Guam<--(United States Terretories) Not able to purchase digital copy from online store? Why?  especially developers program. is their anyway to get service directly from Main Land rather than going to other countries' or 3rd party resellers' to get products?

This is a user to user forum, sorry we would have no idea. I'd suggest you contact Apple directly. The number for customer relations in the US  is 800-767-2775, I have no idea that number will work in Guam or not.

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is  critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID. 
    You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

    I don't know why but I suspect you are located in the Indian sub continent.   Debit cards appear to be a problem here and while many are accepted in other countries, India seems to be an exception.   Go to ...

    Hi Go to ITunes on iphone bottom of page Sign out of ITunes then Sign back in If that doesn't work press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo you will not lose any data.     Hi All,
    We have an adf table and user wants to select and copy table cell values.
    We enabled row selection on adf table. Ifrow selection is in place, IE and Chrome are not allowing user to select and copy data. But Firefox is allowing.
    Do we have any solution to this? For our customer IE is the standard browser and they do test app on IE.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined. Do you have a credit card that you could use instead (credit cards are generally considered safer than debit cards anyway) ?
    Are gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all countries, and they are country-specific i.e. they can only be used in their country of issue on account based in that country.

    If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

    What happens when you try ?     Second time posting this, as the first apparently failed...
    I've been subscribing to the Unlimited US plan for a few years now, as all of my family and most of my friends live in various parts of the US. For some reason, today, when I went to renew my subscription (which expires in 6 days), I got the message, "You're not able to purchase this product in your region.". I've never had this problem from Prague before and I can't understand why I'm having it now.
    Is there some reason for this or is it just a glitch that will soon be corrected?

    Nevermind... Whatever the problem was, it appears to have corrected itself.
