GRC 10 - request not able to go to next stage

Dear Expert ,
Getting very strange behaviour from MSMP workflow . Request is able to pick right path reaches first stage (Line manager) without any problem . But when line approver approves it ,its not going to next stage i.e role owner .
Getting error messge " Error when trying to complete/forward work item xxx" .
I have already checked WF-Batch user permisison ,its fine .I am SP07.

Check SWIA and see the error, and take the task id and make sure the Task ID should be General Task.

ODS request not able to delete very urgent

Hi All,
I am loading the data from r/3 system to bw (bi 7.0), the objct is Obpartner master data loading into this data targets are 0bp_o01, 0bpartner. there is no further loads.
while loading the delta load i am getting error message like " last delta not updated, repeat the last delta' .while i am checking in the monitor scree the request it's showing red , but in the data targets the request are showing green colour.
Note - i tried to chnge the status from green to red but it's not allwoing to change the status because " the requeest is partially activated u can't chage the status".
in the data targets i am trying to delete the the request but i am not able to delete the request, while selected request only for deletion it's asking for rollback.if u click on continue rollback all request will be going to delete.
please advise me is there any way to delete the request , i will assign the full points for right answer.

i think there is one procedure but i am not sure about
that one in se16 we can give the rsodsactreq. is it possible to delete the request here....

This should work ..
The request cannot be deleted in the administration of the data target, make sure that there is no data in the activation queue of the ODS for this request. If there is data nevertheless, make sure that table rsodsactreq contains all entries for this request and ODS in the operation field has the value 'U'. If this is the case, use transaction SE16 to delete all entries for this request and ODS object from tables rsiccont, rsmonicdp and rsodsactreq. Then set the 'from date' to a value that is older than the oldest loaded request in this ODS in the administration of the data target and choose 'Refresh'. This corrects the administration. The data in the activation queue does not cause a problem, it is deleted the next time all new requests are activated.

GRC 10 Not able to search roles in Access Request Creation

Hello Experts,
I am unable to search for roles while creating access request by giving system name.
I am able to search with any other search criteria except system.
When I look for valid entries for System I get the following connector group values:
ECC - (Custom Connector Group)
SAP_BAS_LG
SAP_ECC_LG
SAP_HR_LG
SAP_R3_LG
All the above connector groups are pointing to the same system XXXCLNT100. I want to get only ECC as the result when I search for the system (Probably then it might work right).
Others that start with SAP are linked to the XXXCLNT100 for generating rules after activating BC Sets.
Any ideas how to get this work !!

Not able to display PA30 next screen when I say create for a custom info

i have created a custom infotype, when i run the transaction PA30 to create a record for that in one client the screen is displayed, when i run the transaction in different client and say create, the next screen is not displayed, remains in the first screen. what could be the reason, how do i slove it.

It will transport your custom infotype automatically if you assign a transport request number in client1. I think you did manually in client2 and missed to generate the module pool/screens while using tcode PM01.
If above case is true then you will have to re-generate the steps for module pool screen(s) with your structure fields.

Requests that are forwarded to another approver are not going to next stage

We are having an issue with AE 5.2 with Forwarded requests. When requests are forwarded to another approver and this person then approves the requests, they are not going on to the next stage in our workflow. We have the Forward Type option set to 'Any one Approver' for the workflow stage. Have also tried forwarding the requests with both the Forward With No Return and Forward With Return options.
The approver that is receiving these Forwards is not listed as one of the approvers for the role in the request. Is this the issue, are we not using the Forward process correctly, or is this a bug in AE 5.2. (I think we are currently on SP 9 of GRC 5.2.)

I am running AE 5.2 but do not use the "forward" feature. For request that require "role approvers" I have set up a seperate initiaor that includes the additional Stage for Role approval.
I have initiators for 1) New User w/ no role approval 2) New User w/ role approval 3) Change User w/ no role approval 4) Change User w/ no role approval
My "no role approvals" go through three stages 1) security initial review 2) Internal Control review 3) Final security provisioning; my "role approvals" go through four stages 1) security initial review 2) Role Approval Stage 3) Internal Control review 3) Final security provisioning
If a request has roles that require approval and some that do not, the request will take the two seperate paths based on the roles defined for each; the provisoning will complete once both paths have completed all stages
This allows us to treat the role approval just like any stage with assigned approvers and if multiple approvers allow for any one approver to complete the stage
This is different from your approach of forwarding for role approval; I define the roles to the initialtors that require role approval, but gives you another perspective of doing it

LAC : Applet not calling & Bidders not able to submit bids for Live Auction

I am working on SRM 5.O Live Auction Cockpit(LAC) facing couple of issues while accessing it :-
I have created Auction from Process Auction .Bidders are getting Auctions but unable to submit bids against that .
Whereas same bidders are able to submit bidds for Bid Invitation .
Have I missed any customisation ?Additionally following issues are there :-
1. In Restrictive Bid /Auctions bidders are not getting mail with URL details .
2. In LAC while clicking on Live Auction tab same screen is getting called .
Can you let me know will it require to install LAC componant once again ?

We are working on SRM 5.O Live Auction Cockpit(LAC) .Smoke test results are successfull but bidder user is facing issues
while submitting bid .
Bidder user is not able to submit his next bid nor purchaser able to see bids submitted by bidder
on LAC main screen .Whereas same bidder users are able to submit bidds for Bid Invitation
Here on LAC main screen bidder is able to submit his bid and bid price filed becomes grey .
It is observed that LAJCO error"AbstractJcoService.execute(JcoServiceRequest _input, Locale _locale): Unknown exception has occurrsed. Error message is as follows...null" is generating . But in detailed messgae there is no clarity of issue in trace log.
Can anyon give more focus on it as we are stuck.

Able to call the next screen

Dear Gurus,
I have craeate a a New Transcation through module pool for PDA. PDA will be use through SAP Console and I have set that T Code default after logon.
I am getting first screen as I designed. That feild is mandatory, but after that I could not able to call the next screen.
Some one who will help me to give topic or tell how to link the seccond screen. SAP Console is running through internet.

Hi,
If your screen sequence is constant then give your next screen number in the layout attribute screen.
Or you can do this also in the before screen when any command call screen 'NO'.

Not able to search for FF IDs on clicking Super user access tab in request

Hi experts
in GRC AC 5.3 CUP , Im trying to create new request with Superuser Access request type . On selecting the request type , I get the superuser access tab enabled in the request , Now when I click on that , I am not able to search any Firefighter Ids which are present in the backend SAP system .
However when I try the same in anohter CUP box in the landscape , it worked .I could see all the FF Ids in that system
What configuration do I miss in the first box which is not allowing me to view the Ids on search .

Not able to see approvers in grc ac 10.0

Hello gurus,
I have configured workflows for access request for grc ac 10.0. When I submit a access request, my approver is not able to see any requests waiting for his approval. Also in the request status of the access request, no approvers are seen in given path when we click the instance status button. Please let me know where do we populate these approvers and how can we make them appear.

There are 2 places you need to define this.
1) Within the "Access Control Owner" settings (NWBC>Access Managemetn), you need to assign the "Role Owner" tag to the user/s. this will enable you to select the user to be assigned as a assignement or content approver within the role definition (2)
2) Against the actual role definition in Business Role Management (BRM/ERM) - you need to assign the user ID as the Assignment Approver of the role for the user to be able to approve the request as a Role Owner.
If you have somehow created your own BRFplus custom agent for role owners (SAP standard delivered agent is fine!), then you obviously need to maintain your Decision table/Tree results.
I strongly suggest you check these quick start guides out if you are having trouble configuring the basic settings.

Not Able to Update the PSA Request.

