GRC10 - Password Self Sercice - Cannot find the system/user

Hello
I am trying to setup Password Self Service for AC10 component. I have completed the following:
1. Maintain Data Source Configuration - As per SU01 on the Plug-In system
2. Define the ABAP Connector
3. Maintain Password Self Service Configuration - Challenge questions and attempts.
I have then registered my Security Questions and responses. When I try to reset my password, the system prompts properly for the Challenge questions and takes me to the next screen to select the system.
That is where it generates error message - "No records found for the search criteria entered."
The RFC Connector works perfectly well in Emergency Access and Risk Analysis.
I apprecaite your help and thank you for taking time to answer this issue.

Hi Snehal
Have a read of the following thread where this has been discussed: GRC AC-Password self service
Your options:
Connect to another Datasource - like AD/LDAP if you can somehow link your User Ids for network account to ERP
Switch off the verification (I spell out the risk and more reliance on challenge response)
Make each user a GRC user which means they then need to know their GRC password as well which puts you back in the same issue on a different system (what happens if user forgets ERP and then GRC password). This is really a different flavour of option1 as you are making GRC your data source. If each user is a GRC user then also little added value in using End User Login Functionality.
Your catch-22 to include authentication is that your users cannot authenticate with ERP password as they are using this functionality because they forgot it.

Colleen

    This is from memory, since I do not have a pre-10.5 OS on any computer.
    Check the Applications folder. System Preferences is there.
    What version of Mc OS X are you running?

  • Photos cannot find the system photo library

    I’m in trouble.  I was deleting photos in ‘pictures’ as I wanted to clean up some space on my iMac.  My assumption was that ‘pictures' is completely separate to iPhoto (or photos as it is now called).  I then go back into photos (the old iPhoto) and get the message 'photos cannot find the system photo library’.
    I cannot access any photos at all.  I’m working on a large project this weekend and I have purchased hundreds of photos over the last 6 months which I require for the project.  Blood pressure boiling at the moment!
    Any help please

    You absolute genius.  When I pressed alt and photos it gave me the option to open the ‘old version’ of iPhoto!!
    Just so I don’t mess up again.  How do I now get the old iPhotos back into photo?
    I did try to look on my time capsule but when I viewed the last back up from this morning, there was no photo in the sidebar to even open?
    I’m new to the forum.  I did call Apple but probably not wise for me to articulate on this forum what they said!
    The iPhoto migration to Photos would have been automatic when you upgraded - there is presumably a way to kickstart that again though I'm not certain how as I've not done so.
    If you have a Time Capsule that's great.
    I'll see if I can get some others to chip in.
    Also, if you can still open iPhoto you can of course continue to use that for the time being.

    You get the iBooks version through the iBooks bookstore. Just search for "iPad User Guide".

  • Help!  Got new iPhone and changed apple ID password - now I cannot find the ringtones I purchased on old phone

    I purchased ringtones through iTunes on a iPhone 3G and and iPhone 4S.  Both of these phones were company phones.  When I left that company in March 2013, I turned in the 4s to the company (still have the 3G). The day I turned in the old company phone, I went to my local AT &T store and purchased a iPhone 4S for myself and immediately changed my apple ID and password.  While I have been apple to retrieve all of the music/songs I purchased through iTunes, I have not been able to retrieve any of the many ringtones I purchased on both the 3G and the original 4s.  Can somebody please tell me how I can get these ringtones On my newer 4s?  If need be, I can go to the company I worked for and use my old iPhone 4S.  Thank you for your help.

    You cannot redownload ringtones.  They will only be where you put them.

