GREP advice please

Question

I am new to GREP. I need to be able to adapt a GREP code I googled.
It is  \[\w{4,20}\]
This is an example text
[Stockholm] [New York] Paris [London]
By using
\[\w{4,20}\]
in GREP find/change
I can find [Stockholm] and [London] so I can apply formatting there but it misses New York becase thats two words. In my example I want a GREP statement that will find [Stockholm] +  [New York] + [London] for formatting (but omit Paris).
Note that I actually have sets of 10-20 words in brackets, new york was just an easier example to cite here.
If I can also remove the square brackets at the same time it would be a help but I can get those anyway with a normal Find/Change after.
Can anyone help me?

Try this GREP search:
Find: \[([\w\s]+)\]
Change: $1
(Add your formatting in 'Change Format')
It will match any alphabetic character (including spaces) between brackets and replace that with the same text, except for the brackets.
As for the case of "Paris", I see in your sample text that it is not between brackets, so the expression won't toch it. If that is not the case always, please let us know.
