GRC AC links

I have installed GRC AC 5.3 and am in the middle of configuration for RAR/RE/AE/SPM.
The config/operations guide does'nt mentions about the login links for these modules. Can anyone please let me now the login links for AE/RE/SPM?
For RAR it is: http://<host>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~ccappcomp/ComplianceCalibrator

Found it GRC AC links:
RAR (CC): http://<host>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~ccappcomp/ComplianceCalibrator
AE (CUP): http://<server>:<port>/AE/index.jsp
RE (ERM): http://<server>:<port>/RE/index.jsp

  • Two GRC systems linking to one SAP system

    Hi,
I have a possible scenario where there are 2 GRC systems (for company 1 & company 2) connected to two seperate ECC6.0 systems.
Both companies are now looking to split out the HR element of their ECC6.0 systems and share a common HR system.
I am wondering what is the recommended approach to take for the GRC systems? I was thinking of creating a link from each GRC system to the new HR system.
However I am not sure how to deal with SPM- as this seems to have a one to one connection with the SAP system, meaning that only one GRC instance will be able to report against SPM usage.
    Does anybody have any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Niamh

    Niamh,
As long as you configure the connectors from the SPM Java side, you can report on multiple SPM backend instances from a single GRC Java System.
However, if you want to integrate SPM with RAR for the critical transactions / SOD analysis, I believe that you can only specify one RAR source.
If you split out the HR elements to a single shared system, you can also have both GRC systems connected to that HR system You would need to consider the rulset defined in each RAR instance and the users who report on it to ensure that you are getting the "correct" rules in the correct place.
I would recommend not reporting from both grc systems as it doubles the administrative overheads and adds further complexity to the implementation. I would pick one of the GRC systems and adjust the functions in that one to look at the new HR system for the relevant authorisation definitions.

  • GRC AC 10 EAM - Is it possible to send FF logs to controller in an email as attachment ?

    Hello,
I am new to GRC AC 10 and wanted to check if In GRC AC 10 it is possible to send the Firefighter logs to Controller in an email as an attachment like we were doing in 5.3 or the controller has to login to GRC (via link in the email or direct login to GRC) to view ?
    Mark

    Hello Colleen,
    Thanks for your reply.
I am using most of these parameters for my FF set up and it is working as expected however I am not able to get the logs in an email as an attachment like we used to get in AC 5.3 .
In NWBC as well we have 3 options for controller-
Email       - Controller receives the email with link to GRC action logs - No "Submit " button to approve
Workflow - Controller receives the email with link to GRC action logs - Gets "Submit" button to approve
Log Display - No email , Need to manually generate the logs.
Do you know specific parameter settings or any other way to achieve this.

    6) NOTAS REFERENTES - ID incorreto e duplicado (Resolvido)

    7) ICMS Valores ausentes no envio

  • GRC PC 2.5 table for task plan and testlog and its link

    Hi,
I want to know the list of tables used and the link between the tables related to GRC PC.
Mainly I need tables involved while creating task plan, test logs. We need to develop a report using this data. We need to know how the tables are linked. We saw some two, three GRPC tables, in which the primary key is GUID. We need to know how this GUID is getting generated and on what basis we can retrieve this information from the tables.
There is one report in report center of GRC PC 2.5. In that selection screen, is it possible to add another filed and based on that retrive data.

Edited by: Karthick Sitaraman on Apr 24, 2009 9:55 AM

    Karthick,
    I can offer the following:
    1) SP07 was released on 4/20/2009 and contains a new report "Test Step Status."  You might want to look at this report so you don't unnecessarily reinvent the wheel.  This would, however, require application of SP07.  That report has 42 available fields.....lots of data.
    2) The table that contains Test plan Master data is HRP5327.
We previously had minor reporting change required and SAP was able to issue a fix for it.  The request was a minor, natural extension of an existing report.  Part of the problem is that we have very limited web dynpro ABAP skills in house so development of a report was very time consuming.  Another option you might want to look at is BI.
    I hope this helps.