    Do not delete the old account yet. sign up for an iCloud account if you haven't.
    I understand .mac mail will still come through. Do not delete the old account yet.
    You cannot use .mac or MobileMe as type of Account, you have to choose IMAP when setting up, otherwise Mail is hard coded to change imap.mail.me.com to mail.me.com & smtp.mail.me.com to smtp.me.com, no matter what you try to enter.
    iCloud Mail setup, do not choose .mac or MobileMe as type, but choose IMAP...
    On second step where it asks "Description", it has to be a unique name, but you can still use your email address.
    IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
              •          Server name: imap.mail.me.com
              •          SSL Required: Yes
              •          Port: 993
              •          Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
              •          Password: Your iCloud password
    SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
              •          Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
              •          SSL Required: Yes
              •          Port: 587
              •          SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
              •          Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
              •          Password: Your iCloud password
    Also, you must upgrade your password to meet the new criteria:  8 characters, including upper and lower case and numbers.  If you have an older password that does not meet these criteria, when you try to setup mail on your mac, using all of the IMAP criteria listed above, it will still give a server error message.  Go to   http://appleid.apple.com         then follow directions to change your password, then go back to setting up your mail using the IMAP instructions above.
    Thanks to dpepper...

    CA Forum: Crystal Reports
    Hi,
    I am currently developing an ASP.NET website using Visual Studio.NET 2005. I am using the .NET 2.0 framework, VB.NET as my programming language and I connect successfully to a SQL Server 2005 database.  I can select, insert, update and delete data from the database elsewhere in my project, so I know basic connectivity isn't an issue.  The problem seems to be with Crystal Reports.
    I created a folder called 'Reports' in my project and added a Crystal Report file (OpenFiles.rpt) to it.  I designed the report and initally used a hard-coded SQL query as its datasource so I could quickly get the database fields onto the report and preview them.  All worked fine.
    To make the report accessible to the rest of the website, I created an .xsd dataset file containing the three tables (and their corresponding tableadapters) that the report requires and then redeveloped the report using the dataset as the datasource for the report.  After doing this, the preview no longer worked.
    Next, I added a page to the website and dragged a Crystal Report Viewer Control onto it.  In the code behind the page I wrote:
    Option Strict On
    Imports System.Data
    Imports CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine
    Imports CrystalDecisions.Shared
    Partial Class Reports
         Inherits System.Web.UI.Page

         Private rptOpenFiles As ReportDocument
         Private strLastErrorMessage As String = Nothing
         Private errLastException As Exception = Nothing
         Dim strFileKey As String
         Dim strJurisdictionCode As String
         Dim strStaffId As String
         Dim strReportId As String
         Private Sub ConfigureCrystalReports()
              Dim reportPath As String = Server.MapPath("OpenFiles.rpt")
              Dim rptopenfiles As New ReportDocument
              rptOpenFiles.Load(reportPath)  <== I checked this during execution and the value correctly points to the OpenFiles.rpt file in the Reports     folder of my project
              Dim ConnectionInfo As ConnectionInfo = New ConnectionInfo()
              ConnectionInfo.DatabaseName = my database
              ConnectionInfo.UserID = login id of user
              ConnectionInfo.Password = user's password
              SetDBLogonForReport(ConnectionInfo, rptopenfiles)
              CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = rptopenfiles
         End Sub
         Protected Sub Page_Init(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Me.Init
             ConfigureCrystalReports()
         End Sub
         Private Sub SetDBLogonForReport(ByVal ConnectionInfo As ConnectionInfo, ByVal myReportDocument As ReportDocument)
              Dim myTables As Tables = myReportDocument.Database.Tables
              For Each myTable As CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.Table In myTables
                   Dim myTableLogonInfo As TableLogOnInfo = myTable.LogOnInfo
                   myTableLogonInfo.ConnectionInfo = ConnectionInfo
                   myTable.ApplyLogOnInfo(myTableLogonInfo)
              Next
         End Sub
    End Class
    I added a hyperlink to one of the existing pages on the website to navigate to this page with the report viewer on it.  When I run the website in Visual Studio and click on the hyperlink I get the following:
    Server Error in '/MyTest' Application.

