Graphical Display of Standard Reports

Hi Gurus,
In standard report like FBL1N, FBL3N etc. Can we get a graphical display of these reports?
If yes, tell me the steps.

Hi,
What do you mean by 'graphical display'? You can either have standard view or ALV. You can switch between the two being in the report and going to Menu - Settings - Switch list.

if you want to get BILL TO PARTY assgined to SHIP TO PARTY then use table KNVP where you can pass Ship to party and select Partner Functn = WE (SH)
you will get all the RE(BP) for that customer
or you can develop Z report also

Columns displayed in standard reports

Hi all,
I need your help!
I need to make a report where the field "Priority" (from the document attributes in the blueprint part) is available.
This field is not available with the standard report (I am not able to choose this field from the displayed columns to choose from).
How can I get this field to show in the report? I hope that I can avoid an enhancement!

Hi,
I don't believe you can modify the out of the box lists without recreating them.
Not sure if this will work for you, but a possible workaround would be to use Search Layouts to achieve your desired result. For example, if you were to modify the Search Layout for accounts to reflect all the relevant columns you need to display, then a simple search for "*" as the Account Name would result in a search for All Accounts in the list format you wish to see.

Custom field's text not getting displayed in standard report

Hi All,
I have a requirement like this .
There is a Custom field which we have added in a standard FICO report ie S_PL0_86000030 ( G/L Account - Balances ).
The custom field is added through a report painter , while seeing the config of report painter the custom field is showing the selection text , but when we run this transaction S_PL0_86000030 , the technical name of that field appears in the selection screen .
For example if the field is ' matnr' then we give the text as 'Material Number' . Then in the screen this field is getting displayed as Matnr instead of Material Number.
Please suggest me on this.

selection parameters ->
take the variable type as >Tesxt varaible for selection parameter
chosse >material no.

Can v create graphical display for the report

my q is this can v create trend lines for a report ........
if the ans is yes then pl mention the way of doing it .......

when you run a bex report on the left top you have a button "graph". If you click this, you get a basic chart representing your output table. when you right-click on the chart you get the option menu as you get in xls, meaning you can change the type of chart (line, bar, pie,...) the series, the titles and so on (like regular xls)
so the answer to your question is yes. If you want even more features you can use workbooks.

Graphics Display in Report

Hi,
I put a graphics display in a report. I always got 'Floating exception r25desm (core dumped)'. I am using Reports 2.5 and Graphics 2.5 on Unix. What is the problem?

What error did you get? Please give the original error code and message to help us diagnose the problem.
In order to run OGD, you definitely need Oracle Graphics installed on the same oracle home as reports.

Standard report conversion

hi gurus!
I have displayed a standard report (on asset history sheet). While converting it to local file system puts an error as it will not take the subtotals, autofilters into account. I ignored it and proceeded. As a result i dint get the exact total as in the report.
whats the reason for this?

Hi,
In case your business process starts from quotation then you dont find quotation number in VBFA-VBELV in case the quotation is not converted into order.
Check this logic for your report
VBAP-VBLEN (Quotation Number) = VBFA-VBELV
If VBFA-VBELN is not initial, then quotation is converted. VBFA-VBLEN is orer number.

I Don't Think the standard report will give you this but you can use Query to extract this information.

Can "Standard Report Column" be the Default Instead of "Display as Text"

Almost every report region I write has some html in at least one column, whether it's a break or an apex_item or something else. Hence, when the region renders with the default settings, the column shows the html code - I have to change the column display type from "Display as Text" to "Standard Report Column".
Is there some setting to make "Standard Report Column" the default? (Isn't that kind of what the word Standard implies?)

The default was changed in APEX 4.0 to "Display as Text" (which escapes HTML-sensitive characters) as a security measure to limit vulnerability to XSS attack. There's no option to change this, and I doubt that one will be provided in the future. Purchase order field EKPO - AFNAM displayed in any standard report?

Hello gurus,
I can't find any standard report which contains in the layout the field Requisitioner (EKPO-AFNAM) of the Purchase Orders.
Can you please advise if there is any? Do I need to make a query between EKKO and EKPO to get this field displayed together with the PO number?

@Venu, dynamic selections would allow me to have this field in the selection screen but not in the layout of the report (which is exactly where I need it).
@Antony, you're confirming my fears; there is no standard PO report which contains the Requisitioner field in the layout. I know ME5A does include it, but it doesn't include the Purchase Order number as it is Purchase Requisition related.
@All, any other suggestion besides the query? Are we missing something?

You create a query thru quick viewer.
where you can heve selection field as lock indicator and Personnel number.
Steps:
1. Goto SQ01
click Qucikviewer
or
SQVI
2.Create a new query
Datasouce:Table
Table:PA0006
3.Lst field Selection tab:
Add the fields pernr,lock indicator,enddat,begdate.
4.Selection fields Tab:
Add the fields pernr,lock indicator
5.Execute:
Your Query is ready now:

Standard report to display char. attributes

Dear Team,
Is there any standard report / screen for the display of result recorded against the inspection lots.
Currently we are using QA33 - work list, by the help of this work list we have to display char. attributes individually. But the requirement is to display char. attributes cumulatively against inspection lot. Kindly help. Is there any standard report available to full fill this requirement.

There is no standard report available in SAP to show Inspection lots & its results.
You need to develop using tables QALS (Inspection Lot), QPMK (MIC), PLMK (Inspection Plan), QAMR (Characteristics Results), QASR (Sample wise MIC results), etc.,
We have developed some report showing all the details like Inspection lot no., Material Description, MIC description, Its limits (upper, lower, target), actual results, valuation, etc.,

Standard Report's Layout not displaying 'SAVE LAYOUT' Option

Using Tcode VF44, i am getting output list.But in that list when i click on select layout option from toolbar its not displaying 'save layout' Option. can anybody give me soln for the same.How can i get that option?

Graphical representation of standard SAP reports

Can we get graphical representation of Standard SAP CO Reports? Is there any setting that has to be activated to get these? We are using FI, CO & MM.

Dear Sangeeta,
This refered report is prepared through report painter. Transaction code GRR1-2-3. Graphical representation facility is available only in drilldown reporting which was used in FI module but not in CO.e.g. to see & modify GL related repots transaction code is FSI2.Where in you can go to output type tab & you will find the option.
As your query is relating to CO you can try transaction code GR11where you design the layout for report painter reports.This might help you.
Else if your requirement is such that you want each details through graphycal representation you can use report interface which will direct to graphycaly represented report.
