GR55 - report generates no data for some of the cost elements

Hi
When executing GR55 for Monthly cost center analysis (target currency), the report generated has values for all the cost elements in the report. However, few cost elements do not show amounts. The amount columns show a ××××.
Please suggest on why the system is not displaying the values only for few cost elements when running GR55 for report group CCPA (Cost center Actual vs Plan).

Dear Neeta,
Every customized report generated in Report painter will have a base as Form, were you do your customizing to get the report.
So might be in some places the value key figure would have not properly customized.
Check the report in T.Code GRR3 and see the places where you get XXXX.

Forecast for planning over the Cost element/Cost center with KP06

Hi all
I'm searching a idea: one of our chief controller need to insert a "forecast" of budget inserted over the various cost elements/cost centers using the transaction KP06. THe problem is that he don't want lost the budget because he can need the reload the previous budget data during the year if the actual situation change. Obvisiously the insertion of the forecast overwrite the budget data over the version 0. This forces us to download over a file the budget and archive it, and reload it eventually. But this solution, a part the programming effort, don't permit to have both the data at the same time in the system. Exist a pratical customizing solution in CO for manage a "forecast"? Our release is 46c.

Can you explicate me these concepts (or the transaction used for make this, probably I know this but in italian the name is different)? The KP47 copy the value over the single cost element or only the total of cost center?

Are you sure? The KP98 have the description "Copy by actual version to planned version", the KP97 "copy from planned to planned"

Report to show data for specific MD

Hello,
I am racking my brain thinking of a way to do this...
I have some specific masterdata for example Product 1,2,3...10 and i also have a cube where any Actual & target sales are recorded
I need a way of producing a report whereby the report shows ALL products and any data relevant from the cube...
ie if there is a product where there is no data for actuals or targets then the report will still show a line but with blanks in the KF.
(right now, if there are no actuals or targets, that product is ommited from the report, I need to be able to see that product and the fact that there is no data for it in the cube)
any ideas?

Hi,
There are multiple ways of achieving what you want.
1) You can do as proposed and create an infoset and then you can use and outer join on the master data. This way all master data records are displayed independently of whether they have any transactions in the infocube when you create a query
2) You can create a multiprovider on your master data and your infocube and then in the mapping of the fields, specify that you want the e.g. 0MATERIAL to come from your master data

Report Writer Missing Data for Cost Center+Investment Internal Order

Hi Gurus,
I have met a problem on Report writer. T-code KSBB -> Report for Cost Center Group by Cost Elements in diff months.
The report can be drilled down to call KSB1 to give line items on the cost element by cost center/group.
The problem is the drill-down report missed the line items for investment orders. ( Compared with manually use KSB1)
The overhead internal order line items are fine.
For example, document 001-Apr:
Dr. Cost Element 1009                 $900 -- BA 90 Cost Center 90000 Investment order 9001
     Cr. Other cost elements.                  $900
Document 002-Apr
Dr. Cost Element 1009                 $800 -- BA90 Cost Center 90000 Overhead order 7001
     Cr. Other cost elements                      $800
In KSBB report, the cost center group for 90000 in cost element 1009 in Apr only has $800.
And the drilled down report which called KSB1 has the line item for docuemnt 002.
However, when I run KSB1 directly, the total amount for cost element 1009 in cost center 90000 is $1700.
Here is what I checked:
1. I have my ABAPer checked the KSBB program and KSB1 program to debug them in DEV ( DEV and PRD has the same problem). The different to get the data is that in KSB1, it has selected a value type 11 ( Googled: field name is WRTTP, Down payments as expenses. In program: WRTTP means Statistically Actual ) and 04 ( Googled: Actual True Posting. In program: 04 in WRTTP means Actual posting).
But in KSBB, it only select 04 when I clicked the drill down report to call KSB1.
2. I am thinking that the cause was on different types of internal order:
Overhead internal orders are statistical orders. Investment orders are actual orders.
Could you help to throw some light on the problem?

Changing date format for some of the date columns in a subject area

Hi,
I have a requirement to change the date format for some of the date columns to dd-mon-yyy for only a particular subject area. Is there a feature available in the RPD which can help me do this?
In Answers - Column Properties for a Particular column of a report, we can save the style and formatting as system wide default for the particular column or the data type, but that applies across subject areas.
I tried with the config files too , but that too applies to all suject areas.

Why don't you create 2 logical column derived from same date physical col and then change the format for one logical column and use it in Subject Area ?

I have ios 7 and lately when im turning off cellular data for some apps when i leave settings and go back in they have turned on back again by themselves. It appears as if i cant turn off cellular data for the apps i want. Any tips?

I have ios 7 and lately when i go to settings-cellular and try to turn off cellular data for some apps it doesnt work. As i turn off cellular data for one app immideately after i exit settings and re-enter settings cellular data for that same app goes back on again by itself. That happens for most of my apps and is reqlly annoying. Whats more annoying is that when i am not using wifi even though the settings for cellular data for safari or facebook or some other app are turned on (since i cant turn them off as i mentioned) i get the message that cellular data is turned off for this app and i cant use the internet at all on cellular data. I have reset to factory settings and restored from backup and the problem persists. Is there some help or tips you can offer me?

There is no standard report available to display the expiry dates for frame work orders.You can get the details from table EKKO and field is KDATE or U have to go for development.

Posting Date is required after payroll run and exited then we have to post payroll results to accounts.After payroll run which date we have to post to accounts. Source is 01 payday...target 04 posting date....for ex If payday is 30th every month.....then posting date is after X days .....like you have to generate postinfg dates.

I have already created a sales order on 30.04.2014. Today I am adding new line item to sales order in VA02 transaction. in this order new line items condition pricing date for conditions JEX2,JECX should show as 12.06.2014. But currently it is showing as 30.04.2014. I need condition pricing date as system date for above conditions.

When I am changing pricing date VBKD-PRSDT in sales order header . It is changing the condition pricing date for all. Sales order is created on 04.06.2014. I have added line item 150 on 14.06.2014.
After adding line item 150 , there I have changed the pricing date as 14.06.2014. in sales A tab of item 150. But still it is taking from Sales order header date as 04.06.2014 for all conditions. But my requirement is for line item it should take as system date for some conditions like JEX2,JECX& JA1Y but for other conditions it will take as Order creation date. Please suggest. I have also attached screen shot below. please go through it.

For some particular conditions like JEX2 condition pricing date will take as system
date instead sales order creation date when I will add a new item 150 on

Report generating two rows for the very first record

Hi ,
I have designed a simple RTF template using Table Wizard in MS Words.When I am trying to view the report in excel , the report shows two entries for first record.The problem is with first record only and other entries displyed are fine.When I tried deleting the first record , the next record is showing two rows.
Am I missing something here ?

I got this sorted out.The pbm was with my XML as My Rowset and Row had the same name.I changeed the rowset name and it worksfine now.

When I try to upgrade to the newer version of Firefox, this is the message I get (I am using OS 10.4.11): The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items.

I have recently dropped Earthink as me dial-up provider. I now am using Virgin Mobile Broadband2GO. I was using Safari. I am now using Yahoo! Mail Plus. It suggested I switch to Firefox. I had an older version of Firefox (2.0.0.6) and started using it. It suggested I needed to upgrade because many of the newer web sites wouldn't work well on this older version. I downloaded the newer version and proceeded with the installation and it would tell me this: '''The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items.'''
