Green Flag Status in SXMB_MONI

Hello,
I have te follow scenario
Idoc go to BPM.
In SXMB_MONI I have a finisch flag.
In SXMB_MONI_PE I have a green status flag that says:
"message scheduled on outbound site".
How can I resolve this threat?
I Did already the following
1) Deleted Integration Process and re-import it to Integration Directory
2) Checkt SMQ2 and SMQ3 but there is nothing in the que
3) SXMB_ADM -> Manage Que -> Deregister, Register and Activate
Nothing works, Anyone Idea's??

I also see that

The BPM stops, with a "green flag " in the sxmb_moni enrty

i have a file to file with a BPM,
the BPM contains:
1. a loop which runs five times which contains a receive step with [start transaction] and a using and activating correlation value.
2. a container step that appneds the messages picked one by one through each iteration of loop into a multiline container.
3. a send step.
the purpose is to collect 5 files with a particular correlation value and merge them and send them,
the problem is, as soon as the file is picked and the message is received at the receive step, the BPM stops, with a "green flag " in the sxmb_moni enrty,
i cant make out anything from the PE in the moni entry....
is it some problem with the correlation......help me out...

yes Raj,
i have a transformation step ...that transforms the content of the multiline container into a normal container before sending.............
this is the problem, i can never see the wait symbol, and
its sometimes strange, some times the process ends with "red flag" on the outbound side (right hand side of the moni entry)...
i can see the graphical............
i forgot to mention...all the steps are in a block....
so in the graphical wf log, i can see an error at the entry of the block, except that there is no error.....

Green flag on the sxmb_moni

Hi Guys
I am working on the BPM Scenario to merge two file on the correlation so, my problem is that I am geting a green flag when testing on the sxmb_moni, and on my receiver I dont get a file but it does pick it up from the Sender.
Can u please advice on this error

Hi
Check your BPM design , check the IP flow once if there are any errors.Go to SXMB_MONI_BPE and see the return code
it should be 0 , if you see 99 etc, please delete the IP from ID and reimport and rerun the scenario.
Check the status in the transaction SMQ2 in the PI.Do u see any Queue locked or sys failure there?
If you are in DEV box and if its ok to delete the queues,then delete the queue.
You can try running the report RSXMB_REGISTER_QUEUES also in SE37.

Sometimes PI restart might also help.

Help with the green flag status

Hi,
I created a collect payload using BPM such that I will wait for n number of payload messages based on a certain field in the incoming message. The messages are connected using correlation. Initially, my problem was the BPM is not collecting any payload message such that I always got a checkered flag in SXMB_MONI. My condition in the loop is (Counter not equal to a field value in my payload message). I was changing this condition and performing testing on what went wrong when all of a sudden I got a green flag and it is saying, Message scheduled in outbound side.
Question 1: Can anyone please tell me what is causing the green flag and how can I solve this? I went to SMQ2 and there are nothing listed there.
Question 2: Does anyone know why my condition is not working and that the collectPayload is not collecting as expected?

Thanks for responding.
When I click on SXMB_MONI->PE, instead of going to the Workflow log to check on the technical details, I was rerouted by SAP to qRFC Monitor (Inbound Queue). I am not sure if this would be helpful but when I check the entries in SXMB_MONI, for those entries that are showing a green flag, there is nothing under the Service (Process) column. I was expecting to find my integration process object there.
For the BPM Pattern available in SAP BASIS, I actually copied that object to my software component and from there modified it to suit my needs.
Michal, how do you register queues (basis) in SXMB_ADM ?
Moorthy, I Checked for SXI_CACHE entry for Integration Process and I found my service there with a return code of 99. Can you explain to me what return code 99 means? and if it is a problem how can I solve it to make it Zero(0)?

