GTS Embargo block SAP Note 1638607 (848050 and 848313)

Hello Experts,
we have Problem with the GTS Embargo check.
It blocks orders after a BOP (SCM) run although not necessary.
I found SAP Note 1638607 (848050 and 848313) for this Topic. It describe to implement User-Exit SLL_LEG_CDPIR3_002 ( Exitname SLLLEG01 )
But this User Exit exist only in ECC System but we use GTS local in CRM.
I already implement this Exit for testing but its not called from CRM System.
In CRM this Exit does not exist.
Does someone know how I can implement this function in CRM ?
Is there any BADI I can use ?
Thanks and greetings
Florian

Hello all,
I found in spro under
CRM -> Transactions -> Settings for sales Transactions -> Business Add-Ins -> Badi Manipulate GTS Call

  • SAP Note 434495 (BRConnect and SAPDBA related)

We have upgraded from 3.1 to 3.5 and from transaction DB13 we no longer have the option: 'Update InfoCube and Partition statistics'.  We have found a note 434495 which seems to mention that this is now accessible from transaction RZ21.  Can anyone shed some light? Thanks

SAP suggests you to build a pre-calculated data table and a z-report to solve the problem of performance getting poor of transaction MB5B. They give suggestions to write programs that fill the new database table and a report to substitute MB5B transaction
First download and install in development or sandbox system the transport request of [Note 32236 - Incorrect stock qty or stock value in material master|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/32236] and check the included reports which are very similar.

  • SAP Note that verify if service sheet is created and block PO field changes

    Hi People,
I am an ABAP programmer and I got a MM requirement that I think you can help me.
    Here is whats happening:
1 - Buyer create PO with field GR-Based Invoice Verification (WEBRE) flagged. (ME21N).
    2 - Then user creates Service Sheet(ML81N)
3 - Because service sheet take a time to be aproved, the buyer changes PO, removing the flag of fields GR-Based Invoice Verification (WEBRE) and GR-Goods Receipt indicator(WEPOS) (ME22N) so he can execute MIRO and F110.
User can't reflag the fields (WEBRE) and (WEPOS). So the service sheet stay on "limbo"
What I want, is to know if there is any SAP NOTE that verify and block the change on fields (WEBRE) and (WEPOS). So the user can't remove the flag if already exists a service sheet for the PO.
    Tks,

    Hi Ajit,
Sorry for the "delay" ins responding.
The SAP Note you've  mentioned is just for 4.x systems, we are using the ECC 6.
Apparently this Note does what I needed... so already should be working on ECC.
My functional decided to simply block the field on customizing so User cannot edit it in any way...
    Tks again.
    bye

    Hi,
You can customize this blocks display using crm_ui customization or Authorization.
Editability/Visibility of UI objects dependent from the user status
or IT Service Management Roles and Authorizations - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution Manager - SCN Wiki -> 4.2.2 Role configuration key
check any of these ways, this is controlled.

  • Installation of SAP Note 612011

    Hi,
Iu2019m going to install SAP note 612011 in order to make sure that the system no longer automatically sets the final indicator 'Clearing Indicator for GR/IR Posting for External Services' while processing an incoming invoice.
As itu2019s possible to read in the noteu2019s text, u201Cthis modification is not a function in the standard SAP system. SAP takes no responsibility and provides no maintenance for problems that may occur as a result of this modificationu201D.
So Iu2019d like to know if someone, after having installed this note, encountered any problem.

    Hello,
As you know data and log entries of a MaxDB database instance are stored on so called volumes which are either files or, where this is possible, raw devices.
The benefits of a RAW device is a faster write performance. Also, a RAW device is much more secure because of the direct write to disks instead of caching the writes.  The caching of writes could  cause inconsistencies if a crash occurs.
    Please go at :
    http://dev.mysql.com/doc/maxdb/ -> MaxDB Library
-> Concepts of the Database System -> Creating and Configuring a Database Instance
-> Planning the Database Instance < & Technical Restrictions >
At the 'Planning the Database Instance' section in the paragraph 'Database Size and Configuration of Volumes' you will find more information.
And you could see in more details, why we recommend to use raw devices for
data and log volumes in MAXDB on UNIX systems.
Please also review the information at link - MaxDB FAQ (frequently asked questions) on the MySQL site (target audience: Open Source) :
    http://dev.mysql.com/doc/maxdb/maxdb_faq.html
< '5.2. How do I configure the database files?' >
SAP customers can find more information in SAP Note 820824.
And if you are SAP customer please review the SAP notes for additional

  • Call Blocking does not. Is this just a scam too?

