Grey 'mist' on my objects

Hello I have some objects and they have to be black. But if I set te color to #000000 I get some grey color.
can someone tell me how I can remove this ?

You can not insert a section break into a textbox.
You appear to have a lot of objects with wrap set, that once you take them out of the flow of text (by sending them to the background) causes the text to reflow and contract into fewer pages. Pages is almost unique in the way it forms up pages in Word Processing mode only so long as there is text on them.
I suspect you probably have hammered away at returns, spaces and tabs as well to position things, which only works to add to the mess.

PS There is quite a lot of programming in OSX that is far from "intuitive". Pages is easy at one level, when using the templates, otherwise it can be quite frustrating.

Resizing grouped objects keynote

In keynote I would like to be able to resize grouped objects without maintaining proportionality - is this possible?
The "Constrain Proportions" button is greyed out for grouped objects for me.
I'm using version 6.2

Why can't I resize grouped objects in the new Keynote without constraining proportions
The only people who can give an informed answer are the Apple engineers, however they don't post in the user to user community.
Keynote 5.3 certainly could do this, but the latest version of Keynote is a completely separate application with different tools and features and file format.

Please check SAP note 331416 - CO line item reports: EXIT_SAPLKAEP_009. This will help to find out whether your system has specific coding activated. Point 3 in note is as follows:-
3. All users may change all layout/display variants in the standard setting.You should now change this so that only the user 'THE_BOSS' has the authorization to make changes.All other users should only be allowed to change user-defined variants/layouts.
              Solution:parameter I_SAVE is responsible for the control of the variant/layout maintenance. Its characteristic values are:
a) ' ' = display variants cannot be saved
b) 'X' = standard save, user-specific saving is not possible
c) 'U' = only user-specific saving
d) 'A' = standard and user-specific saving
              In the standard system, I_SAVE = 'A'. You have to set this to 'U' for all users except for 'THE_BOSS'.Also refer to Note 310293 regarding this problem.

How do you ungroup or expand a pie chart in Adobe Illustrator CS6?

How do you ungroup or expand a pie chart in Adobe Illustrator CS6? This functionality seems to have been removed. Say I'd like to remove the legend: before, I could ungroup the chart, release its link to the data, and then delete the legend with my white mouse. Object > Expand no longer works either. This is supremely frustrating.

In the end, I closed the dialogue box that shows the data, and was able to choose Object > Ungroup. Then it prompted me saying: "The selection contains a graph. After a graph is ungrouped you will no longer be able to access its graph style, its data or change its graph designs." - Which is what I was looking for. So in short, when the data is open, everything under Object will be greyed out. Additionally, Object > Expand no longer works in CS6.
As a note, before I figured all this out, I resorted to a quick clipping mask to get rid of the legend, since selecting with the direct selection tool (A) and deleting was met with a 'you can't do that' prompt. That worked nicely, and kept the data.

Schema binding, add new subform instance

I'm creating a fairly simple form which has an unknown amount of grouped entries. I made a data connection to my schema and used "Generate Fields" to bring the fields into the document bound to the schema.
If I do this multiple times using each instance as a subform I can get a nice xml doc out of it ripe for digestion like so:

However, I don't know how many entries the client will be adding so I want to have a button that adds a new instance of the bound data as done manually before. I have been able to prove the concept with a static subform using _Subform1.addInstance(1) on a button.
When I try to apply it to the bound data subform, nothing happens, no error, no new instance. Also the Repeat Subform for Each Data Item area is greyed out in the Object Binding for the Schema-ed subform.
Does anyone have an idea about what's going wrong here?

Few things to check here.
1) The parent subform needs to be set to Flowed. Then you should get the Repeat Subform for Each Data Item enabled for you.
2) The form should be saved as dynamic.

How can I have my 21.5-inch iMac replaced?

