It is very difficult to give the complete travel expense configuration. It differs based on client requirement and there is no standard set of configurations.

Hi Somar,
just perform the steps described in the Implementation Guide in SAP Solution Manager.
Run transaction SPRO, choose SAP Reference IMG, expand the tree for SAP Solution Manager.
Perform all activities listed under Basic Settings, you will also find the required steps for Issue Management.

Vehicle configuration
Transaction VELO.
The vehicle configuration is part of the vehicle data and is stored in the vehicle table. It is the only configuration that is relevant in the vehicle search.
You can save the customers desired configuration using action SOCD.
This is the configuration that contains the original configuration desired by the customer.
When, in a make-to-stock scenario, a customer buys a vehicle for which the configuration does not completely fulfill his/her requirements, the configuration originally desired can be saved. You can then evaluate at a later date in how far the actual and target configurations differ.
Sales order configuration
Standard transaction VA03
In the vehicle list, you can use Display Document to go to this transaction and to go to the ones mentioned below.
Quotation configuration
Standard transaction VA23
Inquiry configuration
Standard transaction VA13
Purchase order configuration
Standard transaction ME23

Grant Management - special scenario

Hello GM experts,
Client is using ECC 6.0 EHCP 4, FM with BCS.
__Client does not use GM__.
Clients use the resources from EU funds in the following way:
1.     Fund 11 is the state budget and Fund 51 is an EU donation.
2.     Fund 51 is used only for planning
3.     They charged Fund 11for all payments
4.     They received funds from the EU funds periodically. and recorded them at the Fund 51.
5.     subsequently these funds from EU are transferred from the Fund 51 to Fund 11, but must appear as if they were payments made from the Fund 51.
Whether someone encountered a similar scenario and whether it is possible to do at GM?

i can't go through new appraisal model with catalog & template, because client is not having ESS,MSS. appraisal has to done in the ECC only.
Done the customization like this :
created scales
created appraisal model and assign the scales
for appraisal, Employee can do from APPCREATE transaction rate his own ratings and save.
Now Appraiser (Manager) from APPCHANGE complete the appraisal.
now my requirement is (1) after saving the APPCREATE by the employee, notification has to go to his reporting manager only. (2) Manager can do review/change and complete the process to his Employees only (who are reporting to him)
how can i do this, standard functionality is there or i have to go for ABAP coding ? if ABAP coding what i have to ask them to do.
Please help in this requirement.

Configuration Documents For Global Label Management

i am new to SAP Global Label Management, i am working to setup the whole configuration for SAP GLM. any body can provide me the detail configuration Documents.
how to print label Scenarios for bar code labels in SAP GLM (i know from SAP GLM we cannot print bar code labels) .how to trigger label printing (cbgl_mp01) from ABAP to generate Bar code labels

SAP GLM is part of SAP EH&S. To use SAP EH&S GLM you need to do some set up in these areas (list not complete !):
- Document Management System
- EH&S Product Safety
- Generation of symbols to be used in WWI
- set up of GLM WWI (separate generartion server)
- etc.
It is possible to print bar codes in EH&S SAP GLM (it is a matter of fonts etc.). This is a "must" for nearly any company who would like to use EH&S GLM. PLease refer to EH&S GLM documentation.
Most of the staff needed can be searched for at SAP links like:
