GT70 Dominator Pro touch panel buttons not working

They were working fine for about 3 days, then I tried to turn on the fan boost while playing Bioshock Infinite and the computer turned off suddenly. Now none of the touch panel buttons work after about 1 minute of the computer being turned on. I tried unplugging and re-seating the battery but nothing happened.

does the AC charger was attached when you played this game?
if so, then your notebook has issue, probably overheating since its self turning off

GT70 Dominator Pro Kyeboard and buttons bug

Hi there
I have just bought the latest GT70 Dominator Pro 3 days ago and problems already start to occur.
This morning the keyboards started acting funny as steelseries app will launch and led will light up under my keyboard, but the keys are not working, i have to restart the laptop 2-3 times for it to work.
Also the touch buttons at the top with fan(ramp up fan speed) and airplane mode, all the soft buttons stoped working, they were all fine yesterday. Maybe there is a bug or something but for a topend expensive gaming notebook I didnt expect something like this to happen!
Can anyone here help me to sort this out before I run to MSI to make a complaint.

Mac pro left shift button not working...

Hello my mac pro left shift button is not working what would be the problem, is it the major or minor problem plz help me...

Mac Pros are desktop, MacBook Pros are notebooks. There are usually two shift keys. Have you tried both?
Have you made sure the Caps Lock key is not enabled? Have you made sure the Num Lock key is not enabled (clicking either will disable them if they are enabled). Speech recognition can make a key give an alternative command if you set that up, try disabling speech recognition to see if that's the problem, or one of the Universal Access settings can do the same. Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences to manage those.

Touch Select Button not work

Well this thing just will not work and I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Here is the problem.
Music loads fine. Music will play fine.
However, when I go to the menu, and press the middle button, or any button that is suppose to select a menu option such as Music Library, Photos, Video ETC...it doesn't go there..it just goes to Now Playing and picks a random song from the album of the day and plays it. It does this EVERYTIME.
I bought the thing about 8 months ago, and I never used it once I just found a use for it so am desperately wanting to get it working and it won't.
Is this a common problem with an easy fix? What do I do? I tried doing the thing where you hold the power button and press the reset button to reformat or something, and I can get there but the select button doesn't work so I can't select it! But in turn I know the select button DOES work as when I press it it plays a song..just seems screwed up.
PLEASE HELP!

Ipod touch home button not working after upgrade

Hi,
The home button on my 1st generation ipod touch stopped working after upgrading the software a couple of weeks ago. Has anyone else come across this issue? Is it possible to downgrade the software? I have tried restoring the ipod with no luck.

thanks for the reply. Tried both of what you suggested, also tried the home button thing only working while plugged in with two computers and two different leads which is why I suspect is an operating system thing.
I may try downgrading the operating system next, just have to find a copy of an old one somewhere.

New macbook pro, battery test button not working?

Forgive me if I'm wrong, this is my first mac, 13" macbook pro. If I press the battery light button at the side, the lights should indicate remaining power, is this correct? The button doesn't appear to do anything. I've tested it plugged in, unplugged, awake, asleep - it briefly flashed the first light when I plugged it in this morning (from dead, I'm running the first cycle on the battery) but is unresponsive again now.

Just an update - If I plug in or unplug now, at fully charged, all lights work as expected, they light up briefly, but the button does nothing.

Multimedia touch panel buttons on Satellite A500 are not all working

I recently purchased an A500 (PSAR9A-02J001) laptop running Windows 7 (32-bit) Home Premium. Not all the top Multimedia touch panel buttons are working. When buttons are pressed, the laptop makes a beeping sound (which is normal) but the corresponding function is not executed.
For example, the Eco button at the top doesn't switch on/off the eco and the mute button does not mute the volume.
Device manager shows all devices as working correctly.
There are no errors in the Event Viewer Application or System logs.
Please advise!

Try please to reinstall Toshiba value added package.
Remove preinstalled version, restart your notebook and install latest version from Toshiba download page.

[Solved] GT70 fast access touch panel not working

Good Morning/afternoon/evening
I did terrible mistake by reinitializing my SSD drive which caused me to lose the OEM partitions, my Laptop used to take 3 secs to boot but now it takes up to 6 secs.
back to my main issue,
1- the upper touch panel is not working and I cannot use turbo button.
2- after reinstalling windows 8.1 I got unknown device with HW ID "ACPI\VEN_ENE&DEV_0110"
I tried to install all drivers and utils but without luck.

yes all of them when you press any button does not light up, I meant the cooler boost button

When this has completed, download and reinstall HP Quick Launch Buttons on the following link.

When this has completed, do not restart as requested, instead, shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter and start the notebook.

According to the Lokesh's reply, this problem is probably caused by 3rd plugin in Windows Explorer Shell. UAC dialog couldn't be prompt correctly.

IPod touch 5th gen. Home button stuck and power button not working! Please help!

I have an iPod 5th Generation and the home button is jammed down! It felt sticky earlier but now it's stuck down. I used it when the home button wasn't working and had to use my notifications to change from app to app (as I didn't know about assistive touch). I turned it off, but now the power button is no longer responsive! The button isn't stuck, but it doesn't work anymore. It was working fine before, but now it won't respond. Please help!
