Graphic placeholder for submit to iTunes

Okay - I have spent a couple of good hours trying to track down the answer to this question without success. Lots of people asking, but no response. So . . . . in iWeb, in File - Submit Podcast to iTunes - and you are supposed to be able to drag an image onto the placeholder on the template to be your icon in iTunes. However, I cannot get this to work. I have tried dragging and image from iPhoto, Photoshop, just an icon, etc. etc., without success.
Please, please advise.

that cannot be. go to iweb, go to the podcast page with the placeholder. now drag in the placeholder so that the mouse changes into a plus sign.

Not really.
They have deals with records labels as well as individual music artists.
As far as movies, you are thinking of who they have contracts/deals with.
It is Disney, Pixar, Miramax and Touchstone Pictures (and now Paramount).
This does not mean they do not want/accept movies from elsewhere. It simply means they do not have deals with anyone else.

hello, i have created a site including videos that i would like to submit to itunes...can anyone tell me where in iweb i get the feed to submit...
i have tried this a few days ago, and i tried submitting what i thought is the correct feed but i get an error message stating feed was already submitted?
am i submitting the wrong feed?

Did you try following the detailed steps in iWeb Help for submitting your podcast from within iWeb?
A search in Help produced the following:
To submit a podcast to the iTunes Music Store:
In the site organizer, select the main blog page or the blog entry that contains the podcast you want to submit.
If the Blog & Podcast Inspector isn't open, click Inspector in the toolbar (or choose View > Show Inspector), click the Blog & Podcast Inspector button, and then click Podcast.
Enter information about the podcast series or episode.
• Artist: Include the author or artist of the series or episode.
• Parental Advisory: To help alert parents to content that may be inappropriate for children, iTunes provides Clean and Explicit labels, which you can add to your podcasts (or you can choose to have no label).
• Contact email: You can provide the music store with a way to contact you or your podcast’s artist. This information is not visible in iTunes.
Make sure the "Allow Podcast in iTunes Music Store" checkbox is selected and then choose File > Submit Podcast to iTunes.
In the Submit window, enter the information you want to include in your podcast.
Some information—such as the fields you completed in step 3—may already appear in the Submit window.
If you have artwork you want to appear with your podcast, drag it to the graphic placeholder at the top of the Submit window.
Click “Publish and Submit.”
In the iTunes window, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the submission process.
Note: When you submit a podcast to the iTunes Music Store, all your iWeb sites are published.

Album artwork placeholder for podcast page

I think when creating my podcast page that I accidently deleted the original placeholder for the album artwork. Since I have 2 episodes already posted and uploaded to Mobile Me I didn't want to recreate a whole new podcast page... So I added a new podcast page, then copied and pasted it's placeholder into my original podcast page, then deleted the new podcast page. That didn't work. When I try to submit to iTunes, instead of showing the artwork, it shows a big question mark.
Is there any way to fix this or do I just need to recreate the page from the ground up?

Here's my e-mail reply to a similar question I recieved this week:
I tried to see what happened. It turns out that pasting a new image from a other blog does not replace the preview.
So we have to cheat.
Create a new blog article and give it the same date & time. In the blog summary double click the date of the line at the top. First of the old article to see the time/date stamp and then the new one to change the date.
Then copy paste the text from the old article to the new one.
If you have the image, drop it on the placeholder. If not, got to your blog on the web and drop the image from the webpage on top of the iWeb page.
You now have a new blog entry. Delete the old entry. You will loose any comments.
When commenters ask what happended to their comment, make up an excuse. Blame the MobileMe transition

Recent history for Premiere Elements points to the program having problems when more than 1 video card/graphics card is
being used by the computer on which Premiere Elements is running. This observation may seem contra indicated by the fact
that you say that the program did work well about 2 years ago in the same setup. But other factors may have set in with regard
to drivers, drivers versions, and driver conflicts. But this factor, does need to be ruled in or out.
Can you disable one or the other card to determine the impact of this on your problem?
But, of prime concern with regard to video card/graphics card is the use of a NVIDIA GeForce card with Premiere Elements 10.
Even if your NVIDIA GeForce were the only card, Premiere Elements 10 will not work properly unless the NVIDIA GeForce driver
version is rolled back to about May 2013. This may be one of the major factors here.
a. Device Manager/Display Adapters and find out Driver Version and Driver Date
b. Read the background information for the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue

Add On...This NVIDIA GeForce situation is specific for Premiere Elements 10. You should not expect to see the problem for
later versions of Premiere Elements.

Hi:
You are rather limited with the 240W power supply.
I would get a used low profile ATI Radeon 2400 HD 256 MB PCIe card on eBay.
This Dell card I posted should work just fine.

If you want a new low profile card with HDMI out you can check the link below for the Radeon HD 6450. But make sure the card you get comes with the low profile bracket, and read the reviews on some of these cards where they say the VGA pins hamper closing the case.

If you get a card with HDMI out, it will disable your onboard video, so restart the PC after you load the drivers for the card, go into the BIOS and in the device configuration menu, change the onboard audio setting from disabled to enabled. Save the setting there and again when you exit. Then you will get your onboard audio back and also have HDMI audio if you need it.

Graphics Driver for HP Pavilion dv6t-6000 CTO Quad Edition Entertainment Notebook PC for Win 8.1

Hello Everyone,
I currently have an HP Pavilion dv6t-6000 Quad Edition with intel i7 and switchable radeon HD graphics card . I have made the jump from Windows 7 to 8.1 as I am a Current University student studying Information technology and have the need to be updated in terms of technology. I found Win 8.1 to run a bit faster on my PC than Win 7. I have ran into a couple of problems when upgrading to 8.1.
1.) I've been having an issue finding the correct and stable Video Graphics driver for my Radeon HD 6770M switchable graphics. I tried intalling the original Win 7 driver in the HP driver but does not work properly. I have also tried download a generic driver from the AMD Radeon driver website, but the screen is extremly dim when intalled and is almost impossible to use unless I hold a lamp to the LCD screen. The brightness function keys DO get reconized when pressed, but the brighness will not change no matter how high or low the brightness threshold is at.
2.) It is a bit out of topic, but I have also been having alot of trouble getting the validity fingerprint sensor to work with Win 8.1.
I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with these issues or point me in the right direction in order to get them fixed. I am an IT student and have done alot of reasearch on these topics but have been unable to get them to work as intented.
P.S: I have read alot of fixes about brightness using regedit and edditing some values on specific registry entries. I have found them for many other pc manufacturers, but not for HP. Not an expert on registry stuff, but seems like many people get it fixed by doing so. Just an idea.

Were the photos taken by your new iPhone? If so, did you not import them off your phone to your computer (as you would any other digital camera) before the restore? If not, restoring wiped the data off the phone and your pictures are gone.

Itunes 11.1 is for your computer, not your iphone
It is required in order to sync with ios 7.
