appearing different in both platform!
ie. the LAB values of Yellow in my image in CS4 ACR 5.5 is slightly different from CS5.1 ACR 6.3...
i am hoping to resolve the difference and hope the results can be aligned by understanding such discrepancies! Thank you so much!
    regards,
    ryan

    Hi,
I took an image in RAW and open the same file in 2 different computer. One is window base, CS4, ACR5.5 and another one is MacBook CS5.1, ACR6.3. Then i open the file under As Shot setting, presumably both will be the same. However, the RGB, LAB values all appear different in both side.
I'm actually not sure where the difference is in, Photoshop or ACR...
I have ensured that the "EDIT", "Color Settings" is the same for both computers. Basically i aligned both computers under "North America General Purpose 2", just to testing sake, and yet both still appears different.
Then i ensured that under "Preference", "Camera RAW" is the same also. But yet still its different.
Is there any other settings that i missed out?
The way i can tell the difference is that after i open the RAW image, i will take a sampling of the LAB on the same spot on both computer.
    regards.

  • FFT and Overall Values Differ btwn VI and DIAdem

    Hi all,
I have an application that displays live vibration readings including the spectrum and overall vibration level.  All my report generation is done in DIAdem scripts, so it's critical that any values calculated and displayed on the LabVIEW side match the values calculated and reported in DIAdem.  The attached VI and Script, when fed the input from the attached TDMS file, give me significantly different values for the magnitude of the FFT and overall RMS value.  Can anyone spot what I'm doing wrong?

    Hello,
Here is a great reponse from R&D. I felt it would be better to place this on the web then keep it limited to your service request.
The difference has to do with the Window-correction. The results are identical if you select rectangluar (or no) window.
Usually a Window is taking a part of the singnal away, so in the first place, the result has a different shape and is smaller compared to result with rectangular window. This can be corrected with a specific factor for each window.
There are two possible corrections. Random and periodic.
    - Periodic is used if you have pure sine-wave like signals and you want to measure the peak value. A typical use case is the flattop-window which is designed for this type of calculations.   The periodic correction is too large if you want to add the values to calculate the total RMS of the signal or of a the summation of a certain frequency band.
    - Random is correcting the signal back to the correct overall RMS value and should be used in all other cases.
The periodic correction for the Hanning window is a factor of two. The random correction is about 1.633. DIAdem will give the same result as LabVIEW if you use the following correction type:
    FFTWndCorrectTyp = "periodic"
In the world of FFT-analysis, the different corrections are very often not obvious and hidden to the user. Unfortunately this is also the case in LabVIEW. You can find a good example of an explanation here:
    http://blog.prosig.com/2009/09/01/amplitude-and-energy-correction-a-brief-summary/
There are different factors for the different window functions. If you go deeper into the FFT-VI you will find the "Scaled Window VI". This has an output "window constants". With this, it is possible to get the correction values for the window functions.
I also think, that periodic is wrong in most cases when Hanning is used, because Hanning is best for the summation of RMS values in frequency bands and the results are wrong without a random correction.
    Hope that helps.

  • Update when values differ

Seems this should be obvious, but my limited experience with OWB has not led me to quick solution. I am migrating data to a newer design. Old table "CHANGES" included some updatable columns where the new values overwrite original values (although available from a different "ORIG" table via foreign key). New design has table "ALL" that includes columns for both original and changed values. Original values will be populated and the column for changed values will be NULL until a change actually occurs.
    Example (for a given product_id):
    A) ORIG.price=10, CHANGES.price=12 will become
    ALL.price=10, ALL.price_ch=12.
    B) ORIG.price=10, CHANGES.price=10 will become
    ALL.price=10, ALL.price_ch=NULL.
I want to pretty much just map the old CHANGES table to the new ALL table, except for these original/changed values. Referring to previous example, the ALL.price column will be populated with all values from ORIG.price.
    ALL.price_ch will only be populated if CHANGES.price != ORIG.price.
I have looked at Match/Merge, Key lookup, Target Filter for Update (with column load attributes), when I thought I had it, it was too complex (or screwed up) and OWB got confused. I know that I could break up the map to first load orig values, then separate map to do each change parameter (different cardinality) and tie together with process flows, but I just assume there must be a simpler way thay you gurus out there do all the time.
    Thanks for any feedback,
    - Randy

    Hi Randy
Thanks for the request and maybe I have an idea for you. Perhaps I am overly simplifying the situation, but here goes.
I think you ought to use an Expression. This is the object that looks like (X+Y). Here is a workflow:
    1. Drag an Expression object from the palette onto your workspace
    2. Drag mappings from both the ORIG.price and CHANGES.price to the INGRP1 of the Expression
    3. Right click on the heading for OUTGRP1 and from the pop up box select Edit. This opens an Expression editor
    4. In the Expression editor, click on the tab entitled Output Attributes
    5. Click the Add button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
    6. A new output item will be added. Edit this to replace the name OUTPUT1 with a suitable name for your calculated item, then enter the datatype and other pieces of the definition as needed
    7. Click OK - this closes the Expresion editor - and you should see that your new item has been added to the OUTGRP1
    8. Right click on the heading for the new item, and from the popup box select Attribute Properties
    9. In the Attribute Properties dialog box, click in the grey area alongside the new item and then click on the little [...] button. This opens an Expression dialog box
    10. In the Expresion dialog box you need to enter the SQL that will define the new item. I would use a DECODE something like this:
    DECODE(ORIG_Price, CHANGES_Price, NULL, CHANGES_Price)
This can be read as follows:
IF Original Price = Changed Price
    THEN use NULL
    ELSE use the Changed Price
    11. Click OK to close the Expression editor
    12. Close the Attribute Properties dialog box
    13. Map this new item to ALL.price_ch and I believe you have a solution.
    I hope this helps

  • Variable value differ while tracing it.

Hi, I am having a really annoying problem with my mobile air project.
I have variable that value is updated every enterFrame (gyroscope roll value) and every thing is ok when I trace it like:
    private function update(event:EnterFrame):void
         trace(roll);
         _onUpdate(roll);
but when I remove "trace(roll)" line my value seems to to contain some really random data, once it is refreshed other time it is not. Can anybody tell me what is going on ? how trace statement can do anything ?

It's not an answer for the topic question (why trace call was doing anything with traced variable using gyroscope ane) but i got my code working.
here is the class that works ok. It seems that setting interval to accelerometer cause some problems with delaying data. without setting interval (letting it be default set by device, according to adobe api doc) everything is ok. didn't tryied it with gyroscope ane but maybe there is the same problem.
Conclusion: do not use setRequestedUpdateInterval() method. As it is described in api doc it should set update interval not delay
