The 500 bonus points should post to your My Best Buy™ account within 20 days if your Grand Theft Auto V pre-order qualified, per the "Get $10" offer. I looked over your account using the email address you registered with the forum and can see that your pre-order was picked up within 7 days of the games official release, which means it should qualify.
Based on everything I can see, your pre-order did qualify for the 500 bonus points. Didn't get pre-order $10 bonus

I was told if I preordered the titanfall bundle I got the $10 bonus. I preordered and had it shipped to me. It's been more than 20 days so I'm reaching out for a BB rep to fix it. I'd do the real time chat, which I prefer, but I can't find that anymore. A link for that would be awesome, so I don't have to wait for a reply again.

Pre-order $10 Bonus Points Missing - Far Cry 4

I pre-ordered Far Cry 4, which was eligible for the additional $10 in points promo.
The item shipped on 11/18. The points have not been added to my account.
Can a mod look into this for me? The last four of the order number is 2328. Order placed 11/15.

It looks like your points were awarded back to the date of pre-order. I am glad the system properly awarded your points. The 243 points you mentioned actually appear to have been a part of 250 points that were just recently converted into a $5 certificate. There is sometimes a slight delay between pulling points from an account and receiving an email stating that the certificate is ready for use.

If you still haven't received your $1,000,000 in-game currency code, then you'll want to to follow the instructions listed in the article nick08tnalpal linked above. Our gaming team will then review your purchase, determine why you might not have received your code, and follow up with you as soon as possible (typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours).

Witcher III: Pre-Order 10$ bonus not pending?

Hello!
So I know its too early to be stressing about my 500 points but I do not see it anywhere in my purchase history pending for it. Im not sure if it should be showing but for my Mortal Kombat X pre-order, it did show in my purchase history pending but not for the Witcher III. Should I be concerned? Thanks.

While at times the 500 points from the My Best Buy Get $10 promotion will show as pending immediately, this isn’t always the case. These points can often take 15-20 days to appear on your account and within that timeframe, they may not show as pending.
I’m confident that you have nothing to worry about here! However, if for any reason 20 days goes by and either of you aren’t seeing your points, please feel free to send me a private message via the link in my signature. Lastly, please know the points may appear back when you pre-ordered your game, so be sure to look there as well!

Missing pre-order bonus points

Hello,
I picked up pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto 5 and Far Cry 4 on 11/18, but the 500 bonus points per game do not show as pending on my purchase history.From browsing this forum, it looks like the reason is that the initial $5 deposits were not properly applied to the final sale. Can this be corrected?

Thanks too for being a My Best Buy member. As enuf mentioned, points can take up to 20 days to post to your account, and as long as you have both the pre-order and the purchase associated to your membership then the points should appear within that time frame.

I preorded GTA V for the PS4 on 11/18 and have not recieved the 500 bonus points for the victory can be preordered promotion. If anyone could look into this issue I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Does GTA V still offer a $10 Pre-Order reward cerficate? It is still listed on the Pre-Order deals page but when you click through it is no longer there. Just wanted to check to see if it will be applied to an online order. thanks!

It does! Customers who pre-order and purchase an Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or PC version of Grand Theft Auto V are eligible to receive a $10 bonus certificate. Just keep in mind that the bonuses are not typically awarded until 15-20 days after pickup or shipment, so you won't necessarily see record of the certificate right away.

I've had the chance to review your account and it looks like at least one of your pre-order bonus certificates (for Sunset Overdrive) may not have been awarded since your initial order was returned + repurchased at the time of pickup. I've addressed that issue, so you should see record of that certificate sometime in the next 2-3 business days. The other certificate for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare should post within a similar timeframe, so make sure to keep an eye on BestBuy.com for updates.
As far as Forza Horizon 2 is concerned, remember that this game was not eligible for our Get $10 program. Pre-ordered CoD: AW missing $10 bonus

Pre-ordered CoD online via BBY.com for in-store pickup on 11/2. Checked BBY for the pending points and it's missing the $10 pre-order bonus. It's only showing points for the purchase. Granted, I pre-ordered the day before and not weeks or months in advanced but it's still before the game was released. Any help with this would be appreciated.

500 Pre-Order Bonus Points Missing

I have several games I've pre-ordered and picked up this year but I can't seem to find the bonus points and I can't look back more than 90 days. The most recent is COD: MW but there have been others. I have GCU and have followed the rules. Can somebody look into this?

Like enuf mentioned, it typically takes 15-20 days from the time of shipment or pickup for pre-order bonus certificates to post. We also recently changed how My Best Buy account details appear on BestBuy.com in order to streamline user experience for the Thanksgiving shopping season, as Derek-BBY explained here. I'd be glad to look into this situation on your behalf though, so please make sure to check your private messages when you can.

Midldle Earth: Shadow of Mordor - Pre-order Bonuses?

Hello!
I recently got off the phone with a Best Buy representative and wanted to confirm what was said is true. I was late on jumping on the order ship for Shadow of Mordor. I was planning on pre-ordering, but was waiting for confirmation on which is the "better" version (PS4 vs Xbox One, resolutiongate continues!). As a result, I didn't "pre-order" and ordered it today.
The phone representative said that any order before the 3rd of October still qualifies for the pre-order bonuses (despite the game coming out on September 30th). Is this true? I'd like to confirm that I'll be receiving the $10 rewards certificate and pre-order bonus code before picking up the game.
I'd confirm it myself, but it appears the My Reward Zone site has changed and you can no longer see pending points.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Like Kinsella5 mentioned, pre-order bonuses are typically only available to customers who reserve an eligible item prior to its release date and subsequently purchase it. I'm not personally aware of such an extension being offered, so I'd have to say the rep you spoke with was mistaken.

Destiny Vanguard Armory Pre order bonus

Bungie recently revealed that when you pre order Destiny you receive access to the vanguard armory. When I went to check the Destiny page at Best buy.com, there was no mention of it. Will people who will or have pre ordered Destiny receive this content.

This bonus is actually a national offer, which means all pre-ordered copies of the game will include the bonus with the game. Pre-Order Bonus - Same Title on Different Platform

If a qualifying title is preordered on two separate consoles, does the pre-order bonus apply to both since they are differnt skus or just once?
For example, if I preorder Wolfenstein on PS4 and Xbox One, will I receive $20 in bonus points or $40? Thanks in advance.

Good question! Pre-order bonuses are limited to one per account per gaming title. This means you would only be eligible to receive $20 in reward certificates regardless of the number of copies of Wolfenstein: The New Order you reserve -- even if those copies are on different consoles.