Verizon call blocking is a useless 'service', dozens of calls come through with no phone number at all on the caller ID, something Verizon specifically states it will NOT DO.  Any ideas?
Verizon call blocking does not address scammers and money-seekers who have caller ID of "Not-Available' -- honestly my dog could figure out how to block these but Verizon cannot. Besides paying more money to someone else, is there any hope for the people who expected the Verizon service would work?

Scam no.  A service that needs to be update to the 21th Century, yes.  Still based on early callerid tecnhnology which is easily bypassed by all those so called "telemarketers" .   You should have now trouble with ligitimate callers, but lots of illegal calls come in.

  • Change in master block record not cascading to detail record blocks

Using Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.2.0 (Production)
    Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - 64bit Production
I am encountering the following problem in my form:
I have a master block that has 2 associated detail blocks, one of which acts as a master block for another detail block:
    Master ---- Detail
\__ Detail(master) ---- DetailThe first two detail blocks are joined to the master block on 3 fields, a date, a 10 digit code and a 5 digit code.
The third detail block is joined to its master block by 4 fields, 2 dates, the 10 digit code and the 5 digit code.
The problem I am encountering is when any of the fields that the blocks are joined on are updated in the master block (they don't show up in the form for the other blocks, it auto populates them) the detail blocks are not also updating and the records are being orphaned.
So if my master block has the following data:
    January 1, 2009
    1234567890
    abcde
And there are detail records matching this, but the master block changes too:
    January 1, 2009
    1234567890
    edcba
Rather then the detail records being updated with this new 5 digit code, it shows up blank on the database as it cannot find detail records that match that new set of data. The records still exist in the table, but they are not updated when the master block is updated. Do i need to change the relation properties of the blocks?

It is not a good practice to update the primary key values especially when those fields act as foreign keys.
So it will be better to make those fields UPDATE_ALLOWED false.
If that is an unavoidable condition, in the pre-update trigger of header block, write the update script to update those fields and re-query the detail
    Or
    in key-commit
loop thru all the records in detail blk and assign values to those feilds and save it

  • SAP System inconsistency for Inbound delivery / MIGO and a "sap note"

    Hello Friends ,
After following SAP instruction on how to remove the inconsistency between posting GR through MIGO (Inv. mang.) and the reflection of the goods movement status in the inbound delivery document - done that using sap note 570991
the problem is that the system start behaving in a weird way throwing unjustified Error messages for any suggested goods receipt using MIGO with reference to inbound
for example after creating an inbound delivery document and trying to post it via migo , an error will pop up
    - Inbound delivery storage location cannot be changed to here Message no. VLA316
the thing is i didn't even maintain any storage location entry up to that point and yet i cannot post any stock !!
    also another error  like
    - Inbound delivery batch cannot be changed to *** here
which doesn't make any sense because there is not batches in the inbound document !!
i think this behavior is coming from the "Document Flow Update for Stock Postings" inbound  indicator  at the shipping parameter at client level customization
i need help on  how to overcome this annoying SAP Bug/Problem specially i am in a post go live critical situation

    Hi,
The messages you mentioned were introduced to avoid inconsistency between inbound delivery and IM, through the note:  1050944 - GR for inbound delivery using inventory mgmt as of ECC 6.00
If the messages are issued incorrectly, then you may check for SAP notes (I couldnt find anything relevant) or raise an OSS ticket to SAP.

