GTS - Export License: not allow return process

Hi All,
We have a export license setting in the system that allow US company ship to on CN customer for some products.
But we want to configure the system "not allow" reversal path: CN customer ship back those products to US company.
How we can set that?

We have different plants exsting in US, CN, TW, PH and other countries.
and we want to use this export license to control:
Only US can ship these products to CN, and CN can not ship back these products back to US or other plants in other countries.
License details:
    - Legal Regulation is "EAR";
    - license type : "IVLP" - Individual Validated License - Partner Function Specific;
    - Destination country is China (CN);
If GTS can meet this requirement, I did some test with current setting, can not stop CN ship to US or other plants in other countries.

I just got a GTS export license block. We are using the license IVLP license type.
From the log, it says "Values and quantities were not written off completely"
The document flow is:
1. create STO from US plant to Asia plant;
2. create the delivery with reference to the STO;
3. Manually transfer the delivery from ECC to GTS,
Then we met the block, anyone can help?

Without standard release confirmation should not allow in process order

Our clients need is that without standard release confirmation should not allow in process order.
We are using CORK,cor6 and MB31 My need is to apply user exit in all cases.
I got input from sdn User exit:-PPCO0006 Function module Exit_SAPLCOZF_003
INCLUDE ZXCO1U06
I need to activate this only during confirmation.ie confirmation to be avoided if cost is not released.

You are right. For preventing confirmation in case std cost estimate release is not available you need to do enhancement. You can check for following exit along with exit which you mentioned in your post :

INCLUDE ZXCOFU10
Check either of the enhancements which may fulfill your business requirement.

Hi, I want to ensure that when a sales document is auto assigned to an export license it only assigns the value and quantity available on that license. For example.
Sales order for Qty 10       value is $1 each ($10 total)
License A     Qty 5 available         Value available $100.00
License B     Qty 50 available        Value available is $2500.00
I want the license determination to take from
License A     Qty 5          value $5
License B     Qty 5          value $5
Right now our issue is it would assign as
License A     Qty 5          value $10
License B     Qty 5          value $0

Have you defined both Quantity and Value updating in your license type? If so, what about only depreciating by quantity (instead of value). Not sure if I am reading you correctly, but from your example it seems that you are only concerned with quantity (and not value) depreciation, as you want to first exhaust the quantity available from License A (5), and then take the remaining from License B (5)..

Hi,
As people wrote above, you have to cancel the GR ,then J1iEX.
Make sure that in J1ID, you have maintained "Multiple GR,multiple Credit" in material & chapter ID combo.
Now if such case reappears in future, goto MIGO, in excise tab at item level, put all quanity in EI quanity & do the GR of actual received quantity.
Now when you will post it in J1IEX, system will pick only GR quantity.
For further GR of remaining quantity, at header in excise tab, select "Refer Excise Invoice" option & maintain same excise invoice number.

N4S Test Drive New License not Allowing Logon (error in license check)

I reinstalled my N4S testdrive after a NIC failure caused all sorts of problems - the demo license had expired, so I requested and received a new demo license from SAP.
I've installed the license via SLICENSE, and the license is showing as successfully installed, and has the green light next to it. However, I can only logon as SAP* - none of the other created users can logon - the error message on client 001 is:
Logon not possible (error in license check).
I've reinstalled the license, but this hasn't helped. I'm wondering if there is something still on my system pointing to the old expired license. Has anyone come across this before or have any ideas?

i had same problem and on tr "\nslicense", on tab "Digitally-Signed licenses", on the left of message "A valid license key is required to operate this system" , there's the name of product (of course).
If you request your license key on http://service.sap.com/sap/bc/bsp/spn/minisap/minisap.htm there are various system Ids with the same name.
In my product "NetWeaver_ADA" the correct license is the second of three products with name "NPL - SAP NetWeaver 7.02" . When you receive your license via mail you have to find "SWPRODUCTNAME=" , in my case i found "SWPRODUCTNAME=NetWeaver_ADA" because that's my product.

Export license issue-URGENT

We need to cancel Outbound Delivery 1234566 due to a GTS Export License issue.
This delivery was created before the GTS license was complete.
This delivery is for a Military Sales Order 123456 to ABCD for Thales shipped from XYZ
2 Proforma Invoices were created, 123456on 9/18 and 9301154276 and 9/24.
GTS License 100000000000000011 was updated on 9/24. However, the delivery needs to be canceled in order for GTS to assign a Proforma to a license.
The accounting document, F2 Invoice 123456 has been issued but not cleared.

Use Transaction code /SAPSLL/CL_CP_CUS_EX to display the custom declaration in Customs management. Select the dcoument in change mode. In the menu path, there is an option for 'Cancel' or 'Request Cancellation'. Request cancellation option is used when the declaration has been sent out to authorities for permission and in the meatime, the user decided to cancel..
For assigning the license, use transaction /SAPSLL/LCD_CHANGE in License determination of Compliance..

Transaction Z113 is not defined (Message no. V1347)
Diagnosis
This combination of item category Z113 and MRP type for material is not allowed.
System response
The system does not allow further processing of this item.
Procedure
Check your entry.
You can display the combination defined in table TVEPZ, which controls scheduling line category determination, and change it as required if you have the authorization to do so. The MRP type for the material may be changed in the material master.

New Rqmts class gets tied to a Rqmts Type
New Rqmts Type gets assigned to rqmts class
Strategy, assign the Rqmts Type to it
Strategy Group, Assign the Strategy to it
MM02 [MRP3 view] strategy group should be the one that ties together (all the other ties

Opportunity Home BO does not allow searching

I have use the "Opportunity Home" object and call the OpportunityHomeSearchVirtualQuery method to perform the search operation. However, I get the exception that "searching is not allowed" returned from the Siebel system. Should I activate the search feature in the siebel system in order to perform search on the opportunity data?

In Batch management config in Logistic general, Check for the movement type 101 & 321 whether batch creation has been activated to Manual, Automatic, or no creation. In your case it looks like for mvt 321 batch creation is set to manual & for 101 no creation.
if batch creation is set to manual, enter a manual batch no & proceed.
But to cross verify wheter 101 has generated batch or not please check the stocks in MMBE.

License Determination for Sales Return process

Hello SAP GTS Experts,
We have a situation, where we need to create Return sales from Customer &
in the same Return order, we will send the repalcement product to Customer.
In this case, good movement type 653 (return sales) & 601 (Delivery to customer)
will be used.
Can any one help to map this process under Compliance for License determination.
Logically, for Return item, Import License should be picked & for replacement item
Export License under Legal Control.
Need your suggestons to map this process for License determination.
Similarly, we need to think about Subcontracting process in MM, & relevant license
determinaton.

Requirement is for Country Sweden. Currently Whenever return sales order is created in ECC, system looks for Export License in GTS. As per Goods movements (653) Logic, Import License should be determined here.
Let me explain you the process in Details-- For Repair/Services Process, these return sales orders are created. Here again there are 2 possible scenarioes:-
1. We can return the faulty Item (Movement Type 653) & provide Repalcement product (MT 601) to customer .
2. Return Sales order will be created (MT 653) & Faulty Item will be sent back to Vendor for repair (Using Return PO process, Movement Type 161).
Business wants us to provide Solution for Determining Valid Licenses (export/import) depending upon the situation.
Here We have Bigger challange when the Return Sales order has Both type of Items (Mention in Scenario#1).
Are you sure , there is NO Need of Licenses for replacement/rejection Process??