In October last year, I decided to buy a 21.5-inch iMac, but I have had a few problems since receiving it in November last year.
Firstly, about a month after receiving the iMac, my son noticed a grey "mist" forming underneath the glass display. Due to it being beneath the glass, I was unable to clean it. I took it to an Apple Store where they removed the display and explained that it was caused by my partner and myself smoking around it. Since we discover that smoking had caused the "mist", we have had a total ban on smoking in our home, but I have recently noticed that a "mist" seems to be forming underneath the screen again. Only this time I do not know how nor why.
Additionally, we are unable to play DVDs on the iMac. During some DVDs, the DVD Player application becomes unresponsive and displays the "skipping over damaged content" message, and other DVDs are ejected a few seconds after being inserted. Strangely enough, CDs seem to work without any problem. There is no issue with any of the DVDs as they are all in perfect condition, undamaged and work on other DVD players in our home. I have read online that if the iMac is still under warranty, I should be able to have the SuperDrive replaced, and that may fix the problem.
However, since I am still having issues with the reoccurring "mist" under the display, despite having had the problem "fixed" and taking precautions to prevent it from happening again, I would prefer to have the iMac replaced. There is no issue with content on the hard-drive as it is relatively new. I would also like to mention that when we received it, there was a "dead-pixel" in the centre of the display that is still present and does bother me when using it.
I am happy I brought it as it is a very good computer, but these small faults are very annoying and are ruining our experience with owning an iMac. I was wondering if someone could perhaps advise me on what to do? It is still under the one-year limited warranty, and I have an AppleCare Protection Plan, but I have yet to register it incase I have my iMac replaced, or would the AppleCare Protection Plan be transferred to the new iMac if it is replaced?

The "mist" is like a greyish tar on the underside of the glass. It extends from the far left corner with a radius of approximately 5-inches. It is located only on the left of the display and is visible when the iMac is switched off, and when the iMac is switched on. When switched on, the "mist" is not as visible, but it dilutes the colours of the pixels, thus making it visible. The coloration of the pixels in the "misted" area appears less saturated, with some small areas appearing almost black-and-white.
This "mist", as I have described it is very much a problem. Over time, it appears to be moving down the display towards the bottom left corner.

As the anti-smoking people will point out at every turn, that stuff gets into EVERYTHING, and you'll never get rid of all of it. It's like the joke about Indian food, and how you have to burn the house down to get rid of the smell.
The "mist" is likely remnants of the tar from the cigarettes. It doesn't matter if you're smoking outside or 10 miles away, it will get on your hands, in your clothes, you'll even exude it from your skin. It could also be that this is just whatever managed to get into the system before you took it in to be cleaned off the first time. It may take a few more cleanings before it's more or less gone. You will probably never be completely rid of it, but the problem will likely decrease in frequency if you continue to smoke elsewhere.
Personally, I wouldn't push this issue too much. They probably would have been well within reason to just void your warranty when you took it in the first time. They didn't so, take that as a gift. You keep pushing the replacement idea, you may find you run into someone who has no problem just saying that you've damaged the system, and refuse to service it.
Now, the DVD thing could also be a result of you having smoked in the house. That tar and other garbage in cigarettes is just as bad for electronics as it is your lungs. It will have a way of coating, and sticking, to things where you don't want it coating or sticking. Like the lens that focuses the laser to read DVDs. That has to be very precisely calibrated for it to work. Anything that messes with the focusing of that laser is not good.
However, since you have other devices that work, and presumably have been exposed to the environment of your home for far longer, you probably just have a bad drive, and you can get that replaced. You can also ask them nicely to clean off the glass again since they have to take it off to replace the drive. But I would not take my chances if they give you any kind of resistance to that idea. You can go on all you want about how unfair you think it is, but unless you're willing to take it to court, where your odds of success are probably pretty low... Unfair or not, that's how it is.
The AppleCare plan I'm torn on. Normally I'm all for this, but I'd hate to see you end up wasting your money because they decide that the effects of smoking are the cause of the damage, and thus lumped in with things like liquid damage. I'd call Apple's AppleCare department, decline to give the serial number for your system, and just ask them what their policy is on smoking related incidents as far as warranty claims go. Then you can make a decision about whether or not you want to return the AppleCare package for a refund, and your system won't necessarily be flagged, unless they do it at the store.

Transparent graphic not completely transparent

I have a line graph on which a gradient arc has been built in the lower left corner. This was in a Freehand file (created by a coworker) I've imported into Illustrator CS2 and am updating.
In this file I am importing a graphic from Photoshop that has a transparent background.
The entire graph, including the line and type shows through the transparent background of the imported graphic.
But the areas of the gradient arc under the imported graphic show a white box where the transparent background should be. If I move the graphic with the transparent background to the back, the gradient arc covers it.
When this graphic is selected, clipping path is greyed out under the Object menu.
How do I get the gradient arc to show through the transparent areas of the graphic?