  • Issue regarding Planning layout is not getting rendered and is dumping at : CL_RSDRC_TREX_QUERY_LAYER ~ _GET_PARTPROVS_WITH_TREX_PART in SAP TPM IP

    Gurus,
I am facing an issue regarding SAP TPM IP ( HANA)
    I have 3 Infoproviders
Planning infocube, Planning DSO1, Planning DSO2 and i created multiprovider and added these 3 infoproviders into it. I have created Aggregation level on multiprovider. Created Bex Input ready query on Aggregation level.
Issue is  Planning layout is not getting rendered and is dumping at : CL_RSDRC_TREX_QUERY_LAYER ~ _GET_PARTPROVS_WITH_TREX_PART.
I tried debugging it and found it is trying to read   i_r_pro -> n_ts_part. It is populated with only 3 values (i.e. 2DSOs and 1 Cube), whereas <l_partprov>-partprov is referring to Aggergation level, hence read statement isn't successful, it is dumping.
The class CL_RSD_INFOPROV_CACHE->GET() method is trying to populate the N_TS_PART.N_TS_PART uses P_R_INFOPROV table which seems to be already populated.  So, I debugged all the below methods to find out how the P_R_INFOPROV but couldn't find any clue.
Can any one help,it would be really help.
    Thanks
    Ashok

    Hello Gregor,
On the launch of planning layout it throws an error message:
    Planning is not possible RSCRM_IMP_CORE008.
When I debugged, i got to a point wherein
particular Real Time Planning DSO is
not getting retrieved under the MultiProivder in below class.
Class: CL_RSCRM_IMP_ACTIONS_SERVICE, Method: GET_INFOPROV is not
returning the real time Info-Provider Name(i.e. Planning DSO)
    underlyingthe Multiprovider.
I've also tried to run the report mentioned by you for the Multiprovider but issue still exists.
Let me know, if you have any pointers on this topic.
    Thanks,
    Jomy

Tried opening a file in library and it states can't open database with library name? It says Relaunch then will not open? and Blocks me completely from Aperture. I have to go to Finder to Rename it? I need this file how do I get it to open?

    Aftershotz,
You're going to have to give a bit more information.
What do you mean by "opening a file in library?"  There is no function of Aperture to open files -- you can open (switch) libraries.
You'll have to be more specific about error messages, too.  Perhaps some screenshots would be useful to diagnose your problem.  "Can't open database with library name" is not enough detail about what Aperture is really telling you.

  • SAP JCO 3 - Not recognizing ABAP_DEBUG and USE_SAPGUI

We are in the process of converting a Java application to use JCO 3.0 in order for it to work on the Intel based Macs.  The code conversion has gone well so far and I have successfully been able to connect to a SAP system using the new connection methods.  In previous versions of JCO I was able to set AbapDebug to true on the Client and this would bring up the SAP GUI in debug mode when I executed a RFC.  In order for this to work I had to create a script that would call the SAP GUI application.  I also had to set an environment variable called SAPGUI to point to this script.  The script would called the SAP GUI JAR file and pass on any parameters passed into it.
The problem I am experiencing with JCO 3 is that I cannot get this to work.  The new version of the SAP GUI 7.10 R4 has changed some of the parameters to start the GUI and I have changed these in my script file.  If I call the SAPGUI command with a connection string on both systems (JCO 2 and JCO3) I get the same result.  The SAP GUI is displayed and is requesting logon details for the requested server.  This seems to prove that my changes to the script worked.  Prior to the script changes the SAP GUI would not be displayed on the JCO 3 system.
An interesting observation is that the connection properties use an enum (eg. DestinationDataProvider.JCO_ASHOST) to set the individual properties that make up the connection.  This enum does not have anything related to USE_SAPGUI or ABAP_DEBUG.  I am desperately hoping that this functionality hasn't been forgotten in the port to version 3.
I know this is a new connector but I am hoping that someone can shed some light on what changes I would need to make to get this to work.
    Thanks,
    Charles

    Hi Charles,
any progress with your problem? I've a similar problem. I have to call BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE2 to change an original of a DIS.
This won't work unless a SAPGUI is attached to the connection. With JCo 2.1.8 I set the connection property USE_SAPGUI to 1 or 2
and everything works fine. After connecting there is a SAPGUI running in background and during the BAPI call the SAPGUI starts
a saphttp.exe with managed the file transfer to the Server. In Jco 3.0 I'm missing this property, as you do. No SAPGUI, no saphttp.exe, but also
no error or exception from BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE2 and no filetransfer from client to server.
    regards,
    Boris