Hi All,
I am facing one Problem I am having 10 requests in my PSA.9 requests are updated in to my Data Target but last 10th request is having some erroneous records which I didnu2019t notice that error records next day I have seen the error request in PSA then I have corrected those erroneous records. Now I am not able to update this request to my data target.
When I went through the PSA manage tab there I have selected the erroneous request and when I press the button Update with Scheduler that is going to the Info Package Screen there I am not able to see my data target. When I start the info package its giving error (Data Target is not defined)
My data target is contain the Aggregates is there any issue with the Aggregates.
Any one please advise on this how to update this error request.

check your authorization, it seems you have only loading authorization not deleting.
creat one more infopackge and select PSA and datatarget option try loading using this infopackage.

CUP 5.3 SP9 Forwarded requests not moving to next stage

CUP 5.3 sp9 - The administrator forwarded a request (first stage mgr approval) to another person (the forward return box was checked). The person that the request was forwarded to got the message (no content in the email, just a link) and was able to approve. The original person also got an email with a link, and was able to see that the request was approved.
The request is stuck in the mgr approval stage, it did not move out of the original person's inbox. the audit trail is below:
1. Request 46 submitted by WZ8Y84 on 4/30/2010 <time>
2. Forwarded by Administrator on 04/30/2010 <time> on behalf of FZ62V1 to forward approver RZW8G8 with return
3. Request approved by RZW8G8 on behalf of FZ62V1 on 04/30/2010 <time>
When you look at the request, it is still in the original approver stage, was not moved to the next stage. Any ideas on why it works this way?

When you forward a request, you need to choose 'Forward with Return' and 'Forward with No Return'. In this case, the approver selected 'Forward with Return' so the request will get approved but will come back to the original approver who forwarded the request.

Users are not able to query request submitted by other user .

I have just upgraded 11.5.10 to 12.1.3. I have followed doc ID 804296.1 so users can see out files within the same responsibility. But users still cannot see out files from other users. I really believe I have followed the doc completely. Any advice?

Not able to view transport request tpz file for importing in Production

Hi Experts,
I am using PI 7.0. I am facing a problem while transporting a request to Production environment. I am using File Level Transport. When I create a transport file, it is successfully created in development system's /export location. Basis team moves the file production system's /import directory.
But here I am not able to see the imported file via Tool->import design/configuration objects , in Production environment. I have tried to use user Id's which have admin level authorizations, still I cannot see the file.
Background - A couple of weeks back, there was an issue with cluster service going down, and we had to manually register the Exchange infrastructure in SLD. New associations were created as per SAP note - #764176 'Manual correction of XI content in SLD'. We were able to transport to Production environment before this issue occurred.

Not able to see the request in ODS to activate

Hi all,
I have a content ODS, i scheduled a infopack and the data came in thru ok. But inorder to upload the data into the cube, i know i need to activate it before. But when i rightclick and go to activate data in the context menu .. there is a popup which shows all the request id's in the ODS. but i'm not able to see my request to activate it ... Is there some flag has to be set inorder to see the requests in the activation list? once its activated, I think all i need to do is "UPDATE ODS DATA TO DATAPROVIDER" as it is a standard content. Is there something else i need to do ..Pls guide.
Now, I have a new problem, when i'm trying to see the transfer structure, it doesnt open and i get a msg
Transfer method 'TRFC with PSA' is not supported by the source system
Diagnosis
The PSA transfer method is used to transfer data from source system CRM to transfer structure 0xxx_xx_xx_I_BB. Source system CRM does not support a PSA transfer.
Procedure
Define the PSA in the source system.
Its actually a content one i installed and i didnt do any customizations to it... Shouldnt it work out of box? If no!! how can i define PSA in the source system.
Any help is appreciated.

Kindly check the following:
1.) Are you sure that the loading process finished successfully in the ODS? Kindly ensure it did.
2.) Have you tried providing a longer <b>Date Range</b> in the <i>Request Display</i> (lower right).