Green flag to Red flag in SXMB_MONI

Hello experts,
During the FILE -> BPM -> RFC scenario, i use a mapping step to intentionally throw an exception to make application errors visible in the monitoring logs (SXMB_MONI).
This way a red flag on the outbound status field is shown if the condition to execute this mapping is met.
This works well for its intended purpose in a scenario, but doing the same approach for another scenario (everything is done exactly the same way), the second scenario shows a green flag on the outbound status field.
the Greed flag dictates "message is scheduled on the outbound side", once i click the "PE", i can see the queue has failed in the BPM.
I am not clear as to why it displays green flag instead of a red flag. The requirement is to display the red flag. (and so that no queue-clearing is required).
Any ideas on how to achieve this is greatly appreciated.

when i click to the Queue ID, it opens the SMQ2 (qRFC inbound) .. here i can only see 1 LUW displayed, with SYSFAIL status. This is because of the intentional exception thrown via a mapping step.
Instead of failing at the queue (and get a green flag in sxmb_moni), it should show error status in sxmb_moni with red flag in the "outbound status" field.
If i clear this and unlock the queue, the next execution again falls into a failure in queue status (and a green flag in the sxmb_moni).
I appreciate any other ideas.

Messages stuck with green flag A. Status (XI 2.0)

we are running an instance of XI 2.0 and for this interface in particular we are pulling a file off an FTP server via the file adapter and pushing it through to a remotely enabled function which creates a batch session on our SAP R/3 4.6C instance. The interface used to work but we have now changed the name of the function within R/3 then made the corresponding changes in XI. Since we've done this the messages appear to be getting caught up somewhere between XI and R/3. The XI monitor (SXMB_MONI) shows in the A. Status field a green flag. To me this would imply that it is processing on the remote end (R/3) however there has not been any batch session created. This flag remains green indefinately.
I thought it could have something to do with XI caching some old objects so I ran tx SXI_CACHE and did a complete cache refresh (F6). This did not change anything. I have cleared all messages out of the queue using tx SM58. Then after reading another post in this forum I ran tx smq1 and smq2 to clear messages out of there but there was nothing in those queues.
When I push another message through it will sit in SXMB_MONI with the A.Status field having a green flag. Then I look in tx SM58 and find that the status text field displays "Transaction executing" for a very long time. Eventually it changes to "timout during allocate of registered program / CP" but the message is not going through. The only thing that has changed has been the name of the function in R/3.
any thoughts?

under the 'Target System' column in transaction SM58 it says "AI_RFCADAPTER_JCOSERVER". When I test it out it seems to work fine ... no errors.
When I looked at the trace labeled "Adapter_rfc.log" within the adapter engine it lists the following error.

I'm not sure why we get this error. The function template Z_XI_INTERFACE_TEST1 does exist and we were using it before. If I run the interface again this error will no longer appear. It almost seems like it will display only once a day.
any other thoughts?

In SXMB_MONI with(Green Flag) "Message Scheduled Outbound Side" (using BPM)

I had a Scenario where I am using BPM (to collect the Idocs received from Sender SAP R/3 system) and create a File as target structure. But one of the entry i found as (Green Flag) with status "Message Schedule Outbound Side". But the remaining messages are processed successfuly through the same BPM.
I even found that the when i double click on the PE of the "Green flag entry". its leading to "qRFC Monitor(Inbound Queue) with empty entries" instead it should lead me to the workflows Log screen. Since other successfully messages are leading to workflow log when i double click on the PE.
Please let me know your comments on this.

I am getting gray flag in the column (Status - XML Message Status) and green flag in Colum (C- Outbound Status). So this Greem flag itself is creating the problem, because of this itself my messages is not getting processed and not delivered to target system.
I have even checked SXI_CACHE, when i click on the Integration Process-- Right click on my BPM and select the "Activation Log" .. here a message which i had

XI messages status "Message scheduled on outbound side" with Green flag

Dear,
          On My XI system , i have too old messages and i want to clear those.
          In moni messages status is "Message scheduled on outbound side" with Green flag .
         When i am trying to cancel these messages i am getting a popup saying
          "Cannot cancel message because of it's status"
          And there is no queue entries for these messsage on smq1 or smq2 (perhaps deleted by someone)
          I just want to cancel these messages, please tell me if there is any way .

                Problem is somebody has manually deleted entries for these messages from SMQ1 and SMQ2.