    Any ideas, anyone?
    Also, assuming I can get past this error, I will need to figure out how to fill the tables in the .xsd dataset file.  I have written a class for the dataset that includes functions that populate the tables in the dataset from the database by executing SQL queries.  But how do I call these functions at the time the report is run?
    This is my first Crystal report written in .NET and I've been struggling with it for days now.  Any help would be most appreciated!
    Thanks very much!

  • „The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)" - Error when trying to create an new controlled GPO

    Hello,
    we were planning to Upgrade from AGPM 4.0 to AGPM 4.0 SP2. The new AGPM should be placed on a new server. Additionally we created a new service account as the password of the old service account has been lost. We granted the new service account Full Rights
    in "Domain Delegeation" and "Product Delegation", then stopped the AGPM Service on the old server.
    On the new server AGPM was installed using the new service account, then the service was stopped and the archive was copied rom the old to the new server. The customer could edit policies, but not deploy them. Because of this, we changed back to the old
    server, but copied the folders that were changed on the new server to keep them up to date.
    Now creating a controlled Group Policy from a template causes the error
    „The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002). We tried several templates and even created new ones but the problem persists.
    The following things do work:
    - editing a controlled policy
    - renaming a controlled policy
    - check in/check out of a policy
    - set a uncontrolled policy to controlled (needs to grant the serviceaccount Full rights to the policy before)
    - deletion of a controlled policy
    - creating a template from a policy
    Thank you in advance for your help.

    0x80070002 usually means that the source could not be found or located. Make sue that the FQDN path to your templates is the correct one as well as your DNS is
    properly configured.

  • MDT2012 - Deployment failed, the system cannot find the file specified

    Hi everybody.
    First, excuse me for my english, i think it's not the best thing I'm able to do, but now, I REALLY need help.
    I encounter issues with my MDT 2012 Update 1 platform.
    I have 5 systems to capture. All systems have 3 partitions (System, softwares, data). Capture is working fine for all parts.
    In my Task Sequence, to deploy these images (C, D and E parts), I use a script after the "Install Operating System" which runs imagex to deploy the WIM images for D: and E:.
    The script is the following :
    "%DeployRoot%\Tools\x64\imagex" /apply "%DeployRoot%\Operating Systems\D_Drive\D_Drive.wim" 1 %DDrive%"
    But, for some images, the task fails on the "D" drive deployement. The wizard shows the following error :
    Litetouch deployment dailed, return code = -214767259 0x80004005
    Failed to run the action: InstallD (ie : the script above)
    The system cannot find the file specified. (Error: 00000002; Source: Windows)
    The error is on my task which uses imagex to deploy my D and E WIM.
    So I looked to see if the file's path was the good one.
    And it is !!!
    Wizard says that the file couldn't be find, but the file is existing, and in the good path.
    For your information, there is no problem when I don't use multicast. Everything is working fine on unicast, not on multicast.
    I even encounter this issue if I use my MDT server and my computers on the same switch.
    Any help would be gratefull, my client gives me the week to resolve the issue.
    Thanks

  • ODrive 10.2.0.0.5:  "The system cannot find the path specified"

    I am using Oracle Drive client 10.2.0.0.5. When I click "Work Online", I get the error, "There was a problem connecting to <connection name>. The system cannot find the path specified".
    The URL is entered as https://server.domain.com/content/dav. In the "Server Details"
    box, I have Server as server.domain.com, Port is 443, and Server Directory is content\dav.
    The Use Secure Connection box is checked, as well as the "Bypass Proxy" box under Advanced.
    Our server is running Content Services 10.1.2.0.0. By the way, I can get to Content Services through my browser (I.E. 7) with no problem. My workstation is running WinXP, SP2 in an Active Directory (Windows 2003 server) environment.
    Also, I tried entering the URL as http://server.domain.com:443/content/dav, and I do get prompted for my password (don't get any kind of error message, either), but when I enter my password, it just kicks me back to the password dialog box.
    Does anyone out there have any ideas for a fix for this?

