Graph in BEX not displaying data for the selected range

Hi Gurus,
I am running a report for the calweek 200801-200840. But the graph is displaying value upto 200835. The data is available in the cube till 200840.
Please help!!

Hi Nisha,
Please check once again whether there is data for 200836 to 200840 for the corresponding selections and restrictions you have mentioned in the design of your query.

Org unit is not getting defaulted for the selected position in infotype 0001 during the hiring action.
In OM Org. units and positions have been created.
The Org. unit to Position relationship is also created.
But inspite of this, In infotype 0001, the after selecting a position, the Org unit is still getting defaulted to "00000000" instead of the Org. unit Id to which the position belongs. (Please note: At the time of selecting the position, I do structure search and the position is shown under the correct Or. unit)
Have I missed any step?

Have u run the RHINTE programmes properly ?
are u able to save the record?
As some times it may be display probolem, if u r able to save the record then check the relationship in pp10/po13.
and U have not answered what Mr. Valeri is asking about your Implementation/support because these type we come accress if data is not uploaded properly.

BPM reporting not displaying data for newly added field

Hello All,
I have a BPM process up and running fine. I have added reporting for monitoring no. of context field. I have also created a VC model for displaying the BPM report data. However, VC application is displaying only the context field that I had selected initially during the New Reporting Datasource creation. It'd not display the reporting data for the field that I added later.

Scorecard doesn't display data for some selections

Hi,
I have configured a scorecard to display detail data (product quantities for 4 quarters) based on different parameter (product code) selection in other master scorecard. The detail dashboard doesn't display data for all the product codes. It's weird even data is there for the same product code where the scorecard is mapped in the excel however doesn't display. Appreciate if any of you can help me to overcome the issue.
Technology: SAP Dashboard 4.1 SP4, Oracle 11g

Have you taken an excel snapshot and checked if the master scorecard has the rows you expect to see in the detail sorecard?

Query Not displaying data for a particluar Cost centre code(urgent) !!!!!!

Hi Folks,
I have an infoset which is on top of two ODSs.
Data for a particular cost center code present in both the ODSs.
There is no data prsent in RSISET for that CC.
Also the query is not showing any data for that CC.
Data is not showin in RSRT for that CC ,but the SQL stament is getting generated for that CC.
Already Checked the infoset key fileds settings and all....
Y its happening like this any ideas???
Need your help buddies urgent issue.

Please check weather the links are established between the info objects properly in the infoset.

Mouse over values not displaying properly for the Combination Chart

Hi All,
A Combination Chart has the following details:
Primary Y Axis has Revenue in mn $.
Secondary Y Axis has %.
When the mouse over is being done, 4% is being displayed as .04
It should be displayed 4% & not as .04
The Mouse over values has the Number format as u201CNumericu201D.
Sometimes, it works in u201CGeneralu201D format. (%)
However, there is no control on the no of decimal places displayed for the value of Revenue (Primary Y Axis value).
Whereas, in Numeric format, decimal places can be adjusted.
Secondary vertical(value) Axis Labels has "Percent" as the Number format.
Please suggest a solution.

Look I have an idea, I donu2019t know if you already try it.
Please give the format that you want percentage, decimals etc...
In the Excel where the charts are being directed
Then redirect de chart to the same cells, these with the porpoise of refreshing
Now each serie have the format.

Spreadsheet not displaying data in the file

when i read analog signals and write them to a write to spreadsheet file the numbers recorded do not appear in the file instead it shows a series of characters why does this happen and how can it be sorted out

where the analog and digital signals are there are two while loops inside a case structure. inside one while loop there is two analog signals being created in the one daq assistant and in the other while loop there is a digital signal being recorded in another daq assistant. each of the daq assistants are recording to a seperate write to spreadsheet file. inside the while loop that the digital signal is contained within the write to spreadsheet file is inside 2 case structures and a stacked sequence structure so where can i put notifiers to make both analog and digital signals run together. it is only the analog signals that do not write to spreadsheet the digital signals always log to file.
is it possible to make both the analog and digital signals write to the one write to spreadsheet file

Calling the selection screen of report with data for the selection field

I have the selection screen with 2 fileds.
sales order and payment terms.
My requirement is to update the payment terms into the ztable for the given order.
Sometimes the payment terms will be there ie already maintained ,in that case i need to show to the user the existing payment term ,so that he can modify and save that one.If the payment term is not existing then simply i can go inside the program and update the payment term.
What I thought of doing is , writing a report program and then after the user inputs the selection screen ie order number , I Will check in the ztable and if the payment terms is found then i will use the key word leave list processing. But i dont know how to populate the payement term in the selection screen oncegaing from the program

you want to show payment term, on selection screen itself, in parameter 2.
We can use the event
AT SELECTION-SCREEN.
Eg. PO Number <----

If you enter PO Number, the system will show the corresponding user in parameter2.
Just copy paste.

