GRC 10 Reports

How do I see the reports executed in background mode? I can execute and see the results associated to a SoD user analysis, but don't know where to go to see the report if I run it in background mode.  I checked SM37 and see the job finished successfully.  However, there is not a spool.  Is there an option in the NWBC to see this?
Thanks in advance,
Jose

Hi Jose,
You can find these reports in NWBC --> Access Management > Scheduling> Background Jobs.
Here you can find all jobs. Select the job and click on "View Results".

  • Integrating OBIP with GRC for Reporting

    Hello Experts
I am very new to the GRC suite. I wanted to know if it is possible to use OBIP for developing custom reports for AACG to meet specific audit requirements. Are there any OOTB report templates that can be loaded in OBIP for eGRC?
    Regards
    Deepali B

1.Technically you should be able to use OBIP to develop custom reports for AACG although the effort required might be significant, although some integration is provided between EGRC 8.6.4+ and OBIP OOTB.
2.No there are no OOTB report templates that can be loaded in OBIP for eGRC.

  • Limitar tamanho do XML no ERP

  • /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK stopped after upgrade

    Hi,
We are currently running the GRC compliance report to view log of Fire-fighter users and the transactions they have been using. This report is sent out to the FF owners every month.
We upgraded our system from 4.7c to ECC6 in early May and since then the /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK job has not been running and collecting the log data.
The /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK is now setup correctly again but we were hoping to run the job so it would collect the data from the previous month, up to the 9th of June.
I have been trying various techniques and selection parameters but have been unsuccessful.
Can anyone tell me any way of running the /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK job so that when I run report next week it will have all the data as far back as the 9th of June?
    Any help is much appreciated,
    Colm

    Hi Michael,
Thanks for the reply. I will talk to the basis team about this but I probably should mention that on Thursday evening I was able to run the job for the 6th and 5th of July successfully. I had to go to a meeting then and when I came in on Friday morning the job was no longer working.
I wonder is it something to do with my selection screen?
If I want to gather all the data for the 2nd of July I am running it with a Start Date of 02.07.2010, a start time of 23:59:59 and a read time of 23:59:58.
As I said this worked for the 5th and the 6th but no longer works for me and there were FF enteries on the 2nd.
    Many Thanks,
    Colm

  • GRC 10.01 - RCM report to be added with control relevance fields

    Hi GRC Experts,
    I
I need to add Control relevance fields into the RCM report - Risk and control Matrix. I added through the IMG node as below:
Governance, Risk and Compliance-->Reporting-->Maintain Report Column Settings and selected the F7 report and clicked the columns and added the fields CN_RELEVANCE and CN_RELEVANCE_T. It worked fine in the Development system.
When I moved the transport into QA, the RCM report is not having any columns to display and it says 'Table does not contain visible columns'.
Appreciate any help on this issue.
    Regards,
    Saran.

    Hi Ravi,
Can you try in the following IMG path.. I never faced this, but gut feel says importing report from 000 should help
IMG Path is Controlling > Cost Center Accounting > Information System > Standard Reports

  • GRC 5.3 Risk Critical Action reports return "no matches or conflicts"

When running GRC 5.3 Risk Analysis Critical Action reports on either the user level or role level getting the message no matches or conflicts.
However, Permission level reports are successfully returning correct results on the user and role level.
This is a new installation of GRC 5.3 with latest SP.  Is there any set up that has to be done to run critical action analysis reports in GRC 5.3?
This is also using the SAP default Global ruleset with no customisation.
I have used GRC 10 to run the critical action reports and these work with using the critical risks as defined in the ruleset.  Does GRC 5.3 work a different way?  Is there any additional set up that has to be performed?  I just want to see the risks on role level or user level that relate to just the critical access risks (just 1 function).
    Please advise.

    Hi Trinadh
Thank you for the response.  I did not know that you had to define the critical actions in 5.3 as I don't think you have to do it 10 - it seems to work on what is defined in the ruleset.  Where do you define the critical actions or check if it has been defined?
    Thanks

  • Calling an ABAP Report from GRC Portal

    Hello...
we want to know how an ABAP report will be called from GRC Portal ? How will be the linkage between these two and can u please explain the same .
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    KY.

I suppose you want to add additional portal content to GRC PC/RM 3.0 portal, then follow the steps bellow:
    In backend ABAP box,
    - Create an transation code for the ABAP report
In the front end Portal box,
    - Create an iView using the template "SAP Transaction iView"
    - Add this iView to your protal role, either directly added to portal role or via workset
    Done.

    Hi Sankar,
Officially, there is no support for custom development of reports in PC 2.5.   I will suggest to wait till PC 3.0.

  • GRC reporting (customising global ruleset & possible incorrect reporting)

    Hi there
I am currently doing some consulting work at an engineering firm who rolled out SAP GRC (compliance colaborator) during my time with them.  As part of an initial rollout of the tool we are utilising the SAP Global ruleset.  Since its implimentation to the latter part of last year, we have started to get to know the tool quite intimately, however I seem to have run into two rather puzzling problems.
The first:  We decided, after consultation with business, to deactivate a transaction code in function PR02 of the Global rule set i.e. ME23N, however eventhough all of the objects i.e. M_BEST_BSA, M_BEST_EKG, M_BEST_EKO and M_BEST_WRK, has been deactivated and the status of ME23N in PR02 is reflected as disabled, we still get risks relevant to ME23N (for Function ID PR02) reported, whenever we run a simulation on either all or specific users.  What could the reason be for this to occur?
The second:  During some simulations we have identified that a couple of transaction codes have pulled through in conflict reporting, which has not even been assigned to roles allocated to users (using SIUM in SAP to investigate).  When analysing the detail reports the risk, user and role is therefore inaccurate.  Is there any possibility that GRC has identified this incorrectly (why would this occur) and if not incorrect how could we investigate the matter?
I would like to thank anyone who takes the time to read this post, and provide any information, advice.
    Kind regards
    Zjak

    Hi Swheta
Thank you very much, your advice on the first point was spot on, busy updating rules at the moment, I am sure this will resolve the issue.  Hard to believe that the solution was so straight forward.  Thank you once again.
Regarding the second issue, I will compile an example and query it with SAP.
Once again, Thank you very much for your assistance.
    Kind regards

  • Finding data in GRC-PC for custom reporting

We're using GRC-PC version 2.5 and would like to create a customized issue detail report that contains, among other things, the Control Significance indicator (Key Control or Standard Control), and the text from the Description and Comments boxes for the issues and remediation plans.
Can anyone tell me where (table & field) our developers can find this data?  So far, they have been unsuccessful.
    Thanks
    Jeff

    Dear Jeff,
the signifficance indicator you can find in table HRP5304.
In transaction GRPC_STR_DISPLAY you find the objects used by PC 2.5 and from the technical information (F1) you can derive the table where information is stored.
Feel free to ask me if you do not find specific information.
    Kind regards,
    Jürgen