    We found the solution yesterday, after thinking of all the more complex stuff (network issues, the client install, Apache, etc.). It all had to do with the user accounts. Something happened in the migration of my user account information from the old server to the new one. As soon as I changed my SSO password, I was able to get into Oracle Drive with no problem! So, for anyone else out there, make sure you look at your user provisioning/passwords first if you run into this same problem.

    Hi,
    I am in the midst to change the admin password for my LMS 4.2.5 using CLI Command.
    I stop the Prime Daemon Manager by typing "net stop crmdmgtd" in Command Prompt.
    But when I typed "NMSROOT\bin\perl", the message "The system cannot find the path specified" appeared.
    May I know how to solve it?

  • ConvertTo-SecureString : The system cannot find the file specified.

    I have a Tidal job that executes a PowerShell script.  The encrypted password is stored in a password file on the application server.  In the PowerShell script, there is the line below that gets the contents of the password file.
        $encryptPW = Get-Content "C:\Program Files\MyCompany\MyApp\encryptPW.txt" | ConvertTo-SecureString
    On my development enviroment, Tidal was referencing the Agent/Adapter (app server name) and the Runtime User (domain\userID) fine.  The script was executing well  until recently when the Tidal server was rebooted.  After the reboot, the PowerShell script execution is erroring out with the message "ConvertTo-SecureString : The system cannot find the file specified."  It appears that when the PowerShell script is executed from Tidal, it is unable to find the password file using the Runtime User specified in the Tidal job.
    The Runtime User has the proper access on the application server because we must sign-on as that user in order to generate the password file to hold the encrypted password for the Runtime User.
    It is as if Tidal is not passing the right credentials when it is executing the PowerShell script.  Has anyone come across this issue?

    If you rebooted then it may be possible that your remoting setup was reset, was session based, or winrm service was set to manual, etc.
    Try these on the server that was rebooted
    get-service winrm
    Status        Name               DisplayName
    Running      winrm              Windows Remote Management (WS-Manag... get-service winrm
    Check execution policy settings:
    get-executonpolicy if this is restricted... you'll have problems
    you can try enable-psremoting you should get:
    WinRM is already set up to receive requests on this computer.
    WinRM is already set up for remote management on this computer.
    We use a similar setup however we use a certificate (installed on agent)  and password file w/ thumbprint (on central drive) to run with alternative credentials

  • BOXI3.1: Error during migration -The system cannot find the path specified

    Hi,
    I'm trying to migrate my reporting server from BOXIR2 to BOXI3.1.
    I have a Java App which uses the SDK to generate reports hosted on BOE.
    I have updated the SDK and when i attempt to generate a very simple test report, i get this error:
    The system cannot find the path specified.
    com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKServerException: The system cannot find the path specified.
    ---- Error code:-2147467259 Error code name:failed
         at com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.application.PrintOutputController.export(Unknown Source)
    When i stepped through the codes, it occurred at this line:
    ByteArrayInputStream aiStream = (ByteArrayInputStream)rptDoc.getPrintOutputController().export(exportOptions);
    Does anyone know the cause of the issue? Some guide on what to check will also be helpful! Thanks!

