Group tabs name no longer displays in taskbar

I just updated Firefox again to 11.0. Before the previous update, all my group tab names would appear in the taskbar, also at the upper left after the Firefox symbol. Now they don't, just whatever tab happens to be up in that group, but the group is still named. How do I get it to work so that the tab groups name appears in the taskbar rather than the name of the page that was last looked at?

I have a similar problem. My Group Tab Names would appear as the name in the window title bar (I don't need the name of the tab as I have the tab for that), but after the latest update the Group Tab Name does not display as the window name (the current tab name is the title of the window) and I have to go digging for my Group Tab Names. This is a really pain that I lost the nice feature of finding the Group Tab using the window title. I hope some how we can get this back.

Appraisal document tab name appear more than one

Dear Experts,
We are currently upgrading our EHP4 to EHP6.
We discover issue where appraisal tab name has been display more than one time in portal. Upon debugging, there was standard table lead to this issue as below :

can you show me the screen, what it looks like do you have any enhancements or modification in system?HAP_DOCUMENT_BODY typically with the new rendering with EHP6. The first occurence is the title of the block and the second the name of the element. option for you to change the configuration of the element in the template, so that only the description is displayed in the Web-Layout instead of the name. This could be a workaround, as then only the block title would display the name of the element.

IPad can find cellular connection settings no longer displays View Account Tab

yesterday iPad could not find cellular data connection...Settings under cellular data no longer displayed View Account tab. (Image below is from my older iPad to show what is missing on newer one with the issue.)
iPad then displayed notification that it could not connect to cellular data and said to restore iPad.
I tried to restore via cable to iTunes on home iMac. All attempts failed.
By the way I checked the AT&T Accout which is a grandfathered "unlimited" act that is current and up-to-date

I would take the SIM out and then reinsert it. Next I would restore from backup. Lastly I would restore to factory new to see if it works in that condition before you add things to the iPad.

Use Finder and search for 'Microsoft Word'. If it shows up, launch it from Finder and when it appears in Dock, right click the icon and select Options > Keep in dock.
If finder does not find Word it has somehow been deleted.

How to get current tab name or tab id or related info?

I would like to hide/show tabs according to users' page privileges list. So I need get current tab ID or tab Name in runtime environment to know if show/hide it for current user. :APP_USER

Windows Explorer no longer displays the LAN computers

I use Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 64 bit, I'm in
a local area network (peer to peer), I not do use the homegroup service and I have no
firewall/antivirus activated.
Now, I have a computer that has problems of
resource sharing:
1) When opening Windows Explorer from
this computer, the LAN computers are no longer
displayed. If I access these computers
via \\<Computer-Name>, I see
only their resources but I do not see
their shared folders. How come?
2) All the resources shared
on this machine are no longer accessible to
other computers. How come?

Hi,
This behavior may also be caused by following factors:
•NetBIOS over TCP/IP is not turned on (enabled).
•The Computer Browser service is not started or is turned off.
•Then File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks is corrupted.
Please follow these steps to check these factors:
Step 1: Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP
1.Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Network and Internet Connections.
2.Right-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties.
3.Click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click Properties.
5.Click the General tab, and then click Advanced.
6.Click the WINS tab.
7.Under NetBIOS setting, click Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP, and then click OK two times.
8.Click Close to close the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box.
9.Close the Network Connections window.
Step 2: Start the Computer Browser service
1.Click Start, type services in Search box, and then click Services.
2.On the right side, right-click Computer Browser, and then click Restart.
3.Close the Service window.
Step 3: Install File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks
1.Click Start, click Run, type ncpa.cpl, and then click OK.
2.Right-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties.
3.Highlight File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks, and then click uninstall.
4.Repeat above steps and check on File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks to install this item again.
If the issue still persists, please post back the error message when you try to access the shared folder or files.