Here are the screenshots. As you see, the skull graphic is transparent to all but the green-shaded arc.

CS5.5 Removing Offline Filters

I have a project which has several clips using a video effect I no longer have on my new system. When I load the project the effects tab on the timeline for each clip shows this missing plug in as Offline Filter, and I want to just clear it or delete it, the offline filter reference in the effects for this clip in the timeline. Problem is the delete key does nothing and the clear option is greyed out. It complains when I load the project about missing video filters/plugin, and the clips dont need this plug in anymore, but I can't seem to delete the reference to the missing plug in from the clip itself.
Best I can come up with is delete the clip, then re-add it but this is VERY tedious, there are a LOT of projects like this with many many clips in them.
Is there some way for me to delete references to offline/missing plug ins for my clips in CS 5.5

In many of my clips I now notice there are TWO Offline (filter unavailable) entries in the Video Effects are of the Effect Controls panel. This is a project that originated in Premiere ELements and was then imported into CS5 and now into CS 5.5. I never cleaned up the Offline stuff in CS5.
When I right click on clips in the timeline a greyed out effect called Object Tracking appears between ProcAmp and Motion. Maybe this is from Premiere Elements somehow and cannot be removed?
One of the Offline (filter unavailable) entries DOES let me delete it as normal. The other is right underneath ProcAmp and Above Motion, and it will NOT let me do anything with that one.
So one of the two Offline (filter unavailable) effects is acting normal, but the one below Procamp and Above Motion in the Video Effects list won't let me remove it. Is this some holdover from Premiere Elements that I cant get rid of?

i only can search for new pages and open them, but cant scroll through the page or open links

Dynamically adding a table at runtime

I would like to create a table in a form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer and give the end user the ability create multiple instances of that table at runtime. I have figured out how to dynamically add rows using buttons. I would like to be able to do the same with the entire table. I tried wrapping the table in a subform and then allowing repeat table for each data item. But this was greyed out in the object properties box. Any suggestions would be helpful

Spot Removal Action Fails

I am attempting to follow along with the Photoshop video tutorials using the red lighthouse photo. In the video the instructor clicks the object to be removed, it briefly shows a dark grey field in the affected area when he clicks and the spot is removed. When I clicked the object to follow along with the video I get a red field in the affected area when I click and the spot remains. I have absolutely no clue as to what is going wrong. I downloaded the trial which I understand to be identical to the full version freshly last night. I find the lack of feedback by the software to indicate what is wrong unhelpful and don't know how to proceed. Where do I go from here?

I appreciate the effort you took to respond to my question. I have clicked the same things the video tutorial have told me to as far as I can tell. In the video you created the circle moves over the object you wish to move, then when you click it turns dark grey then the offending object disappears. For me it turns red instead and no change is made. In the layers area where you have 2 layers, layer 1 and background I have just one, Layer 0. That matches what is displayed in the video (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/learn/start/photoshop.html - second video about 1:40).
There may be another difference between my interface and what is shown in the video but as far as I can tell they are identical. The only change I have made is that I have changed the size of the brush to 88px in order to properly encompass the object (the spot to the left of center in the clouds).

Solution
Implement the attached program corrections
Then go to Transaction SW01 (Business Object Builder), enter BUS1059 as the object type, click Change, and make the following changes:
Navigate to Methods -> RevenueType.Display, press F2 to select it, and go to the 'ABAP' tab page: Select the 'Transaction' radio button, enter the name as KA03, and click 'Save'
Navigate to Attributes -> Attribute properties, select the 'Mandatory' checkbox, and click 'Save'
Then change the release status by navigating as follows:
Edit -> Change Release Status -> Object Type -> To implemented
Edit -> Change Release Status -> Object Type -> To released
Then double-click BUS1059 (or select using F2) in SWO1 to reach the 'General' tab page, which should appear as follows:

Disable/Grey out a row in ABAP Objects

HI,
I have a reqmt where in which in the report -
when check box display BOM is checked only BOM components needs to be displayed in the output but should not allow user to select the row and make changes by pressing anybutton.
The display rows should get greyed out. How to achieve this functionality thru ABAP objects.

Open the particular page , and select dynamic navigation (from the right hand side corner Display drop down menu ) .
U will get all the links which r there in the detailed navigation.
and uncheck the visible property .