    Hi Aasavari,
    We are running BOXI3.1 SP4.
    For debugging purpose, I created a small program with your suggestion to remove exportOptions.
    My report is called "testReportName" and it is created in "CMC > Folders > testFolderName":
    IEnterpriseSession enterpriseSession;
    IInfoStore infoStore;
    IReportAppFactory rptAppFactory;
    IInfoObjects oInfoObjects;
    int reportFolderSI_ID;
    String reportFolder = "testFolderName";
    String reportName = "testReportName";
    String paramVal = "2012-01-31";
    try {
         enterpriseSession  = CrystalEnterprise.getSessionMgr().logon(boUser, boPwd, boAPSName, boAuthType);
         //Get the InfoStore service from Crystal Enterprise
         infoStore = (IInfoStore)enterpriseSession.getService("InfoStore",com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.ServiceNames.OCA_I_IINFO_STORE);
    } catch (SDKException e) {
         System.out.println(e.message());
    try {
         //Get the Report Application Factory service from Crystal Enterprise
         rptAppFactory = (IReportAppFactory)enterpriseSession.getService("RASReportFactory");
         String parentFolderQuery = "SELECT * FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE " +
         "SI_PARENT_FOLDER=0 and SI_PROGID='CrystalEnterprise.Folder' and " +
         "SI_NAME= '"+reportFolder +"' ORDER BY SI_NAME";
         IInfoObjects parentFolderInfoObjects = infoStore.query(parentFolderQuery);
         reportFolderSI_ID = ((IInfoObject)parentFolderInfoObjects.get(0)).getID();
         // Retrieve the report by name and its reportFolder from Crystal Enterprise
         oInfoObjects = infoStore.query("Select * From CI_INFOOBJECTS Where SI_NAME='"+reportFolder+"' AND SI_PARENT_FOLDER="+reportFolderSI_ID);
         oInfoObjects = infoStore.query("Select * From CI_INFOOBJECTS Where SI_NAME='"+reportName+"' AND SI_PARENT_FOLDER='"+((IInfoObject)oInfoObjects.get(0)).getID()+"'");
         IInfoObject infoObject = (IInfoObject)oInfoObjects.get(0);
         //Open the report into a Report Document object
         ReportClientDocument rptDoc = rptAppFactory.openDocument(infoObject,0, Locale.ENGLISH);
         //Refresh tables
         IConnectionInfo connectionInfo;
         util.setJdbc_url(ap.getParameterString("URL"));
         util.setJdbc_driver(ap.getParameterString("driver"));
         util.setJdbc_user(ap.getParameterString("user"));
         util.setJdbc_pwd(ap.getParameterString("password"));
         util.setJdbc_database(ap.getParameterString("database"));
         connectionInfo = util.getJdbcConnectionInfo(util.getJdbcPropertyBag());
         int replaceParams = DBOptions._ignoreCurrentTableQualifiers + DBOptions._doNotVerifyDB;
         ConnectionInfos connectionInfos = rptDoc.getDatabaseController().getConnectionInfos(null);
         for (ConnectionInfo oldConnectionInfo:((Collection<ConnectionInfo>)connectionInfos))
              rptDoc.getDatabaseController().replaceConnection(oldConnectionInfo, connectionInfo, null, replaceParams);
         //Get Params
         Fields mainRptParameterFields = rptDoc.getDataDefController().getDataDefinition().getParameterFields();
         String params = new String();
         for(Object parameterField : mainRptParameterFields){
              String paramName = ((ParameterField)parameterField).getName();
              if(parameterField != null)
                   if(((ParameterField)parameterField).getType() == FieldValueType.dateField)
                        rptDoc.getDataDefController().getParameterFieldController().setCurrentValue("", paramName,java.sql.Date.valueOf(paramVal));
                   else if (((ParameterField)parameterField).getType() == FieldValueType.dateTimeField){
                        //Stored Procs uses Datetime
                        java.util.Date datetime = (Date)reportDate_df.parse(paramVal);
                        rptDoc.getDataDefController().getParameterFieldController().setCurrentValue("",paramName, datetime);
                   else
                        rptDoc.getDataDefController().getParameterFieldController().setCurrentValue("", paramName, paramVal);
         ByteArrayInputStream aiStream = (ByteArrayInputStream)rptDoc.getPrintOutputController().export(ReportExportFormat.PDF);
         rptDoc.close();
    I ran this against BOXIR2 and BOXI3.1, BOXI3.1 will still throw error at
    ByteArrayInputStream aiStream = (ByteArrayInputStream)rptDoc.getPrintOutputController().export(ReportExportFormat.PDF);
    Another question, will CI_INFOOBJECTS table be created in the DB during installation of BOXI?