Getting tab name or tab id or tab label at runtime

Hi All,
I think the answer is "no" but I'm going to ask anyway just in case I missed something.
I am designing some authorization schemes for my application. The context behind the design is this:
1. Two-level tabs application.
2. Access is stored in a table where an assignment between a level 2 tab is assigned to a user (well, it's really assigned to groups of users but that's not that important for this question). The level 2 tab is assigned via a select-list LOV defined as:

So I store the TAB_ID of the 2nd level tab and it's assigned to groups of users.
So what I'd like is this at runtime:
1. For page-level security, I read the Apex data dictionary and pass APP_PAGE_ID to a function that reads the page number. I traverse the tab hierarchy in APEX_APPLICATION_TABS to see if the APP_PAGE_ID resides in TAB_PAGE or TAB_ALSO_CURRENT_FOR_PAGES to get the TAB_ID. Then I check my own assignment table to see if that TAB_ID is accessible to the user. If so, return TRUE, else, return FALSE. This is working wonderfully and isn't a problem...at runtime if I navigate to a page that is on a 2nd level tab and I don't have access to the page, the security scheme errors (correctly).
2. For tab-level security, I want that at the parent tab level that if the user has access to one or more of the 2nd level child tabs, display the parent tab.
3. For tab-level security, if the user is on a parent tab (because he/she has access to at least one child tab), only show the child tabs to which they have access.
Now the problem(s). The thing is that the user sees the tabs before they navigate to them (#2 and #3 I don't have working right now) and I want to hide them if they don't have access.
For example, let's say my parent tabs are A, B, and C. Child tabs are A1, A2, A3 underneath A. B1, B2, B3 underneath B. C1, C2, and C3 underneath C.
Let's say everything in A and underneath A (so A1, A2, and A3) are available to anyone who has a login to the application. No problem there.
Then, let's say most or all users have access to B1 but fewer users have access to B2 and B3. What I want is that if anything from B is available to a user, show parent tab B. If the user clicks on parent tab B, then show B1, B2, and B3 but only show the tabs to which they have access (so if they have access to B1 and B2 but not B3, do not display B3).
Then, let's say C is a very powerful administrative tab and very few people have access to it. I want to not-show C at all for people who do not have any access to C1, C2, or C3.
The problem I have at runtime is that I cannot find a way for a tab to pass information about itself when the tab is about to paint (or not-paint). The only variable or substitution string at runtime that I can find to reference about a tab is "CURRENT_PARENT_TAB_TEXT". However this gives me only information about the parent tab's text of the parent tab that has focus right now; each parent tab cannot pass it's own info until I navigate there. I need to get that information w/o navigating to the tab first so that I can determine to show/hide the tab. Does that make sense? In other words, at runtime, I log into the system and let's say I'm not very powerful and should only be on tabs A1, A2, and A3 under A. I log in, I land on A1, and I can see A2 and A3 (good), but also I can see parent tabs B and C poking up there too. CURRENT_PARENT_TAB_TEXT does not resolve to B or C (it currently resolves to A) until I actually try to click on B or C. I need to hide B or C before the user clicks.
Yes I can do it if I hard-code the name of the tab in a security boolean function, but I would have to have as many authorization schemes as I have tabs. This is why I want just one tab-level scheme where I pass the tab name or ID at runtime dynamically but I can't seem to reference it.
Over in the template for two-level tabls I see #TAB_LABEL#, #TAB_NAME#, #TAB_ID#, and #TAB_LINK#. These don't seem to be available to PL/SQL to pass at runtime to a PL/SQL function. If they could, this would be my answer.
Any other options or am I stuck on this one?
BTW...we are on version 3.2 of Apex and going to version 4 soon. If something is available in 4 for this that helps, I can do it then.

Name attribute to display in management dialogs

Is is possible to choose a different name attribute to display in directory management dialogs? For example, when you click the 'members' tab of the group properties dialog, can I see something besides the RDN (e.g. displayName) displayed in the
'name' column? Or even just when listing all of the accounts in an ou.

According to your description, you would like to midify the Name's display content when you click the tab of directory management dialogs. Right?
Based on my knowledge, the display content of each attribute is corresponding to the Tab, and it is designed user-friendly. In my personally opinion, it is not a good method to modify this design. You could tell us why you would do this, and it is helpful
to provide more useful suggestions for us.

