Graphic in a lable possible? & Clear backgound Clippings possible?

Hello! Hope you are all well today.
How do I put a graphic into a lable layout? If that can be done, how do you use it with a database?
I am trying to make company return address labels with the company logo on them. I made a database that repeats our address 30 times so it can handle an Avery 5160 page of labels so that part is done. But can't figure out how to add the clipping of the company logo to each label. I used to be able to do this so easily in a program named MacEnvelope, but alas, it's a OS 9 program.
Can this be done in AppleWorks 6.2.9? If not, is there a new program that will work with Tiger 10.4.3 that will do it?
Also, does anyone know how to make the background of a clipping clear so you don't get a white box around it if you put it into a colored Mast header?

To put a graphic or other element that repeats on each record of a database, you can put it in the layout. With your database open go to Layout > Layout which will bring up a draw environment where you can place objects & rearrange fields. With labels in particular, make sure you don't move the body line. This defines the area for each label.
AppleWorks doesn't handle transparency well, even using formats such as .gif or .png saved with transparent backgrounds in another application. However, a few years ago I accidentally discovered that if an object is flipped or rotated in AppleWorks, the background will become transparent. The object doesn't even have to be .gif or .png & have transparency.
Once I discovered this, I used GraphicConverter to flip an image horizontally & save it as a PICT. Then I insert the object in my AppleWorks document & flip it back. I use PICT because it is the only graphic format that will retain the native resolution. All other graphic formats are changed to 72 dpi by AppleWorks.

By the cache do you mean the loaded classes? If so, you can do that by discarding any pointer you have to the class loader and creating a new class loader. ...though I wonder why you would need to do that...

There are no contacts in itunes.
Your contact should be on your computer in whatever program you have selected to sync. Just sync them to the new one.

Changing the itunes account on nthe iphone is covered there as is restoring the iphone as new or from backup.

The battery will run out sooner or later anyway, even if you could prevent shutdown.
iOS 7 includes a feature that prevents anyone wiping and then re-setting up the phone without your AppleID and password.

That is true, and if it is restored to factory settings, and so on. Find My...works when a device is connected to the internet and logs itself in as long as it has not been "sanitized" so it is not recognized.

Partial data clear in ASO possible for multiple tuples?

I am trying to do a partial data clear in an ASO cube. I need to clear FY12->Oct & FY13->Nov (consecutive periods). Here's what I tried:
+alter database 'GL_TXT'.'GL_TXT' clear data in region '{([FY12],[Oct]),([FY13],[Nov])}' physical;+
No error is thrown but the data isn't cleared either. The statement finishes execution almost immediately.
I tried the UNION function but that didn't work either. Here's how my statement looks with the UNION function:
+alter database 'GL_TXT'.'GL_TXT' clear data in region '{UNION({([FY12],[Oct])},{([FY13],[Nov])})}' physical;+
Again, no error but no clear either. The UNION pulls the correct data set when used in a Select statement:
+SELECT UNION({([FY12],[Oct])},{([FY13],[Nov])}) ON COLUMNS FROM GL_TXT.GL_TXT;+
I can get it to clear if I write separate statements for each period but I want to have them in a single script as I suspect two scripts wouldn't be very efficient.

Thanks for your reply Vasavya! Running the region clear scripts twice (once for each month) is still faster for me than using the report script approach. I want to see if having both periods in one statement will improve the performance :)

IDoc with clearing - is it possible?

Guys, this might be a silly question but is there a way to clear open items using IDocs?
More specifically clear G/L open items that could be cleared with FB05, can I have similar logic with IDocs? Can I create an IDoc from a file that would clear a sepcific open item.
I think the answer is no, but could you confirm? Do I need a BAPI then if I don't want to do call transaction?

I understand you wanted to clear the customer invoice open line items with the payments you have received from the customer.
If that is the case then you can use IDOC concept to clear the open line items.

In table and chart view, when i drill down on a column of table, the chart also drill down in that dim, i want to set the x-lable to show the column which i drill down, for ex:
drill down on area, i want to show only city on x-lable, can i do that?

i tried to install latest driver for my graphics card but when i reboot, after the windows start up logo the blue screen appear
and reboot to safe mode... i try driver checker to install latest driver for my laptop,.. same result, i try to install autodetect from AMD and install driver for my laptop.. but same result ,.
and I think my graphic card is dead...
i can't play online games anymore

Clearing Album Art, Possible?

So I tried songbird, as some may have read in an older post. It ruined my iTunes pretty quick and did more damage than it was worth. Worst was it messed up ALL my album art on my ipod, it somehow switched everything around. Is there anyway to rest this?

You could remove ALL artwork with this script: http://dougscripts.com/itunes/scripts/ss.php?sp=removeallipodartwork
Then you could use the Download Album Album Artwork option in iTunes and then supplement manually with any items iTunes doesn't fill in. There could be an easier way, but this is the only way I can think of.

Coursebuilder - 5 text areas for 5 possible scores. Each possible answer has its own text area

I'm trying to build an inventory form that has different
point values for each possible answer for a particular question.
there will be 5 possible answers, and I want to total all of the
"a" choices into "text area A" (all "b" choices to total in "text
area B"...ect.)
I've tried breaking up each question into 5 separate
coursebuilder interactions, using the action manager to sent the
scores into 5 text areas. The interaction always breaks when I
limit to one choice per interaction.
Is this even possible?

Clearing Graphics and Sprites problem

Thanks to Andrei1 for his help previously. Another problem in the same application. Just having problem clearing sprites and graphics. Commented out the clear statements below. Ends up showing nothing. Do I need to create a separate function for initial and then updated values?? Thanks in advance for any help. Hope the code is not to long.

I think you need to listen to CHANGE event on user input items. Events may be different though:
ComboBox - CHANGE,
InputText - has CHANGE or TextEvent.TEXT_INPUT - depending on your needs
CheckBox and RadioButton dispatch CHANGE event

FlashBuilder: Android/Flex Components+Full Screen Graphic possible?

I'm new to flash and interested in multi-platform graphical game development.
I've installed the Flash Builder Burrito test version and want to develop
a full screen Android graphical game with Android-Flex components
(like buttons etc.).
a)
Is it possible to have a full graphical screen and then overlay
Android-Flex components (buttons etc.) or ist only possible
to integrate a graphical screen within a Flex components app
so that Android/Flex components have to been outside the screen
and so no full graphical screen overlayed with Android/Flex
components is possible?
b)
If full graphical screen + Android/Flex components is possible:
which project type have I to choose:
File->New->Flex Project or File->New->ActionScript Mobile Project?
c)
Are the components I can choose to design my Flash-Android project
Android-like Flex components or are they real Android components?

c) Those are Flex components
If you are creating a game for an Android device I would rather do it with Actionscript. The Flex "Hero" Framework for Mobile is great, but in my opinion laid out for applications not for games. Still you can use parts of it, but if you only lists, buttons and that kind of component then I would rather write them up in AS3.

Upgrading graphic card on the TouchSmart 300

I know teres was a similar question about this subject, but I was confused about the answer so im trying to get a simpler answer, sorry but I completly negated about computers so I hardly understand about them much
I have a HP TouchSmart 300-1120 and im trying to upgrade my graphic card, but I havent been able to find anyway of doing so.
If theres anyway of doing it or external parts that I need to do so please tell me, cause I have been searching over the web for days and havent been able to find any answer about it.
It would seem that the Touchsmarts are the only computers that you cant upgrade anything about.

actually ive upgraded my touchsmart 310 from a dual core to a quad core and doubled the ram and added an aftermarket cooler so if you know what your doing or are willing to risk it its possible but you can possibly destroy your rig