BW Queue Status Stopped: SXMB_MONI

Hi
I am passing data from XI to BW into a Data Source via Inbound Proxy. The problem is for some of my messages I get the status as Green Flag(Queue Status- Stop)in SXMB_MONI.
That means all those Messages are not posted to Data source even though they are successfully transferred from XI.
If I manually try to restart them. It says that the message are already scheduled in Queue. But in Queue there is no entry.
Should I regenerate my proxy? Even though out of 10 I still have 6 successful Messages and rest 4 as Queue status stopped.
Can anyone suggest what can be the problem?

is there any trasaction in BW where you can register your Queues. somthing like sxmb_Adm--> register Queues...
B'cos this was the same problem that i encountered when i was using another client(105) in XI-IS when executing server proxies. Then the queues in the client system were not registered.
so check if there is any place in BW system where you can register the queues.

      How to remove all message in Integration server. So that i could not see any message integration server(sxmb_moni, message monitoring(rwb).
         Unfortunately i changed system date, After that one, If i send any idoc from sap-r/3 to xi then all messages are showing the status as scheduled( green flag). How can see this message status as processed successfully(black).
        In Configuration time(ID), I have exported one configuration scenario(xyz). after this i have removed this configuration scenario. Now I moved the configuration scenario (.tpz file) from export directory to import directory. After this, i created one new configuration scenario and saved it. Now i would like to import the (xyz) configuration scenario in it. while importing that scenario. i have faced this problem.

Exporting IR Objects - Select the SWCV and Right Click Export
here you can select individula namespace or whole swcv or individual objects also.
after exported objects you can find the .tpz file in below path.
usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\global\xi\repository_server\export (Physical XI server path)
Importing IR objects - before importing IR objects you need to Import SLD part then import the relevant SWCV. (Copy the .tpz from export location and import the import location)
Please find the below path Importing IR objects.

Exporting ID objects :
     Select the configuration scenario export . Please find the path for ID.

then import the .tpx into ID.

Green flag in BW proxy

Hello,
I have scenario from file to BW proxy.
Sometimes when I sent files, in XI in TOC SXMB_MONI the flag is black and white
but in BW in SXMB_MONI the flag is green.
After I sent the files more times in the next lines the flag is black and white.
Any idea?

Messages in Schedule status in SXMB_MONI and going into queue in SMQ2.

Hi Experts,
All messages in XI going to schedule status in SXMB_MONI. When i check in SMQ2 to release after some time the messages are going to "SYSFAIL (Time limit exceeded)" status.
When i double click on the message in SXMB_MONI, the system is going to "Runtime Error (TIME_OUT)".
Could anyone please help me how to fix this issue.

Green flag: scheduled for outbound processing

We had some network connection problem.Outcome was that in SXI_MONI ,there were some
red color flags,single rectangles,green flags.
Firstly i restarted red color flag,secondly i restarted single rectangles.In this way,first two issues got resolved.
Third problem was "scheduled for outbound processing" ie green flags.
Fo this , i decided to fiest relate how many actual idocs are posted to destination.While i was going with htis activity.
automatically after two hours green flags got processed.
So what does this means ,that green color flag is scheduled to run later and an XI consultant needn;t work on this part ?

I feel registrations should be one time activity, ideally speaking.The queue cannot come into picture if it was not registered.
Now i a queue is stuck due to network disconnect( i am referring to only and only network disconnect) here.I do not mean any message mapping failure and i do not mean any udf error or something.
So if a queue is stuck due to a netwrk disconnect,plz guide me witha solution.What i came acroos i just mentioned.
As what u r saying that we need to register/deregister queus.Kindly justify this article then as given in subject.
You may correct spelling of technical.I did so to avoid this site filter.

Outlook Follow Up Flag Status

Hi,
Is there any way to track or find out the flag status details?
e.g. email flags time, when enable for flag?
Our user encounter email flag for follow up itself.
Is that any possibility on corrupted?

Sorry for the delay. I haven't found a way to check when a message is flagged for follow up.
However, there are some reasons that messages get flagged itself.
Please first make sure the user didn't create any rule to flag emails automatically.
In addition, the sender can also flag emails for the recipient. When the message is flagged by the sender, it will display an icon after the email (in Outlook 2013).
If you installed any third-party add-in which may affect Outlook behavior, please disable it to check if the problem still persists.