E66 where have contact groups tabs gone ??!

On my good old 7650 and N95 there were contact groups tabs in the "constacts". It was possible to browse only groups and select the contacts belonging only to the particular group.
On E66 all contacts along with all groups are dumped into a single list. My old trick with selecting group name starting with "_", like "_group1", "_group2" in order to have them on the top of the list doesnt work any longer either.
And how am I suposed now to navigate through a list of more than 100 contacts, with half of them on languages not supported (of cause) by the phone ???
The commucator UI leaves the impression of a raw **bleep** that somehow works, not mentioning the fact that the PC suite crashes trying to import textual CSV-file with contacts and looks like someone has stolen icons from the late Borland C++...

Open Contacts go to Contacts>Preferences>Template>Add A Field>Related Names

Any way to group tabs?

This may not be a question as much as a feature request. But I was wondering if Firefox will ever have a way of grouping tabs (similar to grouping bookmarks in folders). I keep a lot of tabs open, such as forum topics that I refresh and watch constantly. It would help to be able to group them so they won't make the entire tab bar so long.
You could drag a tab over another to turn them into a group (and add more tabs by dragging them onto that group). One could then hover over the group to see the list of tabs in it. This would be very helpful, so I hope it may happen soon. Thank you.

Thank you! That is similar to what I had in mind. My idea was showing groups as normal tabs on the tab bar (like how the Windows taskbar groups windows), so you wouldn't have to click and go somewhere else to switch them. Of course that's not a problem at all, and the system in version 4 looks even better than that. Can't wait :)

7961GE Hunt Group ringing name

Our shop has been exclusively 7961Gs for 7 years now. We recently purchased some 7961GEs and are noticing that when a phone is part of a Hunt Group, the Hunt Group no longer displays on the inbound call. On the 7961Gs it would say the From: <Caller> For: <Hunt Group> .
Our Help Desk personnel love the 1Gbit speed, but hate not knowing if the incoming call is for them or the Help Desk.

[SOLVED] Reverting Guake terminal tab names back to 'Terminal #'

The new version of Guake (0.4.3) implemented 'Better Tab Titling'. This means that instead of a new tab name being 'Terminal #' (where # is an auto incrementing integer), it instead forced the title to be equal to the VTE prompt.
My issues were that there was no way to set a preference to switch back (as I prefer the simple tab name) and that tab names could/would take a very large amount of space (as it would put my whole username@server:/path/to/where/i/am/at).
So I figured out how to fix and thought I'd share in case anyone else would like to switch back:
NOTE: I believe python is spacing-sensitive (please correct me if I'm wrong). All the lines (added/edited) are indented 8 spaces.
edit /usr/bin/guake

after that line, add:

I have been using Guake for years and I think the tab bar is in the way. I disabled it a very long time ago and didn't look back.
Here are the shortcuts that I use:
"~" to toggle it.
Ctrl+T for a new tab (just like in Firefox, Chromium).
F1 and F2 for next and previous tab.
F3 close tab.
Basically, I don't need more than two tabs at a time; three tops, in very rare cases.

As you want to see "Excise "Tab in MIGO while displaying material document in MIGO t.code, 1st check do you have authorization to view Excise document, If yes, You can view the excise details in MIGO t.code.
2ndly check, During goods receipt , did the excise duties are captured in MIGO t.code.If yes , you can view all details if you have authorization.
Also check did that material which is excisable have CIN master data in J1ID t.code.
NOTE: To capture excise duties in t.code:MIGO, you need to do following settings:(check did you have such in your system,,,)
Select check boxes of "EI capture" & "Post EI in MIGO" in MIGO Settings segment in Maintaining Excise Group setting in following path:
SPRO --- >Logistics general - > tax on Goods Movements- >India --- >Basic setting --- >Maintain Excise Groups
Also set entry of 101 Movement Type for capturing Excise Duties in following path:
SPRO --- >Logistics general - > tax on Goods Movements- >India - >Business Transactions->Specify Which Movement Types Involve Excise Invoices
