Grouping using cl_salv_hierseq_table

Dear All,
Using the class cl_salv_hierseq_table how can I use grouping like below:
Country
Customer No. Customer Name
Customer No. Part Id Part Quantity Rate
Hierachy can be done using Bind (on KUNNR), but how to group them using one more level by Country?

FieldPoint Explorer is no longer used to configure FieldPoint systems. However, I do not think that the configuring your system in FieldPoint Explorer is causing the error.
FieldPoint systems are now setup in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX). Information on setting up FieldPoint systems in MAX can be found in the MAX help under: Installed Products>> FieldPoint. Also, I recommend upgrading to the latest FieldPoint driver and version of MAX. The FieldPoint VI's will be slightly different when you upgrade, so there is a good chance that this will eliminate the error.

Hi techs please guide me how to create failover resource group in nongloablzones.
I'm getting error while creating resource group using non-globalzones.
My setup:
I have two node cluster running sun cluster 3.2 configured and running properly.
node1: sun5
nide2: sun8
I have create non-globalzone "zone1" in node:sun5
I have create non-globalzone "zone2" in node:sun8
node:sun5# clrg create -n sun5:zone1,sun8:zone2 zonerg
*(C160082) WARNING: one or more zones in the node list have never been fully booted in the cluster mode,verify that correct zone name was entered.*
kindly guide me how to create Apache resource group using non-glabalzones, i'm new to sun cluster 3.2. please guide me step by step information.

Hi Veera,
Actually you are getting a warning message where one of two things could have happened. Either you specified an incorrect zone name or one of the zones has not been fully booted. It's likely that you haven't booted the zones, so please follow this:
zoneadm list -iv
If zone1 or zone2 are not running then boot and configure them
zoneadm -z <zone> boot
zlogin -C <zone>

How much RAM do tab groups use (on average)? Do I need to watch out for how many groups I create?

I may have gone overboard in the creation of Tab Groups. I say this because now my system is beginning to act a bit sluggish. I created 7 groups, two of which have 9 or 10 tabs. Should I pull back on the number of groups I create (as well as how many tab are located within each group). That is: How much RAM do tab groups use. How can I calibrate or understand the trade off between these markers and the amount of RAM they use?

How to determine the purchasing group using BADI BBP_PGRP_FIND

We use SRM Server 5.5 (Classic scenario).
As you know that, purchasing group has the responsible product categories in PPOMA_BBP, when user creates the shopping cart to determine the purchasing group.
In our case, we should determine the purchasing group using other criteria.
MM side is OK to determine the purchasing group using specific criteria.
Because Material Master has the purch. Group information.
In case of SRM, we should develop the logic using BBP_PGRP_FIND BADI.
But Im not sure how to use this badi.
We want to determine the purchasing group based on the following logic.
If described shopping cart without product ID
Do Standard purchasing group determination logic.
Else
Assign the purch group from MARC- EKGRP (Purchasing Group)
Is it possible to determine above the logic?
If yes, Could you give me some information?

I found the way to develop the our logic using BADI: bbp_pgrp_find.
But Im not sure the following logic is correct.
To differentiate described req. or product id req, We check the E_ITEM PRODUCT using BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL.
IF E_ITEM PRODUCT is blank, Read the category ID to find the purchasing group.
To find the purch. Group, we can use FM: BBP_OM_DETERMINE_RESP_PGRP.
Import parameter: IS_RESP_ITEM_DATA Category _ID
Export parameter: ES_PURCH_DATA
ELSE
CALL the customer function to read the R/3 purchasing group from MARC- EKGRP
Search the HRT5500-TABNR using purchasing group from R/3.
Search the HRP5500 OBJID using HRT5500-TABNR
Call the FM: BBP_OM_DETERMINE_RESP_PGRP
Import parameter: IS_RESP_ITEM_DATA PROC_GROUP OBJID
Export parameter: ES_PURCH_DATA

Item Category used is IRVE or you can create your own Item caegory by clicking "New entries"
a. Schedule line is activated
b. Incompletion Procedure = 43 repair item
c. Screen Seq Group is mentione.
Item Category Group
There is no item category group existing. You can create your own item category group "SCRAP". you basically use "Tem category Group" along with Sales Document to determine item category
You need to create a ZSCR scrap material type and assign "SCRAP" item category group to material type
Assign Item categories
Carry out the Item category determination for Item Category Group.

