GroupWise Messenger Error Your Account has been disabled

Has anyone had this error? I have it on one user and can't figure out what is wrong with him.

    1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753)   let them know and they will helo you enable the account.  even if you change the password 50 times the account will stay disable till you call them

    Hi Debbio , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.?

    The message does not say that it is for security reasons. I've already changed the password. I also contacted Apple by email, and they have not responded (it's been over 24 hours).

    Depending on why it's been disabled, you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com

    I am posting this message on behalf of people unable to access the site due to locked account status.
    I have few co workers in my office getting error "Your account has been locked for the next 3 hours due to
    too many invalid login attempts. Please try again later.
    ". They are trying to access the site with valid userID and Password. Is it possible to do a global check for this issue.

    If your account is locked you cannot edit your personal information, make purchases, or access iCloud or MobileMe.

    When I attempted to log on to the Adobe forums the other day, I got the message:
    It appears your account has been disabled. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake.
    I had to create a new user name to access.
    Although I don’t have a huge number of postings under my belt, I did have an account on the Adobe forums for around 10 years, and It is annoying to have to create a new username to get on here.

    looks like me too, trying to login into the forum and get the same error "Account disabled".. access to the rest of the adobe

    When I try to purchase a song in the iTunes store I get the above message. I've gone to the page it suggests but i just can't see where to re-enable my account.

  • HELP! iTunes account has been disabled? Can't find help

    Tonight, I tried to buy a single track from the itunes store and I got this message:
    "You cannot buy because your account has been disabled.
    to continue using your account it must be enabled by the itunes store customer service. you can contact customer service at..."
    I don't understand what's going on? I bought music this morning using an itunes card from target and now all of a sudden my entire account is disabled??? I have like $800 bucks in music I've purchased from the itunes store and I don't want to lose it! I sent an email to Apple's customer service address and I've yet to receive a reply.
    Is this some sort of bug in the system??

    I too am having problems.
    1 - I can't listen to Purchased music
    2 - when I synched the iPod None of the purchased music is working - including on the playlists
    3 - I cannot find Customer Support info - in fact I think this is a disgrace - you waste time going around in circles - this is hidden info (more below)
    4 - yesterday I sucessfully Bought some tracks (can you believe that!) but I can't listen to ANY of my other purchased stuff.
    5 - I am being asked repeatedly to Authorise my computer - which I do and it says the computer IS authorised - then I get asked again for my details.
    6 - contacted IM support 3 days ago (I have no idea how I did this) and tried fixing the problem live with a technician - no good. I cannot find this service since.
    Therefore - I can't get tech help.
    I think Apple have big problems they need to sort out - and should have done so years ago. This is really appalling & it should be the case that people should be financially compensated for the hassle and difficulty caused. The excuse of conflicts with other software etc is Not tenable.
    If there was a choice out there I'd be using it.

    Sounds like your account has been disabled, sometimes to protect you if someone has tried to access it...
    Can you log in at http://appleid.apple.com ? You may be able to gain access again through here.
    If not, you can email the iTunes store at www.apple.com/support/iTunes and they can assist you.

  • Download iTunes app get message account has been disabled

    As you can see, I am able to log into the community to post, but, when I attempt to download the Citrix Receiver app from iTunes, after entering the same username and password I used to get into the community, I receive a message, my account has been disabled. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this. I need the Citrix Receiver to access applications.

    If you see a message that your account has been disabled for security reasons:

    If your account is just disabled, you'll have to email iTunes Support to have it reenabled. You'd probably know if your account was completely disabled, as this typically happens if you reported unauthorized activity through iTunes, a pay service or financial institution. You can contact iTunes Support here:
