Group together valuation areas??

Dear All,
thru spromm-valuation and account assignment-account determination-account determination without wizard-group together valuation areas-->
here i want to manually enter valuation area company code,chart of accounts.How willbe it possible?since there is no new entries icon here.
If it is not possible then how come the already assigned values have been populated here?

Please check if you have assigned Valuation grouping code to the Plant to which the G/L account is not determined, then in OBYC also you need to maintain the Valuation grouping code.
If valuation grouping code assigned to plant, then the combintaion in OBYC will be
Valuation grouping code - General modifier(VBR) - Valuation class - G/L account
If Valuation Grouping code not assigned (Blank) & valuation grouping is activated the
Valuation grouping code (Blank) - General modifier(VBR) - Valuation class - G/L account

Dear Feiends,
I have configured plant for service procurement (account assgnmnt –K).
Now I dont want that plant so instead of deleting full plant i have just deleted setting ‘Account
determination >group together valuation areas’ removed valuation grouping
code from valuation area (val area is plant)
Now when me do PO for that plant system allows me GR for that plant.
Actually system should not allow it. Am I right?

I wan tto know what is mean by Valuation grouping code in our system for all valuation area it is 0001 can we create seperate account determination for different plant to same company code or for one company we can create only one account determination process.

The account determination can be done at sprommvaluation and account assignment ---account dtermination ---with out wizard.
The valuation grouping code makes it easier to set automatic account determination. Within the chart of accounts, you assign the same valuation grouping code to the valuation areas you want to assign to the same account.
Valuation grouping codes either reflect a fine distinction within a chart of accounts or they correspond to a chart of accounts.
Within a chart of accounts, you can use the valuation grouping code
Example:
The valuation areas 0001 and 0002 are assigned to company codes which use the same chart of accounts. For both valuation areas, however, you would like to define a different account determination.
You must assign different valuation grouping codes (for example, 0011 and 0022) to both valuation areas
Example:
Valuation areas 0003 and 0004 are assigned to company codes which use the same chart of accounts. Account assignment for both valuation areas should be similar.
You assign the same valuation grouping code (for example, 0033) to both valuation areas. Thus, you only have to define account assignment for both valuation areas once.

The moment you create the Plant in Enterprise structure it will populate here
you can not create here.

Valuation area not define in STO

Hi experts,
When we create STO, It said valuation area not defined.
I checked the spro, the plant has assigned to company code, and in valuation assignment , I have assigned the business area.
but in T001K, it really doesn;'t have valuation content.
So where I shoud assign the valuation area? I just use same valuation area for plant A and pant B.

Hi Alice,
You never define the valuation area,
You Define "Valuation Control", Valuation area cld be at the Plant Level or may be at the company code Level.
Generally it is kept at the Plant level only.
Path for this is:-
IMG>Materials Management>Valuation and Account Assignment>Account Determination>Account Determination Without Wizard-->Define Valuation Control.
then you group together the valuation areas (Plant) in a Valuation Grouping Code, Same Path with-->Group Together Valuation Areas
and after this you do all the configurations based on the valuation grouping code.
Valuation grouping code is actually a logical entry.
this you do to avoid the repetitive job of doing valuation for each plant if you have more no. of plants.
In your case may be no valuation grouping code is assigned to your plant.

Assign update types to Posting Specification under valuation area

Hi Friends,
Under account determiination , in Dialog structure ( left side), there are two area for ' ASSIGN UPDATE TYPES TO POSTING SPEC ' . I had to make assignment in both the area for spot transactions FX for posting spec 11100 & 11200 and update types FX1000+ and FX2000-.
But the one grouped under 'Valuation area' is not required I think. Pl let me know if i have missed some settings. that the system is asking me to do assignment in BOTH places.

Hi,
Normally, we customize system with single valuation area (Operative) only. You need to complete customization in Valuation area category if you are maintaining multiple valuation area under single legal entity. In case of multiple valuation area settings, it is better to give account determination setting too seperately for all VA. Generally, parallel valuation may have very few accounting like MTM valuation etc, else all update type with parallel valuation can be marked "Not relevant for positng"

4.When I send an email to some one, a copy of that email is sometimes sent to me?? - this confuses my and make me think I by accident sent it to myself, but when I check it in the SENT box, it the correct recipient's name was used. How to fix this mystery?

Click the View menu in the Mail menu bar and uncheck Organize by Conversation.

