I am going to specify the properties to the integration process step in properties window. there i need give message type from the F4 popup, but its in disable mode.
how to activate this popup.

Please run run report RTCCTOOL and see if any addon is not up-to-date.
Please run this repport and follow the recommendations to update those
components to the latest status.
Afterwards please also intall the latest version of following note: 1570282 - Advance Corr. BPMon ST-A/PI 01N
Finally please deactivate BPMon, regenerate and re-activate agin.

One or more logical systems that belong together from a business point of view is called a group of Business system group. A business system group represents a unit within a company or organization that can be defined according to legal, economic, administrative or geographic factors.
The objects in a business system group are uniquely identified by a uniform numbering system.
Business process
Business procedure within an enterprise that uses resources and can involve activites from a number of different cost centers in a controlling area.
When executing a business process, activities can be utilized for several cost centers of a controlling area.
Business service
Its a third party system.
All these belong to a Business Scenario which is
Description of the flow of business processes according to a business typology. A business scenario represents a template for a business process, which runs within a particular area of a company process. All processes required to completely process the task are listed in chronological order in the scenario. Business scenarios can be described graphically, in either aggregated or detailed form (EPC). Separation of business processes in IDoc scenarios

Hello!
We have implemented an IDoc -> XI -> IDoc scenario with complex mappings and enhanced receiver determination using the value mapping API in which about 15 different R/3 platforms send IDocs to XI for internal ordering.
All R/3s are using standard IDoc types like DELFOR.DELFOR02, DESADV.DELVRY03, ORDCHG.ORDERS05, ORDERS.ORDERS05 and ORDRSP.ORDERS05. As XI gets more and more used additional projects are coming up in which we will also use exactly the same IDoc types.
Especially when using enhanced receiver determination it now gets extremely difficult to separate the different business processes once they use the same IDoc types. The projects do not only share the same receiver determination object but what is even worse they also share the same message mapping object to determine the receiver. This makes development, testing and MTP extremely difficult and requires coordination over several project teams.
Within R/3 business scenarios can easily be separated using different message codes and message functions. However, once the R/3 post IDocs to XI there is no clear separation possible any more.
Of course, every project can implement own Java classes for enhanced receiver determination and transport the archives separately but still the problem is that all the projects using the same IDoc message type share the same message mapping object to the determine the receiver. This means that it would be necessary to fill the input parameters for the enhanced receiver determination classes of ALL projects within the same object. Either by putting logic in the graphical mapping or writing another Java function to call the different Java classes for enhanced receiver determination based on the message code and message function.
From a design perspective it is no good approach to mingle logic for different projects and business scenarios in the same development objects. What alternatives do we have? Does SAP plan to support a separation using message code and message function for IDoc scenarios in the Integration Repository?

4.Document manually in project area
(Also ARIS integration is possible).
In above case, if you use RBPD content, yes, you have some step
related to the backend system (collecting process execution statistic
in ERP). But in other case, you do not have any activity to ERP.
For RBPD, it collects the data by using job, and you can control
the number of WP to be used. The runtime will be depending your
ERP system size.
Business Process Monitoring topic
In SolMan, there are business process monitoring functionality.
Actually, it is not only the monitoring, but also you can use it
for business process improvement.
Basically in business process monitoring related tools,
there are 2 main tools
1.Business Process Monitoring tool - Monitoring
2.Business Process Analytics tool - Analysis & benchmarking
(Also there are dashboard).
Business Process Monitorings enables monitoring of your core
business process from technical and application side.
The tool can monitor specific job(normal job/BW process chain),
interface(IDoc, tRFC, qRFC etc), performance, and also different
types of transaction document like sales order, delivery,
purchase order, production ordet etc.
For transaction monitoring, there are pre-defined template
(best practice).
Also it allows to monitor any table (z/y-table also).
And the Analytics tool is the tool based on the BW.

How do you restrict access to a business process structure in Solution Mngr

We have set up a business process structure in Solution Manager that includes Finance to Manage and Hire to Retire.
Although it is Ok for people to display the documentation in each area, we do have the requirement that the people owning Finance to Manage should not able to change the documentation in Hire to Retire and visa versa. Is there a security object that restrict this access? Are there other ways doing this?

I have tried to activate business process function " LOG_PP_SRN_CONF" it is showing a message no need to activate.
Reason why I am doing this because it gives me to enter the shift data in the confirmation screen.

No data in Business Process Analytics after setting up BPA and BPMon

Hi,
I have followed the BPA set up guide and done all the configuration for BPA. I have set up BPMon for a solution and in the logical component node i have done configuration for many application monitors.
Also in the "Load Master Data" node the master data is loaded. But still in BPA when I am selecting the time frame and applying it I am getting a message that no data is applicable in the selected time frame.
How can i get the data in BPA.