Your question and description is not very clear to me, so hopefully something here will help:
1. Gmail is a service not an app or a place. So you need to access the service with an app - that can be iPhoto, Mail, Outlook or any other mail client, or even a Web Browser like Safari or Firefox.
So you can't "go to GMail" as you write, but instead you go to an application set up to use the GMail service.
2. iPhoto is not a mail client. It's a handy way to email pics to Grandma, but for what you're doing you need to use an app that supports all of the Gmail service. iPhoto doesn't. There is no way around that.
3. How to send to groups will vary depending on what app you use to access the GMail service. All of these apps can receive photos from iPhoto, either - as in the case of Mail and Outlook, via the Share function - or, in the case of all the rest - via a Media Browser.
For help sending to Groups using any of these other apps you need to ask omn their respective forums. But the workflow is quite simple:
Using Mail or Outlook set in the iPhoto Prefereneces:
1. Select the pic(s) you want to share.
2. Choose email from the Share function
3. Make your selections re size etc
4. The email opens up in Mail or Outlook
- from there you need to figure out how to use the email client.
Using any other app:
1. In the mail app create a new email
2. Click on the Attach button or link
3. Use the Media browser to select the pic(s) you want to send
4. Attach them
- from there you need to figure out how to use the email client.

How To Add New Contact To a Group Using iPhone

I use a Business and Personal Group. When I add a new contact using my iPhone, there is no way I can assign it to a Group. Then when I sync, the new contact shows only in Group "All". Further, in Address Book you cannot tell which contacts are not in a Group. I can see the total number of contacts in Group All, and the total in Group Personal, and the total in Group Business, so I can tell the sum of Personal and Business is less than the number in All. But I cannot tell which contacts are in All and not assigned to either Business or Personal. This makes it difficult to then locate the contact on my iPhone (I tend to always look in the appropriate Group).
So how can I either a) assign a new contact to a Group using my iPhone or b) identify in Address Book which contacts are not assigned to any Group?

a) In Phone, Contacts, enter the group you want, THEN add the new contact (you can't add a new contact to a group from Recents, but you can add a number to an existing contact, which will remain in its original group).

Adding a domain user to Local Admin Groups using MDT 2012

I don't know if this will help anyone, but it did me after weeks of searching. If you are trying to add a domain user or domain groups to the local administrators group using MDT, simply go to the cs.ini and add "SkipAdminAccounts=No".
But the administrators accounts page will only appear if you choose to join a domain.

Most Wizard Pages are displayed by default, and you can turn them off by using the SkipXxxXxxxxx Page variable to hide them during wizard execution. This page is different, since it was added for MDT 2012, the MDT team decided to leave it *OFF* by default,

Additionally, you would not need to display this page if you were running a Refresh or a Custom Task Sequence.

The problem is; i need check boxes as well as editable fields in column. I need checkboxes at item lines (which i am able to).
Can anyone guide me how to make fields editable in CL_SALV_HIERSEQ_TABLE ?

Editable fields(other than the checkboxes) are not supported using the ALV Object model(SALV classes).

Hiding the header of a group using dynamic programming

Hi,
I had a requirement where we needed to place a border around the UI elements. For this purpose i had used a group UI element. But the group UI element by default has an attached header (Setting the visible property of header to "None" only disables the header text). Hence as per the suggestions in the following thread i had set the caption dynamically (in WDDOMODIFYVIEW) which removed the group header completely.

Now, when i was browsing through the forum i came across the reply by Thomas in the below thread,

Truly said, it might stop working at anytime. This might apply to my case as well as i am setting the caption dynamically. I am not sure is the right allowed way or if i am using one of the "illegal" ways (which would stop working at some SP levels).
Can someone clarify if hiding the header of a group using the above method is allowed?

The usage of WDDOMODIFY method for dynamically altering the view (e.g. hiding or showing UI elements) is perfectly "legal".
The manipulation of a cookie by the developer is not intended inside the Web Dynpro framework.
These are two completely unrelated issues, as per my understanding Thomas warned about the second.
I think you're mixing things up.

I have succesfully exported attribute groups using export config but facing an issue while importing them after resetting the data store.Can any one help me out???
I am facing the follwing weird error and unable to debug it:

When you say that you are trying to import the Attribute Groups using Import Config after resetting the data store, do you mean that you reset the data store, imported all atributes first and then are trying to import attribute groups? Or are you trying to import the entire output of Export Config back via Import Config? Also, can you import anything via Import Config?