I have two albums (RCA Sweeny Todd 2 discs set and RCA Into the Woods 1 disc) where the songs are listed as being on the same album on the list view, but do not group together on the iPod, so the songs can't play consecutively, or in the proper order.

UPDATE: This behavior (to an extent) still happens when "Repeat Album" is off. Instead of an infinite loop, it goes through all the tracks on the album (unsuccessfully) and kicks me out to the Album overview screen. Going back to list of Albums and tapping the Album again brings up "No Content: You can download music from the iTunes Store" but that screen immediately kicks me back to list of Albums.
So I am just even more confused now.

JPG and RAW files are not grouped together.

I am finding that my RAW and JPG files are not grouped together. They show up on the Grid View as JPG for the JPG file and RAW + JPG for the NEF(RAW) file. This does not seem to be consistent through out the folder. Some of the pictures are grouped together and others are not. The ones that are not grouped together have been auto-stacked and then unstacked. I am not sure if this is what caused the seperation of JPG and RAW files. I did try to take a picture that I had auto-stacked it and then remove it and it did not sepearate. The "Treat JPG files next to raw files as seperate photos" option is turned off, like it is in my Lightroom 3.

This is what I'm talking about:

In the Import Dialog:
Where are the files?
If I click on the Folder 2014_12_14... all the files from all folders will populate.

Episodes from the same TV show are not grouped together

Hello,
I've a cousin from the states staying with me who has no forum membership so this question is from her.
When viewing the iTunes TV Library on her MacBook, episodes from the same TV show [Journeyman] are not grouped together under the same album art even though the info on them is exactly the same except for the episode title.
While I'm here, will the Irish store ever get TV?

Have they already completed download? If not, let them finish and then see if they are, in fact, the same episode. You may also want to check your purchase history to make sure the episode was not accidentally purchase twice:

I was trying to move several albums onto a USB drive and it stated all other files exist at this location. They are pictures taken at different times and have the same number I guess.

In iPhoto albums may contain photos with the same file name - iPhoto handles that just fine
If you are exporting them to move somewhere else use the sequential file name feature of export to give each file a unique name

How to group together same field values in a internal table.

Case:1
Using AUFNR, i am retrieving data from RESB table.
Fields (RSPOS, ALPGR, ALPRF,KZAUS, MATNR).
If RESB-ALPGR (Alternate material group) is not initial, sort those values with ALPFR (Priority) after that group together same ALPGR values.
1) Top most priority (ALPRF) value MATNR populate to IDOC field.
2). Next top priority (ALPRF) value MATNR populate to IDOC field.
Case2:
using AUFNR, check RESB-KZAUS if it has a value '1'.
then, check to see if there are RESB-RSPOS that has the same (repeated RSPOS values) Ex: RSPOS value 0002,0002.
if yes, place the first RSPOS with KZAUS = 1. MATNR move to IDOC next RSPOS-MATNR value move to IDOC field.

Hi,
You have two options to check:
Option---1: You defined your plant ( in t.code:OX10) and if then copy from existing plant(ex. 0001 0r 1000),check the plant not assigned to company code properly .Now assign in t.code OX18 and also check the table T001K after this configuration.
Option---2: Use t-code: OMWD, check whether your new plant ( valuation area) is assigned to valuation grouping code . If not assign the same .
Now try creating PO.

Can't move all the elements in a group together.

Hello,
I'm trying to do a very basic thing here. I would like to just put all the elements in my bicycle drawing in a group, and then move it left to right. I know how to move it and animate it, and I thought I knew how to put all the elements in the group - but when I try to move it, as you can see by the attached pictures, it strips the frame from the wheels. Everything in the drawing is in a group.
The only thing that might be causing trouble is that each wheel is its own group and they are animated with the "spin" behavior. So it will look like the bike is moving and the wheels are turning. But both "wheel" groups are in the bike group, so shouldn't it all move together?

Sorry it hasn't worked out for you. I threw together a simple project that uses rectangles to represent your Bike and wheel groups. They all animate across the canvas in the bike group and the wheels rotate. I have attached screen shots so you can see how they are constructed.
This image showsthe bike group where the orange rectangle and green circle represent the frame. The white rectangles represent wheels and the green and red rectangles I threw in to represent a wheel that has multiple objects in its group as your wheels do.
Here the animation across the screen has started and notice all wheels rotating and staying with the frame.
Again a little further down the timeline.
I put this one in so you could see the group bounding box around the red and green wheel Good luck with your restart on this project and I hope these screen shots are helpful.