  • CUP email message link 5.3 GRC

    Hi,
I have another problem setting up the CUP, this time with the link that CUP sends the user, directing the user to the "Request status search" link. The exact link is:
    http://cvifxpsol.ks.franke.world:54000/AE/index.jsp?loadRequestStatusSearch.do
However, if the user clicks on this link, they are directed to a version of CUP, which to my eyes looks to be slightly different than the one in which I am working (below). None of the requests work from this link such as firefighter etc. The actual link I want to direct the users to is:
    http://cvifxpsol.ks.franke.world:54000/AE/index_apr.jsp
Now, I was not involved with the set-up of this GRC system, but does anyone know:
    1. What the difference is between the _apr link and the first one. It may sound crazy but I believe the first link is possibly an older version of GRC that does not work properly. The strange this is when you log off from the 2nd link (the correct one), it redirects to the 1st link(the wrong one), which gives me a problem again as if a user is following my documentation and then logs out, he will be redirected to the wrong area.
    2. How can I change the link in the email to direct the user to the correct area of GRC?

Sorry to say Ben, but this links have nothing do with Workflow. The following link is sent to requestor so that they can check the request status. You are not suppossed to create request from that link.
    http://cvifxpsol.ks.franke.world:54000/AE/index.jsp?loadRequestStatusSearch.do
The link below is for approvers to approve request so requestors do not need to and would not know about it.
    http://cvifxpsol.ks.franke.world:54000/AE/index_apr.jsp
The main link to AE/CUP is http://cvifxpsol.ks.franke.world:54000/AE/
You won't be able to change the email link send out by CUP as these links are hard coded into the tool.

  • GRC CUP how can i remove  auto link "view" display from email configuration

    Hi,
When approver/manager gets email. They get display "view" as a link to process the request. How can i remove this and put a full link in email configuration of stages workflow.
    Thanks
    Yakoob.

    Hi,
I have a similar query on this. We have a clustered environment for our production GRC CUP system. Access to the CUP system is via a load balanced Webdispatcher.
My question is, when a notification e-mail is sent out from CUP, the "View" link is showing a direct link to one of our clustered server instead of the Webdispatcher link. How can we customize the "View" link?
We need to ensure the approvers are able to access the link via the webdispatcher so that when a failover in the cluster occurs, they are not affected.
    Thanks.

  • Can't open CUP link directly from email notification ( GRC 5.3 )

    Hi Everybody,
I am working for a client where GRC 5.3 is installed.
When we submit a user request in CUP , a link is automatically generated in a mail and send to the manager/ approver based on the workflow. But the problem is that client is not able to open the link directly from the mail. They need to open it everytime manually through browser. This happens in Dev system only. Where as in Prd system they do not face any issue. They can directly open link from mail automatically send from CUP.
Can someone guide where is the problem in terms of setting because Dev and Prd is behaving different way.We are unable to find exact location where we need to make change in Dev grc. Please help.
    Regards,
    Kakali

    Hi Kakali,
You must have different configuration Dev and Prd. Can you check the application and redirection URL link under SMTP server link? I think the problem resides there as CUP uses those links in the email.

  • CUP not pulling through Risks, linked to background jobs? GRC 5.3

    Hi guys,
I have an annoying problem in GRC CUP, I am trying to set up the "Create Request" function for our Company.
When I create a request for either a New User, or Change a User's Roles, then perform the Risk Analysis on this, the result is "0 Risk(s) found". I have added every single role in order to test, which should produce a risk, but still the same message.
I therefore thought OK, maybe the risks are not loaded into CUP, so I had a look in the configuration, namely the background jobs. The SOD Review and the UAR review jobs were not setup, so I scheduled them for every day, roughly every hour. However, this produces an error on the system log as follows:

  • Perfis de Usuários do SAP R/3, GRC e PI

    Pessoal,
    - Usuários que utilizarão o Monitor Web do GRC.
    No aguardo, obrigado.
    Danilo

    Att,
    Henrique.
