GTX 760 - fans too fast on idle, how to get them lower than 34%?

I really expected this GPU to be silent on idle, but 1050 RPM on idle is just too much! It's the loudest part in my PC, next to green HDD.
How can I set lower limit under 34%? Is custom Vbios only option, and if so, how can I do this?

It looks lke you are in the wrong spot. I did the same thing when I was looking for this setting to describe it to you, so it must be a common point of confusion =)
In the left hand column, under "Devices", select your device. Then, on the app sync tab for that device, you'll find the "File Sharing", though you might have to scroll down to see it (I did, and it was hidden below the end of the page in such a way that I would have missed it if I didn't know what to look for). I still have a mac on 10.6.8 with itunes 10.6.1 and the attached screenshot was taken there.

It should keep asking for the password, because it's trying to check for purchases... As soon as you login, it will see you have pending downloads and create the downloads section on the left below Purchases under the Store section. Then it will start the music downloads there, as they will be listed one below the other.
You could just try to check your account balance or view your account and that will trigger a password request too. You can just click on that and say that now iTunes keeps asking for the password and ask him to help you with that. Trick would be to interrupt him so that he carries on with another task after, so he doesn't notice the download. Or you carry on with email or browsing which you were "busy" with when iTunes interrupted you for the password (stupid iTunes)

Go to settings>messages>send and receive at>you can be reached by iMessages at> Uncheck your phone number and you can select your Apple ID emal address if you want to use that for messages.

The pdf is loading as html code. If you save it, it will download as :

Change the extension to .pdf

My thumbnails are not showing up next to the icons in finder. Also the back arrow and forward arrow as well as the list options don't show up. Any suggestions how to get them back?

In my Finder window, the picture icons that usually show up next to the items are not there. i.e. in my sidebar, the little pictures that are usually by the Application, Desktop, Documents, etc items. If you're syncing with a different iTunes library than the one you previously synced with, then there is no way around it. You're gonna loose the old data. The only way round it would be to make sure that all the music files on your iPhone is also in your iTunes library. If you still have access to the computer with the old library, you could copy the files on to an external harddrive, and then import them into your new iTunes library.
If it is in fact the same library, then the music currently on your iphone, is also in your itunes library. Just make sure that the artists/albums/playlists, or whatever you sync contains these tracks, that you allready have on your phone and don't want deleted. What i do is, i create a playlist specifically for my iPhone, and i set it up to only sync with this playlist. Whenever i hear a track from my iTunes library or buy a new track that i want on my phone, i just drag it to this playlist and next time i synchronize, it's there without deleting anything else.

Try this ..
On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to: Notes
Then reselect it.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync the data.
Other than that, try Time Machine > http://pondini.org/TM/15m.html

I'm using Macbook Pro with OS X 10.7.2 , i have iphoto version 9.2.1 (628) , Now when i use email in iphoto and i want to use the templates so they are missing can someone help me how to get them back?

You'll need to reinstall iPhoto from the source it came from, i.e. the Software Install disk that came with your MBP or an iLife11 disk. If the MPB came with Lion install you'll have to download iPhoto from the App Store.
To reinstall iPhoto you'll have to delete the current application and all files with "iPhoto" in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder,

Then install iPhoto and apply any needed updaters.
I may be presching to the choir here but in Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.