Business Process Repository not displaying data for 4.7 systems

Hi All,
Having a bit of an issue finding any 4.7x200 related stuff on the Business Process Repository on solar_project_admin, I checked an this should be related to the ST-ICO patch but im in ST-ICO 150-700 patch 17...
Any ideas?
System is SolMan 7.0 EHP1

The BPR is accessed via solar01
solar_project_admin is used for project creation and logical component is added here for 4.7 or other systems as per req.If that is not appearing contact ur basis team they will create a logical comp for ur req.

are you having prob in adding the buss processes than you can add as shown in this guide as follows

LX25 displays wrong data for the entered date range

System says "Inventory not executed" status for the bins even if Inventory is executed for the bins in the date range provided in the selection screen.
For e.g.
I execute report for Warehouse XYZ. I specify date range as 01.04.2014 to 31.03.2015.
I get some bins in the status "No Inventory executed".I presume that Inventory is not executed for these bins within this period.
But when I go to each bin in the status "No Inventory executed" I find that The bins are counted on the dates 24.09.2014 and then on 05.04.2015.
Then I changed the date in the selection screen to 01.04.2014 to 05.04.2015.
Those bins which were earlier in the status of "No inventory status executed" are now not present in this status.
Does this mean that LX25 report is based on the Last counted date? Or the report is not displayed correctly for the date range provided?
I want to know the criteria based on which the LX25 report works.

Below information I found from the LX25 report info in SAP.
Inventory status
Description
This report provides information on the stock in the storagae bins and presents this on the screen. You can limit your selection by warehouse number, storage type and storage bin, or choose the following criteria:
Total number of bins
Number of inventoried bins in the selection period
Bins with active inventory
Bins with planned inventory
Bins without executed inventory
From this list, you can obtain a plan of the individual storage bins with further detail information within a storage type, by clicking on the relevant line total.
It clearly shows that the report should be able to show the number of inventoried bins in the selection period, which it doesn't. Does it mean that system is not working as expected?

Query not displaying data

Hello BW experts,
I am having an issue where in my query is not displaying data even though there is data in the cube in production.
But the same query is displaying data for the same selection in QA system.
I have executed the tests in RSRT, but am not able to find anything.
Please give your valuable inputs.

Hi,
Check the filters of your query, Is there any selection made where you are going to get only march data which is present in your production system.
Check the info cube data by giving the same filter values as in the query definitation. If you didnt find any data, then your query is working fine.
check this and let me know...
if you find some data in the cube with the same filter selection, then give me the data flow of your query, which means, whether the query is executed on Multiprovider or cube?

Report does not display data

I have a crystal XI report that when run will not display data; if the report should be six pages that is the number of pages that will be generated. The problem is that the pages show up as blank. If the blank pages are exported the exported file will contain data, if the report is sent to a printer the report will contain data, but no data is ever displayed on the screen. This report has been loaded on 15 other computer and runs perfectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way if this user logs in remotely and runs this report it will display data.

A few ideas;

Somewhere in this discussion forum, I found how to sort the entries by increasing date (many thanks for that).

Queries based on Master data for the particular periods not working

Hi,
My Queries are based on master data and for 2007 we did not have customer groups define hence for the historical also we would like to display the customer groups hence we are reproting based on master data. But when iam executing my reprots for each and every month for the 2007 , i can able to execute the reprot properly but same when iam giving the values in ranges with the help of input filed ( calender month -interval) its taking hours but unable to retrieve the data for the 6 months at a time even if iam restricting the values in the queries still the problem is same...
Can anyone has an idea what would be the problem .. its only for 6 months

Master data report consumes much time. try to see the Query Statistics and make the performance tuning.
Recheck your data flow for routines at TRules/upRules level.
Recheck on the Query designer for formula/ Cmod Variables.
The report fetching time even depends on the NO.of records too.
